I know, what a joke. Could they not find anyone in the 3d printing industry to buy the assets along with the company? What a great transition to travel agency! Maybe they are going to 3d print airline tickets???
Looking at the released information, there is going to be a large dilution if the "milestones" are met. For example, 40 million dollar deal with shares valued at 40c is about 100 million shares. Need to see more information, including the terms of the asset sale.
I just don't know how big a buyout could be, 60-80 cents? A dollar, max? Seems like a lot of development is needed for the technology, and with terrible market recently, just so much risk.
Process health module webpage is up.

Yes, it has certainly been an almost 2 month no news snooze... where is the:
-Lockheed martin?
-Process health module?
-Corporate funding partner?
A good summary of the year's progress. Lots of integration happening, which will lead to increased sales as printrite3d finally stops requiring aftermarket hardware.

Another fun episode of Jacobs Jollies!

Ron Fisher, working hard manning the booth! Looks like there is a tiny room now in our trade show setup!! What happens in the room no one knows; is it for partner presentations?!

Very nice changes to the product page!!
But a lot of stuff that needs more PR, like the
Process Health module that is using camera-based data (similar to old printrite deform???) .
Hopefully some new info comes out soon!

Jacobs looks to be crushing it during what is undoubtedly a fiery discussion on in-process quality monitoring standards.
Hopefully we can use them contracted math brains to figure out our DEFORM software after all these years... either that or a manufacturing software provider with which to integrate our meltpool QA technology!
Okay, I am back from the island. I am going to bet some new product news is incoming next week so that they have some meat to chew on at the investor conference.
Lots of behind the scenes integration has been happening, very exciting times for little sigma!
Sorry, if it's not going through, on the ocean now with a few drinks and bad internet. =/
Yeah, I try to post factual links most of the time. I suggest most people disregard my thoughts on the fissiles, as it's mostly in jest. The new product is where the money will come from, not with the aftermarket addon that the current product is.

Well, I did some research, and it seems like nuclear applications are likely several years down the line...

I am just noticing a typo (phone autocorrect) in my posts regarding the CTO, Darren Becket. Sorry for any confusion.
I am looking forward to the Q3/4 news, going to have to roast some chestnuts for this one!
Some points I've gotten out of the conference call:
-Legacy Printrite3d is somewhat limited market, seems unlikely to exceed more than a handful to dozen of sales a quarter.
-Revenue for the legacy product will grow slowly over next few quarters, probably a little more smoothly than before 2022 due to the subscription model. Seems likely to be in the 250k-500k range over the next year, unlikely to be sufficient to cover business expenses.
-New product release in Q3/4 this year, combining photodiode tech with visual processing. Supposed to be software only, apparently currently being tested/refined with an unknown consortium of companies.
They are pinning the future earning on the new product, since its not a retrofit and assumable exceeds the accuracy limitations of the legacy Printrite3d (see details in buckets last video).
It's a good talk by one of our good old boys, David Buckets. Some nice technical details.
