Samsung's own YouTube channel shows UltraFlix
The UltraFlix logo is shown at 2:28, and they are mentioned as a "content partner".
PROOF OF NTEK'S MANY PARTNERSHIPS

They are mentioned in this Samsung press conference, for example:
5.5 million on the bid...
4.5 million share monster bid...
Someone might want to tell them to put these updates out on the news wires if they want to sell stock. It doesn't help if nobody hears about them.
Maybe, but you don't know that the 12.5 million "ain't real" any more than anyone knows that it is real. That's why this is a penny stock and not a blue chip stock. We'll find out eventually though.
I believe the $12.5 million has to be paid by February 2015. It would certainly be nice to see some payments before then though.
I'm very skeptical of your prediction, especially because you claimed there was front-loading without actually knowing how to check for that. I guess we'll see on Monday though.
Personally, I think we recently bottomed out, and now we're on the rebound, and we could have an even better day tomorrow if the news gets out beyond ihub.
Or maybe people are just taking profits like they do any time any stock goes up a fair amount.
Any way you slice, today is a great day. You sure won't hear me saying, "Up only 100%? What a crappy day!"
When there's front-loading, you'll see volume spikes on the chart. There was a little spike yesterday, and nothing besides that, and we've well exceeded that today in terms of volume.
It doesn't look like the rest of the internet has caught onto this yet, so tomorrow could be exciting as well.
"Many dread the infamous annual audit for several reasons:
It demands a significant amount of time for preparation,
Management must field exasperating questions from auditors, prepare numerous schedules and gather supporting documentation, and
Costs can become astronomical."

"No one looks forward to an audit. Key people are often distracted from important tasks, paperwork and data has to be dug up, and there is the process of answering questions or otherwise showing compliance with financial or regulatory requirements."

Generally speaking, running a business is a LOT harder than people who've never done that suppose.
P.S. I think this is the last comment I get today (I'm knew here).
They have 36K cash on hand, so I'm sure they COULD pay for an audit. I'm not the CFO of the company however, so I'm not going to pretend to know how best to allocate their financial resources.
My guess is that they know very well what the advantages of releasing audited financials are, and thus likely have that as a goal.
I'm sure they'd love to break out of the OTC as well and get on the bigger exchanges. It would certainly be awesome if, in time, they did.
Audits are an expensive and unpleasant pain-in-the-wazoo. Obviously, every investor would prefer to see audited financials, but just because a financial report isn't audited doesn't mean it's bogus. It certainly leaves the POSSIBILITY that it's bogus, but it also leaves the possibility that it's not. If one can't deal with that kind of ambiguity, one probably shouldn't be trading penny stocks. Additionally, that ambiguity is already baked into the pps cake (so to speak). There's a reason penny stocks are penny stocks. If verifiability is one's primary concern, one should probably stick to blue chip stocks.
As it were, it appears that many well-known corporations are taking an interest in Nanotech, and I'm not really one to second-guess people like Sony, etc., so I'm willing to bet (yes... stock trading often involves betting, essentially) that the financials are legit. That's my decision as an investor; that's the RISK I'm willing to take in light of potential REWARD.
Wow... this really took a dive. I cashed out in May (for an $18 loss). That's too bad.
I like the looks of this chart. I'll have to research this ticker over the weekend.
So far I don't regret buying in at .07 last week, and buying more just under .074 this morning. It looks like NTEK is picking up some real steam.
