Yes... I'm still here. The small profit for Q2 is like a breath of fresh air !
It's not much but certainly a step in the right direction. I need to go thru the 10-Q again but it also looks like the improved sales/earnings result was made without issuing additional shares. This is what I referred to a while back when I said this now a "show me" stock. In other words show me the numbers. 3 of the subsidiaries were down with the largest decline in sales posted by Guided Tours and Retail down 26.5%. I have owned and managed retail before and when sales are down the fixed operating expenses continue and can easily result in losses. The point is that when 3 of 5 subsidiaries are down in sales and the business can still show a profit management seems to be paying very close attention to the business.
When I bot my shares a while back I considered it as a lottery ticket, so I will continue to hold and see how this plays out. If the financial condition continues to improve we can expect a higher stock price. Buying stock at the current price is a big gamble but the % gain could change your zip code.
After the Keurig deal we should hear something about Costco offering Black Rifle coffee. That’s another significant increase in sales. Perhaps there will be an update on where they stand at the next conference call.
Looks like management is getting their act together. Sales up, profits improving, forward guidance positive. At the last conference call they also announced a partnership with Keurig. Don't have any details on that but Keurig is a major $46 Billion company. Keurig does it all... manufacturing to distribution and sales, domestically and international. The arrangement with Keurig has significant long term possibilities for BRCC.
US Boat Sales Set To Sink To Decade Low
https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/us-boat-sales-set-sink-decade-low
I'm sure there is a correlation and that sales for Brownie's are following a similar trend.
I continue to see some things that are positive
Yes, it was a down quarter compared to last year but if you look at the details it was down primarily due to the Nomad recall. Adding that amount back in would give you a flat Q as far as sales go. I can make a case that the balance of the business is doing as good as could be expected given the overall economy.
Two other positive numbers I see is the 21.7% reduction in SG&A expenses and the 93.7 % reduction in stock based compensation. That's a good indication that management understands that keeping expenses under control is very important. To get these numbers down during the same time that sales are soft is a commendable accomplishment. Many businesses have a hard time reducing expenses when sales are soft.
My overall opinion is that management is doing a respectable job of running the business. I have said many times in the past that they need to find a way to increase sales. Right now the Fed is determined to continue the fight against inflation and the result will probably be a slower economy so it won't be easy.
"any thoughts on this company..."
Actually my thoughts are much in line with anyone else that is holding BWMG stock. When the stock goes up the gains will be astronomical. But, as I have mentioned before, this is a " show me " stock. Or to put it in simple terms the financial results will need to improve before you can expect a higher stock price. The sales were improving at a good rate until the last quarter which had a one time event with the recall. But as I mentioned in my prior post I was disappointed that almost all parts of the business reported weak sales. I need to go back and read the release again but I don't remember any management discussion or explanation for that. BWMG seems to make high quality products that are preferred by divers so the slowdown in the sales are probably related to an overall economic condition rather than issues with the offerings. One down quarter doesn't make a trend so I will wait this out. Consumers have been hit hard with higher prices for everything so it seems reasonable that they need to be more cautious where they spend their money. Management seems to be doing all the right things... If they can get the sales up the margins will improve and that will be reflected in the stock price.
Disappointing quarter...
Everything was down for the quarter except Submersible Systems which was up 21.9%. But obviously not enough to keep overall sales from going negative. I expected Blu3 to be down but did not expect the negative results on the other lines of business. Brownie's manufacturers and sells fun toys... this makes it easier for buyers to delay a purchase...Consumers have been hit recently with some serious inflation on all the things they need so it remains to be seen when the economy returns to a more normal state if BWMG will participate.
I had mentioned some time back that " BWMG is a show me stock. " This is still the case. We will need to see improved results before more investors will buy the stock. Management has been very focused with a mindset to turn this into a profitable business so we will see how this all plays out with an improved economy. We are starting into the strong part of the year so we should expect to see improved results for Q2.

"More revenue to come"
Given the recent trend we are looking forward to an increase in sales. Management seems to be well engaged to make this happen. But keep things in perspective... The recent recall certainly put a dent in Q1 sales and the new Nomad product has not been available for sale in Q1... Accepting pre-orders for the Nomad Mini was announced on April 21. We don't know when this will add to sales. Hopefully Q2 will see a positive impact.
The challenge will be increasing sales with a reasonable gross margin. An increase in sales will come from increased exposure of current product offerings, new product innovation and potentially acquisitions. We have seen positive results in all 3 areas.
The year end report looks respectable...
YTD 2022 sales increased 37.7% and Q4 sales were down 31 % but that was almost entirely due to reduced sales in Blu3. It looks like the Nomad recall is well under way and the expense is identified.
In 2021 there was a gain of $276,000 related to a PPP loan that was forgiven. If you remove the $276,000 for the purpose of comparison the increase in the 2022 operating loss was only $28,424. Without the onetime recall there would have easily been a reduction in the operating loss. Point is that the operating activity seems to be on the right path for continued growth and eventual profitability. As a side note... It's good to see that the report was released on time without the NT filing asking for a delay.
The press release dated March 30 is very encouraging " we have some exciting new products on the horizon...".
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1166708/000149315223009757/ex99-1.htm
Bottom line is that sales are increasing at a very respectable rate and new products should keep the trend in a positive direction. Margins will improve and investors will notice.

