Yes he does, a simple Google search shows exactly what type of person he is.
Booomshakalaka. Team Maciora is going to be in a world of hurt.
It's amazing how many longs want this to happen. Group effort!
I guess we'll see. gltu.
It absolutely is going to be fun watching him go after those who defamed him and company for personal gain. Personally I can't wait. I know for a fact that Maciora was emailing and threatening/harassing investors as well, and I would hate to have been colluding with him. I'm sure those recipients have forwarded those emails to Ed as well. IMO, this will be much bigger than a simple defamation suit, but actual market manipulation and coercion.
Me too! Great stuff coming from MEC headquarters.
10 guesses who the individuals in question being sued by MYEC are?

TCA Debt restructure.
We re-financed our debt with TCA, it was purchased in full by Chicago Ventures/Typenex. We entered into a new note for the value of the TCA debt and entered into other refinance agreements regarding the other two Typenex notes.
This consolidates most of our debt with a partner that has proven to work well with us and respect shareholder value, unlike previous third party debt purchasers. We have the option to repay the loan from revenue, or we can convert the debt into stock at a 30% discount to market, if converted trading is restricted to 15% of daily volume. We would only convert the loan to stock if we were unable to make payments or if the value of our stock warranted. Our plan is to repay all of our debt if possible with cash from revenue and not with stock.
We are working through getting the accountants and auditors paid current so that we can file our financials. Due to the lawsuits filed against our Transfer Agent and Auditors, we incurred a large amount of additional unplanned expenses that set us behind in this area. We have filed a lawsuit against several individuals and entities that have caused damages to our company. I hate litigation but was left with no other option.
On a more positive note, we expect EmailMoni will gain wide adoption across Nigeria and Africa, and will generate very solid revenue for us. And, we expect to license and deploy more private label platforms similar to EmailMoni with other banks,

Nope and wrong again. CEO didn't say the properties didn't exist, he said myecheck and greenpay did not own them. It's all in the filings, trustee. Simple stuff. Thanks for your opinion though. Gltu.
Hence why people should listen to legal professionals instead of laypeople. MEC!
Misinterpreted pieces put into a fictional narrative as usual. The Real estate convention was fun, but irrelevant. TCA receivership nonsense will end today, properties that Ed is a trustee of will still not be owned by the company regardless of how hard the convention wants them too be, UBA will be rolling out the marketing of emailmoni, and Maciora will keep washing dogs. MEC is moving on up. Thanks again for your opinion. Gltu.
I for one am excited to see Myec pursue certain individuals. I'm 100% on board with that use of resources.
Nope. Wrong again, and today the TCA receivership nonsense will be laid to rest too. Thanks for your opinions though. Gltu.
There has not been a single trade yet today.
Powfolio needs major publishers with major titles. I got excited when Image appeared to be jumping on, but that is with their second tier stuff as well. Netflix wouldn't work if it was all indie flicks, same premise.
News out
The propertyers, much like the Birthers, will have to find some new nonsense to create and cling to due to that little thing we like to call reality. However, I did hear that Ed will be giving out MYEC hugs for the disenfranchised real estate convention. Moving on with UBA! Big things about to happen with EmailMoni.
Dude... Time to be real. Do a little research and see how many SUCCESSFUL companies have 8+ billion shares outstanding... Not to mention the current shit show that is happening with zwagbox by overcharging for undelivered goods. One can talk about overcoming hurdles, but in my opinion, Red Giant's only hurdle is Benny Powell.
Lol... Couldn't be further from the truth. Laypeople are not judges and/or legal professionals. The only thing this proves is that Ed has settled the TCA debt. Unfortunately for the real estate convention, the materiality was taken off the calendar. It has been fun to watch this BS be spun out of control though. Popcorn is ready for the next conspiracy.
AGM vacation spot!! ;)
Exactly. Ed has been doing nothing but fight for shareholders and this company. Good things coming.
Just food for hypothetical thought, but WHAT IF, Ed used the 66 million shares to pay off TCA instead of Ken lol. 66 million at a penny is 600k, math almost works out perfectly.
If that was the case Ken would have to switch to 66,666,666 X zero is.... Well lol.
Just a funny possibility.
The pivot is important because this one has been laid to rest. Everyone can plainly see the agenda of disinformation now. Onwards MEC!
And once again, MEC marches on!
Which is why everyone should do their own DD. Just blindly listening to anyone would be like going to your dog washer for legal advice. It's that old key word again, "interpretations" and "misinterpretations". Things are looking up for MEC!
Damn, looks like team Maciora and real estate convention lost again. TCA debt repaid. In the comments. MEC moving on with UBA.

Can't wait to see the UBA marketing begin. That machine will be fun to watch. Emailmoni is going to make some serious waves.
Annddddd, scoop.
Oh, and no bullshit, their water is amazing. I've bought some.
Been sitting on this one for a longggggg time. Definitely excitement from the MJ sector surrounding the deal with PURA. Alkame is a real company with a real product that is selling, I actually drove out and took pictures and scoped out the business headquarters in Hayden Idaho. Negative is that management is silent, little to no interaction with shareholders, filings are about a year behind and no one knows the OS, but they did authorize 5.5b. Last count OS was 200 million. It does move pretty easily though.
And to go further down the rabbit hole, a buyback would be a lot easier after an R/S , especially if they have 36 months to go. I have no intention of holding this for 36 months.
I think it would be mildly more meaningful if it didn't include the words (over the next 36 months) lol... Holy hell
Well, now some people are commenting they have and are being charged for their fourth box.... This is unreal.
Agree, holding many bags of burnt Benny toast.
Someone just bought 21 million... Holy hell.
There is a startling difference between the one product associated with glowdot, and Benny only misadventures. Powfolio is making little to no revs without a big publisher with major titles who draws an active audience IMO. Downloads are still very low.
Me too, and gsl, and anything associated with Benny Powell.
Yeah, these attorneys are so good they don't even know who they are going after lol...
I actually couldn't agree more. There is nothing to look forward to anymore. Zwagbox is killing any following they had with this perhaps worst rollout of a product by any company, ever.
Most people at competent. I find Benny not to have the necessary mental faculties to be a CEO. Literally every project he has announced he has let fall apart, (minus powfolio which is clearly to the credit of glowdot) and worse doesn't say anything to shareholders till the day before, remember all the gsl failures to launch. He is without doubt one of the most incompetent CEO's I've ever been involved with. His lack of communication, the way he handles business with his customers... It's a joke.
