All the board of directors and officers resigned in December only thing left is the trustee. Hard to believe you can perpetrate such a fraud against American investor and United States government so freely the SEC is a joke.
This is one play that dosnt matter what price you buy into VIICQ , because when the music stops we'll all have the same amount $0 if you hold to the end. they filed for bankruptcy for one reason to wipe out there debt all of their debts is in common shares open your eyes trade VIICQ but don't investiment in it.
truth be told 911 I hope you like stale donuts and bologna sandwiches!
one problem with that theory you had to be a a shareholder on July 15th doesn't expire until November 12th which just so happens to be the same day as the bankruptcy hearing?
Probably listed as VIIC in account =$0 VIICQ = $.0017
I guess we solved the mystery of the 911 trade at the end of yesterday trading. It means stick your head between your legs kiss your ass and money goodbye! !
those manufacturers are promising a car in 2015 don't they come out next month? holy batsh Batman. do you think you're getting thier fuelcells from vision?
that article says Honda Hyundai and Toyota who are they meeting with in Germany for the conference?
tomorrow we will see a doji candle very little movement in price low volume ending flat. no reason to buy no reason to sell actually it's healthy for the stock price IMHO
news well only attract daytraders another pop and drop. Revenues will attract investors the real launchpad to the Nasdaq!! patience grasshopper
I wish we could party like it was 1999 again VIIC would be $100 a share!!
As anyone read visions last 10 q they talk about being in talks with a fortune 500 oil company in Canada to convert their saltwater tractors to hydrogen because of the high cost of getting diesel to the site in the winter they can produce hydrogen on site. I'm on a tablet and I don't know how to cut and paste if anyone has any information about this it would be greatly appreciated. Every time I read the forward information on their last 2 10Qs I can't stop shaking my head. It blows my mind this stock is trading below a penny!
what did the check bounce pennytrader? why the change in heart?
10Q mid November should show substantial revenues.
may have messed up on Friday had my limit order in at $.0068 didn't know it was below the 50 day until I saw clay traders video its going to bounce off the 50 day and run up pretty quick on Monday to $.0102 we'll see?
you know it be funny if they had another proxy vote and VIIC receive four times the votes then outstanding shares. I think the MMs are short a couple hundred million shares they were counting on the 10 billion authorized share increase. I've been watching the trading activities since the 4th of July when a friend told me about VIIC. the stock went down every day except for two leading up to the August 22nd meeting there was some heavy volume days were every bid was filled without an uptick. when news of the failed attempt to raise the authorized shares hit their desk hence the run up to 4.4 cents. I don't think we're going to see any substantial increases in share price until after the third quarter financials are in and VIIC shows some 7-digit revenues then the big money will flood in hold on to your shares by Thanksgiving you'll be able to afford a turkey farm!!!
I really don't see any news until the 10Q in November
it's not just the politicians look at the companies that are working with Viic Walmart Costco Walgreens FedEx Freightliner Hunt Waste Management and an endless number of ports this stock is scary. there isnt a pink sheet listed that could get through the front door of any one of these companies and VIIC has them knocking on their door. even if the product doesn't work the PR value of trying to go green is worth millions to these companies
and that's what impressed me the most about VIIC is that.politicians don't pose on the Capitol steps with CEO's of pink sheet companys unless they been deeply vetted by their handlers. too much risk of it back firing on them. Especially a governor!! if Arnold trust them I trust them.