Not sure what you mean by new financials.
BWMG has a lot going for them but also a lot of work to do to gain investor confidence. The recent sales trend looks very encouraging to me and is a sign that they are engaged and really applying themselves to improve the financial condition of the company. The recent Nomad recall doesn't help but the positive in that is that management seems to have addressed the issue and got it fixed fairly fast. Nomad is available again. That will impact Q4 results to some extent... I expect we will learn more about this when the 10K is issued. If SEC filings are made on schedule without posting the NT for an extension that will help investor confidence as well. Thats easy for me to say since I don't have to do the work to get the reports out Anyway... there is a negative message associated with late filings and stock holders would feel better if they didn't see them. BWMG is a "Show me" stock. If the financials continue to improve then it's a near guarantee that the stock price will be higher. At the current price it doesn't take much to realize fantastic gains.
From the 10Q just filed for Q3
"Management has leveraged and will continue to leverage experienced consultants to assist with ongoing GAAP and SEC compliance requirements. We intend to expand our finance department through the hiring of a certified public accountant to strengthen the segregation of duties, internal controls and enhance our current staff."
https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1166708/000149315222030931/form10-q.htm
Perhaps my interpretation wasn't correct... First read of that statement makes it sound like consultants ( non-employees ) are engaged to prepare the SEC reports and a CPA is expected on board to handle that in the future.
Another very good report
2022 Q3 +80.2%
2022 Q2 +41%

2021 Q3 -7%
2021 Q2 +31%
2021 Q1 +56%
2020 Q4 +54% Y/Y
Some notable items in the report...
Gross margin improved. This comes with an increase in sales and is a very important metric because improved gross margins makes more money available for taking care of operating expenses.
They will be hiring a CPA that will take care of all the SEC and IRS stuff. Currently the SEC reports are sourced out so I expect this will result in improved financial reporting. Also, a CPA will be able to take on additional duties.
Q4 is a seasonal slower quarter so we should expect sales to be lower sequentially. But should be an increase over last year.
So... these guys seem to be doing all the right stuff. I am optimistic re the future of the business and continue to hold all my shares.
The 8K dated 9-12 disclosed that the company sold stock to an accredited investor for $205,000.
The 8K dated 10-12 disclosed a lease obligation, a change in their accountant and also a stock sale in a private placement for $66,793
Neither of the 8Ks are good news because BWMG is selling stock to raise money for working capital. Or to say it a different way... They still are not cash flow positive enough to be able to cover operating expenses.
Look at any 10K and you will see that BWMG has been selling stock to raise money to operate the business since the beginning of time. Thats why there are over 410 million shares outstanding.
The next 10Q might have some clues about the current sales rate and perhaps something about new products. I don't feel very optimistic regarding new products because that would likely have already been disclosed. The gross sales level, gross margin and operating expenses should give us an idea of the current direction of the business.
BWMG will need to sell more stuff with a gross margin so that there is enough to cover "working capital" requirements. This higher sales level can only come from selling more of the current product lines or adding new offerings. They have been doing a good job re new products so I'm hopeful that the trend continues.
" Is this a SLP type of hold "
The recent sales increase looks very encouraging and should result in a higher stock price. Gross margins are about 50% so higher sales will result in payment of operating expenses.
Assume a 3X annual sales increase from 5.1 Million to 15.3 then subtract 50% for the gross margin. This leaves about 7.6 M to pay operating expenses. Subtract 3 million for SG&A ( this can be any number… management has a habit of paying themselves more when more is available ) also, subtract 0.5 for royalties, 0.2 for R&D and you end up with a profit of around $3.9 million. 3.9/410 million shares is .0095 per share profit. .0095 X a PE ratio of 20 is a share price of 0.19.
The actual result will vary considerably depending on the operating results and what PE the market decides on. The list of unknowns is long, management execution, product innovation, acceptance by the consumer, market conditions.
So I will continue to hold, things look encouraging… Impossible to put a price target on it.
The two companies and business models are so different that it's impossible to make a comparison. Looking at only sales growth rate BWMG is currently growing much faster. SLP is a $1+ Billion company that I was fortunate enough to buy into at a very early time and held for the most part of a 20 year run with the stock going up 60 fold. BWMG is a very different company in that they have continually issued shares to cover operating expenses. This will be difficult to overcome given that they already have 410 million shares outstanding. If the recent sales growth continues the operating business will soon be able to cover expenses and thats when we should expect significant increases in the stock price. SLP on the other hand never took on any debt and only issued a very few additional shares for making acquisitions. BWMG will need to continue increasing sales so that the financial condition can be cleaned up. If they stay on track the stock price will increase faster than the sales. I have accumulated a significant position so I believe they will produce the required results.
The sales growth has been impressive.
2022 Q2 +41%
2022 Q1 +108%
2021 Q4 +37% Y/Y
2021 Q3 -7%
2021 Q2 +31%
2021 Q1 +56%
2020 Q4 +54% Y/Y
It looks like Chris Constable doing the business stuff gives R. Carmichael more time for product innovation.
Provided this sales growth continues we can expect much higher stock prices.
They have said many times that no one rings a bell at the top of the real estate market... But I think this is it.
Is BWMG operating at max capacity of their current manufacturing space? If thats not the case then they are adding capacity that won't be used. To put that a different way... additional expense. Adding manufacturing space/staff to make more product will only result in additional sales if there are buyers for more product.

