What's On The CUSP? Merry Christmas Everyone
$IBGR DRYWORLD Brands Most explosive company on the OTC Merry Christmas to everyone with my gift to you.
🤑 35 years of trading... and in my humble opinion... on the OTC that just never happens... very few are selling for tax purposes.🤑
And absolutely deals are going to get stronger and stronger🤑
I don't think it's paying old bills ... the notes have been matured since September 22 why now... doesn't seem to make much sense but you may be right ... sometimes when you see direct Market selling if that's what this was.. it's because they need a large chunk of cash to do something immediate. We could be pleasantly surprised at what this was for... either way I'm fine with it ... bills have to be paid and it creates buying opportunities.🤑
Why what do you mean if you're saying you think we're going to get another opportunity at these prices near the end of the year well God bless America . I think you're wrong ... but if you're right that will be amazingly phenomenal I guess we'll have to see if another trade is appropriate at that point 🤑
It's a phenomenal opportunity it doesn't get any better. Anytime you can buy a stock at a price that's lower than you think you can get down the road ... that's my definition of a buying opportunity.🤑
BOOOOOM LETS GO RED TO GREEN
Merry Christmas you got a float of under 200 million with a market cap of 1.9 million with everything these guys got going absolutely the best gift I've ever seen
This is beautiful... opportunity of a lifetime!!!
So what do you think's going on here are they raising money for something or is it old debt conversion .. just seems odd that those that could've cashed out would be doing it now sitting at a 3 yr low
Well just so long as we're not sugar coating anything let's be honest ... there's no way in hell they could have sold 10 to 20 million shares at 50 cents a share... there was no liquidity whatsoever you could barely get 10,000 on the bid.
If that's the case they just raised $270,000 30 million shares direct to market at let's say an average of .009
So it's just a theory... it's a good theory ... in fact I hope they are selling direct to Market they dictate price and it would not come as toxic funding.
I can't possibly fathom how you would know such a thing ... please enlighten us all ... none of the three things you just mentioned have a shred of fact behind them.
Slowly she turns...
That explains a lot. I'm starting to understand your distain for McKenzie. It was a "Massive" dump
Absolutely. I wonder if SEC filing is because FINRA is forcing it ... to facilitate name/ticker.
Early on I remember you had a good relationship with those guys. Do you have any idea why Matt Weingart doesn't own any shares.
Historical sales indicate collective sales history of all the clubs ranges from the low to high seven-figure annual sales, providing a significant opportunity for partners who have the right to sell club merchandise.
Management doesn't seem to understand the value of the Name/Ticker change .. they need to fully explain exactly what is going on in detail.. it must be the PRIORITY. They also need to explain the difference between DRYWORLD Brands, DRYWORLD Industries and DRYWORLD China. Ownership, operations patents and trademarks ... who the hell owns what? Too many assumptions .. need real answers.
Santa Claus is coming..🎅nice stocking stuffer today!
Yup they have to get ticker/name changed ASAP
Feels like Charlie Brown... Lucy you bitch 🤣
DRYWORLD Soars with New Zealand Super Rugby Clubs Partnership
SANTA BARBARA, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 5, 2023 / DRYWORLD Brands Inc. (OTC PINK:IBGR) is pleased to announce it has partnered with New Zealand Super Rugby Clubs to become the exclusive official compression and non-exclusive general merchandise partner of the five men's teams that compete in the DHL Super Rugby Pacific competition and the four women's teams that compete in the Sky Super Rugby Aupiki competition.

In 1996, SANZAR was formed, and the Super Rugby competition was created. Five franchises were created in New Zealand, merging the 26 domestic unions. These New Zealand sides are representative of their 'catchment areas' (the collection of unions that make up the franchise), with the Highlanders and Crusaders representing the South Island regions, the Hurricanes the southern part of the North Island, the Gallagher Chiefs representing the central regions and the Blues the northern-most regions.
After 2020, the Super Rugby competition evolved into "Super Rugby Pacific", which provides the New Zealand clubs a valuable conduit between the National Provincial Competition (NPC) and the All Blacks. This progression develops players to have the skills and experience needed to perform at the international level.
The competition has teams that represent New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and the Pacific Islands and its format is locked in until 2030 with a commitment from the national bodies to continue to innovate and grow the game.
With a collective social media following of over 3 million dedicated fans across 9 teams, the opportunity to connect and build long-term customer relationships is very significant.
The 5-year deal, in which DRYWORLD will provide each of the nine teams performance compression garments as gift of kit, aligns the brand with some of the best rugby players in the world. DRYWORLD's goal is to work with the club's retail partners, such as Legends Global Merchandise (Global Sports Giant Turbo Charges Super Rugby Shopping Experience), to supply co-branded performance compression garments and white label supporter merchandise to New Zealand Super Rugby fans worldwide. The partnership allows DRYWORLD to sell the products globally, which DRYWORLD intends to take full advantage of and is committed to building the New Zealand Super Rugby Club's distribution worldwide. Historical sales indicate collective sales history of all the clubs ranges from the low to high seven-figure annual sales, providing a significant opportunity for partners who have the right to sell club merchandise.
"This is a dream alignment in a sport we've loved all our lives" commented DRYWORLD's Dave Philips. "Rugby is in our founder's blood, and this opportunity has really brought the team together. This partnership shows our commitment to excellence in Rugby and builds on the Ospreys partnership we announced in 2022. We're excited to bring innovative products to market that have been developed for and with the NZ Super Rugby Clubs."
Chiefs Rugby Club CEO Simon Graafhuis said: "It's great that DRYWORLD has come on board as a partner of all five of the New Zealand Super Rugby Clubs. We think their compression gear is a great fit for the clubs, and we're excited at the prospect of having our players in DRYWORLD's range of compression garments. It will be a game changer for our teams when it comes to recovery and the challenges of long-haul travel.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOM NEWS
"Massive" A-N-T-I-C-I-P-A-T-I-O-N
BOOOOM DRYWORLD $IBGR #2 Breakout Boards
Oh hell yeah .. I think big deals and signings are imminent ... just that particular news they spoke of will be name and ticker
I myself believe it is massive ... that message was for us shareholders. The street may not give a crap but I do
Name and ticker news has got to be what they are dropping ... it's the only thing I believe would be okay telegraphing. A big kit deal ... acquisitions ... signing a big name ... all shock and awe type stuff would absolutely be a PR without notice.
You're Welcome! Any time
Audit underway BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

They just paid off some between Oct and last week ... all total float has only increased about 14-15 million in 3.5 years .. unheard of in OTC they are very conservative ... they dont blow through shares.
Yea it made a run to .70 ... my personal belief is like so many the old mgmt record keeping was real bad and with Covid everything changed and it slowed us down 2 years or so. Covid was declared March 2020 the reverse merger happened June-August 2020 and the world shut down.
I believe that may be part of the news coming out tomorrow.
