it's only on the corporate website, strange
you would think something as wonderful as that would have been all over the place.
What site did you get that from because I do not see it on any of the normal channels
would changing issuers counsel qualify as an 8k event?
We should change Bob's name to Lucy
It can either be Lucy from I love Lucy, because he has some "splaining to do"
or it can be Lucy from Charlie Brown, because every time Charlie thinks he's going to kick the ball she pulls it away and falls flat on his ass
Did they really? that can't be good. Triumph isn't going to be happy about that. I smell a pay up and plug pull
Dude, go look at Jeffs Linkedin. How does a guy that has been a CFO for at least 4 different pubcos that I know and not have more then 100 contacts....WEAK SISTA
with the volume preceding the announcement today it looks there were a lot of loose lips on this one. Let's see what happens there have been MULTIPLE deals like this in the past with these guys and ALL of them have fallen apart
SCRC getting taken to the woodshed
The crap that I've heard........
I'd rather buy it at 1.00 then at .10 It's sooo laughable the rumor and sooo unconscionable that they would even utter the words but some people will stoop to such unfathomable lows to reach an end
RE the PIPE shares...
what everybody fails to realize about the PIPE shares is that the those shares that were sold at higher prices LOWERS the breakeven price on the balance of said shares, so while everybody is saying Thank F&*(k for .05 that cost basis is now SIGNIFICANTLY LESS
It looks like somebody knows something and it's NOT GOOD
The tape doesn't lie !!!! And this one looks like OJ's front porch
they got in trouble a few years back, look it up at sec.gov
the tape never lies
Lack of substance...
The tech and drug is great NOBODY denies that.Management is pathetic, and that my friend is why half of these deals blows up. Because going from 10.00 to a nickle was a good thing.
That's funny. BS has never had a winner....
Always walks away when the ship hits the fan
We can call this ScripGate
Laurie, you're back !!!
I guess the old lady has something up her sleeve
The only things expanding are Noreens posse's pockets and the size of the spread. Double bottom looks more like a dead cat
you would have thought something would have been stated,
Jeff always stays around after the ship takes a direct hit. He usually goes down with it or jumps right before, just loke Global GBRC. Bob scummed his way into the deal just like he screwed the guys that helped him with the Triumph money, you guys don't seriously think they were smart enough to do that on their own do you?
ROLMFA
no kidding. the best and most obvious question becomes........
what real guy is going to step into 126mm of debt, and sales commission schedule that is more expensive then mob money
as good as Bob? do you drink before noon on a regular basis?
The new CEO is a real estate attorney from Texas...
he knows less then Bob
I'm sorry BS seems to have gotten the best of us before..
and I said he would do it again.
I like the action.
The trading has been consistently getting better. There must be some good things that are happening, slow and steady wins the race in the market and hopefully the rubber will meet the road with the product line.
symbol change? because the late filing?
The auditors fault?
C'mon that's crazy. A company doing 50-60mm run rate is not going to get blown off by the auditor. So either something is hooky, or it's another example of managements track record of making poor choices or being incompetent. Either way it's ridiculous. At some point if you hold on to the blade long enough you're going to lose a hand
I like it
Like a fine wine somethings take time to mature
Look, I am new to the board here. I had a guy tell me once you bet the jockey and not the horse and from what I'm seeing is that there tends to be a lot negativity on the jockey. All I am saying is that the new trainer may have the ability to bring in some folks, UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT MANAGEMENT WILL LISTEN, and turn this around. Usually any serious real money will want a board seat or two and some governing power for money to come in. The whole, no tickey, no laundry type of a thing. If those things can come together we may have something, that's all
ROLMFAO......show me a microcap deal that doesn't have that. ever read a red herring, they look like the second coming of the apocalypse. I appreciate your concerns and frustration, I really do. I think at this point it's like falling out of the basement window
that's true grasshopper. but most big companies just buyout the little guy.
as far as making the same mistakes and not learning, you'll get no argument from me
30 years ago the cell phone was the size a cinder block now we have handheld computers and smartwatches
Look at the end of the day I think everybody here would agree that conceptually the product and model, works and can work. Sometimes you need to tear the motor and car apart to see how you can make it run better. I've seen another company like this a few years ago that had a similar application that was hot. Here's what i think....it's going to fly or die, that's it. When "The Profit" Marcus goes into a deal he looks at it in it's entirety and then figures out a way to get it lean and focuses on the fattest part of the trade to move it forward. He brings his contacts to the table and it goes. At some point fresh eyes can see the flaws and figure out to make it work with out too much brain damage.I think if the same application is applied here they will make a horse race out of this
I haven't seen the machines yet. But I do know a fair amount about the counterfeit drug markets overseas, in particular the supply chain side which is why I asked about the application a few weeks ago. Sherman didn't go through Georgia without a plan, so I think this could be interesting
I know the last deal they were around was TNIB that became IMUN, from around june 2012 until last june. Raised some money for the them and was putting a pretty comprehensive plan for manufacturing/distribution extc... Stock went to 10 drifted back down into the dollar 2 dollar range and then the CEO started hiring a bunch ass clowns that sold her the snake oil and that was the knife she ended up falling on so they took their ball and went home. they hooked up scrc with the Triumph Healthcare receivable line that was completely unrelated to any stock which was a really good deal for the shareholders, no dilution. The whole fundamentals first play works well for them.
We'll see if Jeff can take direction and get some more of the units in the field and get this thing going. You can always lead the horse to water, let's see if they can make him drink
I know the Osprey guys and have seen a few deals that they were around that did well. There's is a good model by building the fundamentals. When the fundamentals get filled in the market tends to react pretty positively. Should be interesting
xcellent, thx JR
new to the board here.
I like the story here. I have looked at some similar trades in this space and the upside is there. Does anybody know if the tech can be used to combat counterfeit drugs in the supply chain?
wanna know what it feels like to be an investor in a Noreen Griffin or Chris Pearce deal, watch the vid