I appreciate your enthusiasm but you are looking at this acquisition thru rose colored glasses. The stuff you are referring to that is now available to BWMG "at cost" rather than having to purchase it now has to be manufactured by BWMG. Submersable has been operating at a loss and unless BWMG finds a better way to make the product BMWG will continue to lose money as well.
Granted.... there are possible cost reductions that might be available such as combining overhead expenses or better utilization of manufacturing space. Hopefully that will happen. But for an acquisition to be acreditive it must be because the company that is being acquired is adding current profit to the acquiring company... not losses as is the case with Submersable.
"we just bought a nearly 2 million dollar accretive addition manufacturing subsidiary that adds assets, revenue, and profits to the financials"
What's your definition of accretive ????

"Harmful Language" Trigger Warning Added To US Constitution On National Archives Website
The official National Archives website has added a trigger warning to the US Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights which cautions that the documents contain “harmful language.”
“The National Archives have now put a disclaimer on their website that our historical documents may include Harmful Content,” tweeted Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-Colorado).
“They even slapped this warning on the Constitution. We tried to tell you the Left wanted to get rid of it!”
As part of the National Archives’ “institutional commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility,” it is now flagging “potentially harmful content,” which is defined as reflecting “racist, sexist, ableist, misogynistic/misogynoir, and xenophobic opinions and attitudes” or being “discriminatory towards or exclude diverse views on sexuality, gender, religion, and more.”
“What are we becoming?” former Trump DHS secretary Ken Cuccinelli asked in a tweet. “Are you kidding me?”
The development is not surprising given that a National Archives task force insisted earlier this summer that the historical portrayal of the founding fathers has previously been “too positive.”
The group also demanded that the National Archives’ Rotunda building, which houses the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, be considered an example of “structural racism.”
It asked that new descriptions be added to “contextualize the records,” and notes placed to “forewarn audiences of content that may cause intense physiological and psychological symptoms.”
A safe space was even requested so people who couldn’t handle words such as “elderly,” “handicapped” and “illegal alien” be given an area in which they could escape from presumably suffering some kind of panic attack.
The American left went from holding a casual disregard to the history and founding of their own country to weaponizing Critical Race Theory as a means of subverting its entire historical basis.
Good luck in the coming war with China.

Autonomous Race Cars To Compete At Indianapolis Motor Speedway
Race fans are in for a spectacle this fall as artificial intelligence-powered race cars are headed for Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) to compete.
University teams and companies worldwide are set to compete in the physical Indy Autonomous Challenge (IAC) race in October 2021. The difference in this race is that there's no driver, instead a highly specialized AI computer will navigate the race car around the track.
Each of the teams competing in the race will receive the same Dallara-produced AV-21 race car that has been retrofitted with radar, cameras, ultrasonic and infrared sensors, along with LiDAR. Dallara has produced race cars for the Indy series for the last two decades.
IAC was organized by IMS and Energy Systems Network (ESN), an Indianapolis-based nonprofit. The race seeks to advance the safety and speed of autonomous vehicles.
The winning team will receive $1.5 million. The speedway is the ideal track to showcase autonomous racing for millions of Americans

Huge Unemployment Claims Gap Opens Between Red And Blue States
Even though the debate died a month ago, every week some self-appointed financial "expert" brings up the of issue of whether unemployment claims in republican states are declining faster than in democratic states which are holding out until the bitter September end, when all extended emergency covid benefits are scheduled to end (unless the Biden admin extends them again... because Delta).
And while we thought we ended the debate on this topic last week when we showed that "Jobless Claims Are Plunging In Republican States, Flat In Democrat States", we still read the occasional article claiming the jury is still out on this topic.
No, it isn't, and here is the final proof which should shut up even the biggest socialist trolls.
As Goldman writes today, "continued claims in regular state programs diverged further between states that are and are not ending benefits ahead of their statutory expiration in September in the week ending July 17."
And here is the stunning divergence in continuing claims between Red and Blue states in all its visual glory.
And with that, the debate whether Uncle Sam's generous handouts contribute to the ongoing labor crisis is well and truly over.

