Depending on the clearing firm, it takes 2-5 weeks to clear a cert.

Eric sends a corporate resolution with instructions to issue cert by the TA. TA mails cert to the recipient. Recipient takes cert to bank with stock power, attains a medallion signature guarantee, sends cert to broker dealer with all the 144 forms, stock power, cert, and every other form the broker requires. Broker compliance reviews penny stock cert and docs, approves, sends to clearing firm. Clearing firm does exactly the same thing broker dealer just did, clearing firm mails to the TA the cert with the forms. TA receives in mail the aforementioned, reviews it, sends to legal to ensure that it is all in order and legal, TA then sends the cert to DTCC. DTCC then processes the cert and sends it back to the TA with instructions to deposit electronically the stock in the name of DTCC. DTCC further instructs the clearing firm that it is of record the new owner of the stock, and the clearing firm then electronically enters into the client account at the broker the stock into the clients account.

Now if one thinks that happens in a day, well...good luck. 2-5 weeks.

HHSE may start to form a bottom around $0.0080 / 90. Too early to tell from the chart at this point.

I'd be really surprised if it gets down to 0.008. Perhaps towards 0.009 at which point I'd probably add some more. Chart looks like it is at or near a bottom - I'd like to see it level off and slowly climb. I do follow fundamentals and have followed this company for some 4 1/2 years - but I am more of a technical trader.

It is starting to look like we are finally going to get some semblance of the evaluation this stock deserves (don't count you chickens or eggs just yet). We have a few issues to overcome. First and foremost on my list is the uplist to get us out of manipulation-ville.

Agreed consistent buying needed. There are a lot of people stuck long (they want out) it is going to take new blood to move this much. Patience is the key. (they have almost arrived - just a little more time).

I would love to but I'm tapped out. Already broke some rules to own this much of a (flier). Don't get me wrong I'm gonna make money here it is more a matter of how much.

P/E should be low - we have yet to see good results. Standard for the industry should be tossed out the window.

If they show the monumental growth they proclaim with Medallion etc.. entirely different story.

Wow! All I know is I've held for a long time and seems I wasn't wrong. In the end Eric and Fred have yet to deliver fantastic results. It is imminent, those not on board will miss the train IMO.

Perhaps -under-aclaimed movies make money though. I could care less what the company makes/produces or doesn't produce as long as they make bank. I don't own a single garment from Under Armour but the stock has tripled since I bought. Same with American Tower (no-one even knows about them) your every cell phone call probably went through on of their towers.

HHSE is a lone ranger - a bit of a shot at greatness. Just watch the story unfold.

Well my support - as I said yesterday is down around .008 (.0085 to be exact) If I never get filled I'm ok with that too - locked stocked and loaded shall we say.

As some of you already know (from HHSE filings to the OTC), both Eric Parkinson and Fred Shefte have purchased $200,000 worth of restricted HHSE common stock at a price of $.031 per share. The Form 4 for Shefte has already been published; the Form 4 for Parkinson was delayed due to a filer's identifying number error, that goes back to 1995 when Parkinson was CEO of Hemdale Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ). The Parkinson form has been corrected and is expected to be filed tomorrow.

Eric's form 4 been filed yet? This is a little worrisome.