Weaponizing FARA? Trump Ally Barrack Released On Stunning $250 Million Bail
There are so many things wrong with the story of Thomas Barrack that it's hard to know where to begin.
Briefly, Biden's DOJ charged Barrack, the man who chaired Trump's inaugural fund, with illegal lobbying for the UAE. Then, for the 74-year-old Barrack to get out of jail, a federal magistrate imposed a $250,000,000 bail on him, along with other serious restrictions on travel. This is a travesty of justice and a clear threat to Trump allies, past, present, and future.
As always, the Daily Mail has a good summary:
Donald Trump's billionaire ally Thomas Barrack is being released on $250 million bond after being charged with illegally lobbying the Trump administration on behalf of the United Arab Emirates.
The 74-year-old reached a deal with prosecutors on Friday that will see him released from custody while he awaits trial on charges of illegal lobbying.
A federal magistrate judge in Los Angeles signed off on the conditions of the agreement, which will include surrendering his passport, complying with a curfew, and wearing an ankle bracelet with GPS monitoring.
The agreement also calls for Barrack to put up a $250 million bond, secured by $5 million cash, which would be forfeited if he does not appear for court proceedings.
Barrack, who chaired Trump's inaugural fund in 2017 and founded the private equity firm Colony Capital, waived his right to appear in federal court.
He will be arraigned in federal court in Brooklyn, New York on Monday.
There are several points to be made here, which I offer in no particular order:
One: Before the Democrats weaponized it, few people had ever been prosecuted as unregistered foreign agents under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). An article from 2010 reveals that the act was intended to sweep up foreign nationals:
The major roll-up of 11 Russian spies-cum-suburbanites involves the relatively rare use of the criminal code that requires agents of foreign powers to register with the U.S. Justice Department – a provision that allows prosecution of covert foreign operatives working without diplomatic immunity.
By 2010, when people were swept up under the act, they were working for hostile governments, as was the case with Robert Cabelly, a former State Department official under George H.W. Bush and Clinton who worked for Sudan, and Frank Duran, a Venezuelan national who worked for Hugo Chávez.
By 2019, when the leftist Foreign Policy declared that the Act "is broken," it also noted that its purpose, when enacted in 1938, was to combat fascist propaganda and that, since then, it was a "previously obscure piece of legislation." The same publication noted that it was Mueller who revitalized it to go after Trump allies.
Just to remind you of the uneven application of this law, the DOJ, which has long been a leftist swamp, ignored it entirely when Tony Podesta represented a bank that was tied to Russian spying agencies.
Two: Given that FARA was meant to protect against people sneakily representing enemies of the United States, it's telling that, in Barrack's case, the DOJ brought the charge against someone working with the United Arab Emirates. The UAE not only has a friendly relationship with America but is also completely dedicated to the Abraham Accords with Israel. It seems likely that the Biden administration is sending a "back off" message to anyone who gets too friendly with a nation the left wants to destroy. Certainly, MSNBC wants everyone to understand that any Mideast nation friendly with Trump is a Biden enemy.
Three: The trend across Democrat-run cities and states across America is to do away with bail. After all, no one would expect a repeat violent offender, released without bail, to commit another violent crime or make a run for it.
However, an elderly man with an ankle bracelet and a seized passport nevertheless must put up $250,000,000 in bail. You don't correct the age-old situation of having one law for the rich and one for the poor by relieving the poor of any obligations under the law and treating those rich people who aren't political allies as if every one of them is Jack the Ripper.
Four:What's happening to Barrack has nothing to do with law or justice. This represents the left's continued persecution of anybody who worked with Donald Trump. The clear intent is to make sure that everyone gets the message that, if Trump runs again, whether he wins or loses, those who work with him will be completely destroyed — not just shunned and barred from the "right" parties, but ground into dust.
The peaceful, constitutional transition of power in America cannot include hunting down every ally of the previous administration and destroying those people. But if it does — if that's what the Democrats have set as the new standard — game theory says we win by doing this twice as hard (and on much better evidence) when Republicans gain power from the corrupt, feckless Democrats.

With Its Power Grid On The Verge Of Failure, California Begs Residents To Change Their EV Charging Routines
( They will never admit the obvious... All that electricity needs to be produced by the industry they despise the most and the energy losses transporting it from the generating plants to the end user are huge. And what are they going to do with all the non-ferrous hazardous metals when the EV batteries are at the end of their recycle capability ? Liberals are not known for understanding cause and effect. )
It appears as though California's plans to become an environmental and socialist utopia are running face first into reality.
The latest dose of reality came this week when the state, facing triple digit temperatures, began to "fret" about pressure on the state's power grid as a result of everybody charging their electric vehicles all at once.
The state's power grid operators have been telling residents to "relieve pressure" from the grid by charging their EVs at off-peak hours, Newsweek wrote.
Twice last week the California Independent System Operator (ISO) told residents to conserve energy voluntarily, including asking to charge their EVs at certain off-peak times. The ISO also suggested "avoiding use of large appliances and turning off extra lights," the report says.
The state's Flex Alert Twitter account posted on June 18: "Now is the perfect time to do a load of laundry. Remember to use major appliances, charge cars and devices before #FlexAlert begins at 6 p.m. today."
Despite the fact that the state seems hell bent on converting all of its residents to EVs, Patty Monahan, the lead commissioner on transportation at the California Energy Commission, said that when residents choose to charge their vehicles will be important "in keeping the power grid balanced".
"Charging behaviors matter when it comes to California grid goals," she said. "By incentivizing, primarily through rates, charging behaviors that capitalize on when renewable energy is being generated—we basically have a win for the grid, and we have a win for the drivers in terms of reduced rates. Rates are a climate strategy, and California plans on using rates to help drive the charging behaviors that are going to help the state electrify transportation while cutting carbon from the grid and saving ratepayers and drivers money."
Matthew Moniot, a researcher with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory said that most drivers who charge at night "will have to change" their routines: "If you look at aggregate load across the grid, it tends to spike in the evening hours whenever people come home." He called it a "tricky problem" that relies on "how much can we move what's currently overnight charging to be during the daytime hours, when generation may be more excessive."

"A Dangerous Precedent" - 3rd FDA Advisor Quits After Controversial Alzheimer's Drug Approval
While the mainstream media focused on the hope-filled headlines that, for the first time since 2003, the FDA approved Biogen's Aduhelm treatment for Alzheimer's Disease; few, if any, were fully aware of the levels of controversy behind the scenes.
Aside from the scientific uncertainty over whether amyloid plaque treatments are an approach worth continuing...
Despite the dominance of the amyloid hypothesis over the past few decades, evidence that links reductions in plaque levels to improvements in cognition is “thin, at best”, says Jason Karlawish, a geriatrician and co-director of the Penn Memory Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
“Desperation should drive the funding of science, not drive the way we interpret the science,” he says.
It turns out that despite the fact that not one member of the FDA Advisory Committee voted to approve Aduhelm, the FDA recently approved this Alzheimer therapy anyway, relying on an alternative measure of activity.
As Statnews reports, since the FDA's decision, three members of that FDA Advisory Panel have quit.
1. Neurologist J.Perlmutter, a member of the FDA’s expert panel said he quit the committee “due to this ruling by FDA without further discuss with our advisory committee.”
2. Neurologist David Knopman of the Mayo Clinic.
3. Dr. Aaron Kesselheim, director of Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Program on Regulation, Therapeutics, and Law, said Aduhelm’s approval didn’t just set “a dangerous precedent” for what kind of evidence an Alzheimer’s therapy would need to show to get the green light, “but even more broadly for the idea that a company can turn around and at the last minute seek [accelerated approval] when their primary clinical endpoints in their trials don’t reach the level needed for FDA approval,” he told STAT in an email.
In his letter of resignation to the FDA, Kesselheim said Biogen’s Aduhelm “was probably the worst drug approval decision in recent U.S. history.”
Both Perlmutter and Kesselheim voted against the drug, while Knopman was recused from the November hearing as he had already staked out a public position critical of the drug’s trial results.
Earlier this year, Kesselheim, and two other panelists published a paper in JAMA outlining what they saw as the flaws of the therapy.

"Do Not Come": Kamala Goes Full Trump, Tells Guatemalans To Stay Away
( CNN is working overtime trying to figure out how to put a positive spin on Kamala's first trip outside the country ! I mean Trump was racist for doing exactly the same. The liberals even filed law suits against Trump's identical policies. )
Update (1520ET): Speaking from Guatemala City, Vice President Kamala Harris warned migrants from Central American countries not to make the northbound trek to the United States.
"I want to emphasize that the goal of our work is to help Guatemalans find hope at home. At the same time I want to be clear to folks in this region who are thinking about making that dangerous trek to the United States Mexico border: Do not come, do not come," she said.
Kamala Harris's enormous ego and disturbing lack of self-awareness had quite the weekend.
For starters, while en route to Guatemala she walked to the back of Air Force 2 on D-Day and handed out cookies of herself donning a distinctive pearl necklace and frosted face, prompting condemnation and ridicule from Twitter users far and wide.
Then, upon touching down in Guatemala to meet with foreign leaders about what can be done to stem the influx of illegal immigrants into the United States, the Vice President was greeted by protesters bearing signs.
"Trump Won" , "Stop Funding Criminals" , and "Kamala Go Home" were among them, according to the Floridian Press.
"Trade not USAID, Work not charity" read another sign, which continued: "We reject your $860 million dollar bribe to our corrupt politicians!!! No BLM Marxism in Guatemala!"

Italian Artist Sells Invisible Sculpture For $18,000
Step aside NFTs: there is an even more ridiculous objet d'art on the shopping block - nothing.
Italian artist Salvatore Garau has auctioned off an "invisible" sculpture for 15,000 euros ($18,300). According to as.com, the sculpture's initial price was set between 6,000 and 9,000 euros; however, the price was raised after several bids were placed. The kicker: titled 'Io Sono' (Italian for "I am"), the 67-year-old artist's sculpture is "immaterial," meaning that the sculpture does not actually exist.
Yes, someone paid over $18,000 for... nothing. And yes, there is so much liquidity out there, someone actually bought this, literally.
Though he's received much critique for the sale, Garau argues that his work of art isn't "nothing," but is instead a "vacuum."
"The vacuum is nothing more than a space full of energy, and even if we empty it and there is nothing left, according to the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, that 'nothing' has a weight," Garau said of the statue according to as.com. "Therefore, it has energy that is condensed and transformed into particles, that is, into us."
It gets better: according to Italy 24 News, per Garau's instructions, the sculpture must be displayed in a private home free from any obstruction, in an area that is about 5 ft. long by 5 ft. wide. Because the piece does not exist, there are no special lighting or climate requirements.

“Gawd knows what the nation will do when faced with genuine proof that Mr. Biden is in office less than legitimately.”
If history is any guide that’s not a likely outcome. The republicans don’t seem to have the balls to put the crooks in jail. It’s been only 4 months and we have already forgotten the names Sessions and Barr.
That’s a good summary. You have to give the Democrats credit... they have destroyed this country in record time!
Is Ivermectin The New Penicillin?
Ivermectin, an anti-parasitic drug placed the same radioactive category as Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) for the treatment of COVID-19, has reemerged as a promising treatment in the battle to extinguish the pandemic.
New York Times best-selling author Michael Capuzzo has called it the "drug that cracked Covid," writing that there are “hundreds of thousands, actually millions, of people around the world, from Uttar Pradesh in India to Peru to Brazil, who are living and not dying.”
Doctors in India are big fans.
As those Indian States using Ivermectin continue to diverge in cases and deaths from those states that forbid it, the natural experiment illustrates the power of Ivermectin decisively.
Cases in Delhi, where Ivermectin was begun on April 20, dropped from 28,395 to just 2,260 on May 22. This represents an astounding 92% drop. Likewise, cases in Uttar Pradesh have dropped from 37,944 on April 24 to 5,964 on May 22 - a decline of 84%.
Delhi and Uttar Pradesh followed the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) guidance published April 20, 2021, which called for dosing of .2 mg per kg of Ivermectin per body weight for three days. This amounts to 15 mg per day for a 150-pound person or 18 mg per day for a 200-pound individual.
The other three Indian states that adopted it are all down as well. Goa is down from 4,195 to 1,647, Uttarakhand is down from 9,624 to 2,903, and Karnataka is down from 50,112 to 31,183. Goa adopted a pre-emptive policy of mass Ivermectin prevention for the entire adult population over age 18 at a dose of 12 mg daily for five days.
Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu announced on May 14 they were outlawing Ivermectin in favor of the politically correct Remdesivir. As a result, Tamil Nadu's cases are up in the same time frame from April 20 to May 22 - 10,986 to 35,873 - more than a tripling.
Although Big Pharma and Big Media have scrambled to try, they cannot explain away this natural experiment. As I predicted May 12, they would first argue "the lockdowns worked." The problem with this is that Tamil Nadu has been on strict lockdown for weeks as their cases have done nothing but climb. So the lockdown did not work.
Their next argument was that "there has been a shift from the highly populated urban areas like Delhi and Mumbai" to the hinterlands, like Tamil Nadu. The big problem is that the adjacent state, Karnataka is just as rural, and its cases are dropping on Ivermectin.
Uttar Pradesh is near the Himalayas and out in the far non-urbanized north where cases are down 84% with Ivermectin. Uttarakhand is even more rural and located in the Himalayas next to Nepal. Its infections are down 70% with Ivermectin.
Their final argument lacked any proof. It was essentially an attempt to smear Ivermectin through association with another drug. It attempted to link Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) with Ivermectin unfairly. While HCQ has become a punchline by the media, scientists like Dr. George Fareed know it is effective against COVID-19 – especially in the early stages.
Dr. Fareed and his associate, Dr. Brian Tyson, have treated some 6,000 patients with nearly 100% success using a combination of HCQ, Ivermectin, Fluvoxamine, and various nutraceuticals, including zinc Vitamin D.

Unfortunately, none of this has made it through the censorship of the mainstream media, and the public has not heard about the 200 plus studies that reflect HCQ's effectiveness against COVID-19. The fact remains that HCQ has an undeserved negative connotation due to its connection with Trump, which is unfortunately used to tarnish other life-saving repurposed drugs, like Ivermectin. For example, in the recent Forbes article, journalist Ray uses the title, "Is Ivermectin the New Hydroxychloroquine?"
https://www.forbes.com/sites/siladityaray/2021/05/19/is-ivermectin-the-new-hydroxychloroquine-online-interest-in-unproven-covid-drug-surges-as-experts-urge-caution/
Ray does not make a single substantive argument against Ivermectin; instead, he attempts to defame, debase or degrade it by repeating baseless accusations. For example, Ray cited Merck's recommendation against Ivermectin as evidence of ineffectiveness, while Merck used no evidence to support their claim. In addition, he cited the FDA's recommendation against Ivermectin, yet the FDA admits they have not reviewed the data on which to base this conclusion: "The FDA has not reviewed data to support the use of Ivermectin in COVID-19 patients to treat or prevent COVID-19..."
As we all know, Merck was involved in the development of a competing drug and had 356 million reasons to throw its own cheap, unprofitable Ivermectin under the bus. Furthermore, the US government was likewise involved in a significant financial conflict of interest with Merck.

The story of Ivermectin is more similar to that of Penicillin. Penicillin has saved almost 200 million lives. In addition, three men shared a Nobel Prize in 1945 for its discovery.
Ivermectin's discoverers won the 2015 Noble Prize in Medicine, and it has proven to be a life-saving drug in parasitic disease, especially in Africa. Over the past four decades, Ivermectin has saved millions from parasites like strongyloidiasis and onchocerciasis - river blindness.
It has already saved tens of thousands from COVID-19 in India in those few locations that use it. It crashed Mexico's, Slovakia's, and Zimbabwe’s cases. I remain more convinced than ever that Ivermectin will bring an end to this Pandemic as the word gets out and more people share the book, Ivermectin for the World. A more fitting title to the Forbes piece might be, "Is Ivermectin the New Penicillin?"

Does Bitcoin Use "Too Much" Electricity?
US senator Elizabeth Warren claimed last week that bitcoin uses too much electricity.
In doing so, she makes a judgment about the "correct" amount of electricity use. But it raises the question of who is entitled to make such a judgment.
It’s fine for Warren to judge for herself, but it’s not fine for her to try to foist that opinion on others through government force or coercion.
A follow-up question from a decent reporter might be, “Is there really not enough available energy?”
At least two centuries of oil exist underground at current levels of usage. It’s not a question of whether it exists; it’s a question of how costly it is to get to. Uranium supplies will last longer than that.
Energy is abundant and easy to provide in a free market environment. However, a free market environment can be hard to come by, for government won’t let a free market for energy exist. Governments around the world are so eager to control energy generation and distribution that the mechanism of supply and demand can’t do its job. Instead, we are left with a bunch of impractical government stipulations by know-it-all politicians and bureaucrats.
Clearly, whoever makes such a decision about whether there is enough energy is operating from a mindset of artificial scarcity.
With unlimited sunlight, nearly unlimited uranium and similar substances, and many years of petroleum, any argument that there is not enough energy is misguided at best. In a marketplace there would never be such a worry as “Is there enough?” There would instead be a question of “How much exists at what price?” The marketplace handles scarcity well. It is government that imposes artificial barriers on the handling of such needs as energy to fuel economic development.
No one is saying Facebook uses too much energy, yet it has more than a billion people using its network each day.
There are, in contrast, thousands of computers operating on the bitcoin network at any given moment.
No one is saying online pornography uses too much energy, yet it is a dominant use of the internet.
No one is saying these things, because we have long considered it a person’s right to decide how they use their resources. They get to say what they do with their time and their money, not someone in Washington, DC.
What business does a US senator even have reaching into this area of life and saying that?
From time immemorial, bad folks have been figuring out how to take other people’s property from them, and good folks have been figuring out how to protect people’s property. “Thou shalt not steal” is not “Thou shalt not steal unless you are a US senator.”
Government has long extorted money from people with the threat of jail. Sick of this process, revolutions have often occurred in which people freed themselves from oppressive, thieving governments. The American Revolution was seen as a tax revolt by many participants. People wanted government’s hands off their property. It wasn’t long after the revolution that Washington, DC, was extorting a great deal more in taxes than any king across the Atlantic had ever demanded of his subjects. Even worse, in 1913, a form of servitude was added to the US Constitution with the implementation of the income tax in the Sixteenth Amendment, a policy by which a portion of a man’s labor was to belong to government.
Man has the ability to decide what has value to him and to operate accordingly. What has economic value to one may not have value to another. Economic value is subjective. What Elizabeth Warren and many others are really saying is, “I decree for myself the power to decide that economic value is not subjective, but objective, and based on the decisions of government.”
This is the heart of socialism: governmental control of an economy. When tried, this always fails. It removes the important tool of price, which shares so much information in a marketplace and is necessary to the individual, and instead lets a committee engage in brute-force central planning.
This is very harmful to society.
It is telling that Elizabeth Warren wants people to have their weed and their porn, items which enfeeble and harm, but she doesn’t want people to have their bitcoin
Watch: Rep. Jordan Exposes Democrats' Efforts To Stifle COVID Origin Investigation
During a hearing Wednesday in the House, Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan succinctly highlighted how everyone EXCEPT House Democrats wants answers to legitimate questions regarding the possibility of the coronavirus leaking from a Chinese lab.
Two Ways To Push Back Against The Cultural Revolution
Fourteen year old Gao Yuan was attending a boarding school in China when the Cultural Revolution broke out in 1966. And that’s when his life changed forever.
Even though the communists had won the Chinese Civil War and been in total power since 1945, Chairman Mao still believed that there was too much capitalist influence in China.
So he decided to completely rewrite literature, history, and the entire education system.
School instruction switched from teaching math and science, to activism.
Students like Gao Yuan were encouraged to find and punish “revisionists” who sought to undermine the revolution’s progress, including their own parents and teachers.
One teacher fell under suspicion because, even though he routinely spoke of China’s natural beauty, he didn’t ever praise Chairman Mao.
Other teachers were denounced for wearing western clothes or engaging in borgeois activities— like drinking wine or buying an expensive radio.
Gao Yuan liked his teachers and hesitated to participate. But he was even more afraid of being labeled an evil revisionist himself. So he joined the mob and began accusing teachers and parents.
The assistant headmaster committed suicide when accused of revisionism. Gao Yuan found his body, and even though he had liked him, Gao assumed the suicide proved the man must have been guilty of thought crime.
Another teacher died under mysterious circumstances. Soon the rest of the faculty fled, and the school fell under the control of the students.
That’s when the situation really turned bizarre.
Factions quickly formed like rival gangs, and the students turned against one other. Each group accused the other of failure to live up to the full revolutionary spirit, finding micro-transgressions everywhere.
Students were killed— one suffocated after have had a sock stuffed in his mouth. Another was tortured to death. One girl committed suicide rather than be captured by a rival student group. Several children died in an accidental explosion while attempting to make bombs.
This was NOT an isolated incident; as the Cultural Revolution spread, similar incidents occurred across China in government offices, factories, schools, and the military.
Gao Yuan eventually fled the school, only to find that his father had been “canceled” by local students for caring too much about farming and economics, and not enough about party politics. He lost a prominent position in county government.
When Gao Yuan finally returned to his school months later, he found the campus destroyed— shattered windows, unmarked graves, bombed out buildings, and utter chaos.
Years later he recounted his experience in a book called Born Red: A Chronicle of the Cultural Revolution.
Now the US is entering its own Cultural Revolution. While any rational person can see many forms of discrimination that still exist, we are being force-fed a narrative that White Supremancy is at the core of everything.
It has become so ridiculous that, according to one California state math education group, saying 2+2=4 perpetuates white supremacy.
The only way to fix it is for “anti-racists” to identify and punish the oppressors, i.e. people who believe that 2+2=4.
This is among the many lessons that now dominate school curiccula in many districts in the Land of the Free.
Kids are being taught Critical Race Theory, and a brand new history based on the New York Times’s 1619 Project.
Books that have been at the cornerstone of literature classes for more than a century are now being cancelled. Math and science are blasted as racist and transphobic.
Students at an elite private school in Manhattan called Grace Church High School now dedicate hours each week to “anti-racism” instruction.
Segregated sessions force white students to attend classes which teach them that objectivity and individualism are features of white supremacy.
They are taught to find and report racial “micro-aggressions” of their teachers and peers— for instance, if someone insists they don’t care about someone’s skin color.
Challenging, questioning, or engaging in discussion about systemic racism is taken as proof that the transgressor is racist.
A former teacher at the school, Paul Rossi, attempted to introduce debate about the topic in a segregated, ‘whites only’ learning session.
He was accused of harassment, and told his failure to accept as gospel the critical race narrative created “dissonance for vulnerable and unformed thinkers” and “neurological disturbance in students’ beings and systems.”
This is what educators honestly believe— that differing opinions and constructive discussion are literally harmful to students’ brains.
Rossi was forced to resign. But it’s not just teachers who are cancelled.
Students are also punished for questioning Critical Race Theory, and they are reprimanded if they don’t speak up in support of it.
Teachers suggested that the school “officially flag” students who remain silent, believe in meritocracy, or suggest that everyone be treated with respect regardless of skin color.
Incredibly, a new government regulation proposed by the US Department of Education last month will prioritize special federal funding to schools which focus on this sort of thought control .
The national media reinforces this dogma. When parents speak out against Critical Race Theory being taught in their children’s schools, the media blasts them as white supremacists.
Recently, 70% of a Texas town voted for school board members vehemently opposed to Critical Race Theory, in a local election where about three times as many voters as usual turned out.
Yet NBC reported it was a “bitterly divided election”.
Really?
Does a 70% to 30% victory with massive voter turnout sound bitterly divided?
It’s clear based on these (and other) election results that the majority of the population opposes this cultural revolution.
The people who are trying to cancel Western Civilization are just a small, extremely vocal minority. The problem is, they control the media, the big tech companies, the universities, and most of the federal government, so their message seems much more popular than it really is.
This revolution has even spread to the military and intelligence agencies, with everyone from the CIA to US Special Operations Command prioritizing wokeness over national defense.
And of course, dozes of major corporations from Disney to Coca Cola have jumped on the bandwagon too.
History has much to teach us. And the key lesson from China’s cultural revolution is that these movements don’t suddenly disappear.
Now, you might be surprised to hear me say that the strongest way to fight back against this movement is to VOTE.
But I’m not talking about the broken political process.
I’m talking about the vote you make with your money.
If you disagree with a company’s woke politics, stop buying their products. Honestly. If you hate the fact that Disney is ultra-woke, but you’re not willing to give up your Disney+ membership, then you may need to rethink your priorities.
Same goes for Woka Cola, or any other major brand.
There’s also the vote you can make with your feet.
If your state or local government has totally lost its mind, consider moving. You can’t fix your neighbors’ way of thinking, but you can might be able to find greener pastures elsewhere.

The net loss is up almost 50%.
Biden's Green "No" Deal Exposes Virtue-Signaling Americans' NIMBY Views On Wind Power
The Biden administration's infrastructure proposal layouts 100% carbon-free or clean electricity by 2035. Such an ambitious goal will require a massive new workforce, hundreds of billions of dollars in funding, and community support.
But all is not kosher as wind turbine projects across the country have hit turbulence among local officials and residents.
President Biden's proposed Energy Efficiency and Clean Electricity Standard calls for tens of thousands of wind turbines. These massive windmill-looking machines destroy any beautiful landscape and are noisy.
WSJ explains since 2015, about 300 government entities across the US have rejected wind farm projects. In Scituate, Massachusetts, people complained to local officials that a wind turbine in the coastal town was noisy and prevented them from sleeping. Officials restricted the operation of the wind turbine to only daytime use.
On April 7, a proposed wind farm in Foster, Road Island, was rejected by the planning board. Residents heard horror stories from the people of Portsmouth who had turbines installed near their homes resulting in noise disturbances, vibrations, and loss in home values.
With Gallup survey data showing 70% of Americans want "more emphasis" on clean energy such as wind, one would think wind farms would be very receptive in towns and communities.
What's shocking, as WSJ outlines, "the fiercest fights against Big Wind are happening in the bluest states." These virtue-signaling liberals who oppose wind farms can be characterized as "NIMBY," an acronym for the phrase "not in my back yard," or would rather see green energy developments, not in their community but elsewhere.
( These are the same liberals that fight tooth and nail to prevent illegal immigrants from being bussed and unloaded in their neighborhoods. )
John Riggi, a town councilman in Yates, New York, has been fighting a proposed wind farm project for seven years. He said, "we are fighting to keep our lands free from environmentally destructive, culture-killing, and unwanted industrial renewable-energy projects."
The common theme among municipalities and residents rejecting wind farms is the same. They complain about noise pollution, falling property values, ruined views, and the potential loss of tourism dollars. To fight Big Wind, local officials are implementing noise and height limits, setting zoning setbacks, and even building heliports, preventing the construction of wind turbines within a 1-mile radius of landing pads.
In December, Madison County, Iowa, outright banned new wind turbines. Conflicts among towns and Big Wind bring into question how the Biden administration will install tens of thousands of wind turbines and other green energy systems to fulfill their 100% carbon-free electricity by 2035.
What's even more mindboggling are blue states filled with virtue-signaling liberals are opposing wind farms the most because they don't want these monstrous turbines in their backyard that create noise pollution, destroy views, and damaged property values.
