My question is who is buying these shares that are now trading. The only answer I can come up with is; they are Market Makers who accecpeted short orders. All these trades are short coverings or closing out short positions. The stock wasen't totally delisted because there are still outstanding short positions, when those positions are all closed not sure what happens. Remember for every transaction there is a buyer and a seller; Buyer = short holder, seller = MM.
This is just my opinion.
WTF
Can anyone explain the low share purchases when there is a $50 commision for this Austrailian stock. I see 1, 5, 100, share, purchases. I have never purchase less than 2000 shares which turns into .025 per share. Selling causes the same charge, it sure keeps the volume down here in US. They need to list on a major US exchange, which I think will happen when stock goes over $5-$10 US.
At the end of the 10k (On February 28, 2023, Round Enterprises Ltd. and Eardley Holding AG each provided promissory Notes for a total of €500 with a 2.5% interest per annum. The promissory Notes of €400 and €100, respectively, were provided immediately. )
I believe three zeros are added to this number. Round is not giving another 1/2 million to secure share holders a return but they are trying to get a few bucks back of the 70 million that is owed to them. The note holders get paid before stock holders. I sold my .02 shares for .021, Im out of this stock for the first time in many years.
I think it's all over, just waiting for the Round Lady to sing. Good Luck to all that remain.
Their making Gold at a good rate, looks like they are also making money. Will do more DD before investing, but worth a look for now.
I sold 1/2 my position in VASO after the first earning report; it seemed the second (corrected) report was a bit better and it pissed me off (might not have sold). But all is ok for now, maybe it was time to take a little profit. All the shares I have are at .06.
Very sloppy reporting; there has been a correction press release. To many numbers in press release and proof reading seems to have been forgotten. Why were numbers worse this quarter with most of the covid concern over (higher commision and stuff) I have a nice profit here so I sold 1/2 position on first report. Second corrected report seems a bit better and I might not have sold but will not contest for now. This is just my opinion.
Hi All,
Recieved dividend in one account still waiting for Schwab but they said its coming.
"This is the Way" I love it! I still have shares but that could be "The Way" . This investment has always been a longshot, it's the pennyland of petri dish drug science. I've had a few of them and don't know any of them that have succeeded but some have. I don't believe there is a conspericy of Big Pharma to squash these little companies because when one comes along with a possible compund or drug they do buy them. They get a good portion of their new drugs that way. This latest fungus among us or Fungus Amongus could be a changable deal for our B drug. time will tell as always.
Yep, I think you got it wrong, but not sure.
The brokerage that one buys stock from is the same agent that will recieve the dividend. I did contact Pilbara and I was told that PILBF holders would recieve the dividend. I am expecting about a .07+ dividend posted to my brokerage account a day or two after dividend date. If we have to apply to some third party to recieve dividened that's a problem. The brokerage should apply for dividend they are the agent.
IPIX is the only stock I own that is in the Green today, UP 10%, onward and forward (I'm laughing at myself!!!)
Company up for sale or done, oh well.

I dissagree!
"BT BeaMedical Technologies (“BeaMed”), a private company minority-owned by Innovation Pharmaceuticals"
I didn't know we owned DeaMed? This first sentance is awful and Minority-owned means somthing very different than what they were trying to say.
What I understood from prior releases is IPIX has a minority stake in DeaMed (WTF).
I'm a buyer here, looks like a spring compressed to max with a hair trigger that could release anytime!
Read between the lines;
"Frontier become the OEM" That means that Triad will not be producing the finished product, all they will make is the energy packs or assempling capacitors. and thats what they are selling to Frontier. The news tell me that Frontier wants no part of Triad doing the end product production. But that's not all bad, at least their capacitor discharge technology will be getting used.
This a a very speclative company to say the least. They are trying to use a kind of older technology to solve a current need. Super-capacitors have been around for awhile and I belive they are a potential good application for storing excess energy. But they are way different than high power batteries. to put enough capacitors to power a Tesler the battery would be the size of the car, that doesn't work.
Try reading the stuff from Angelique Moss, the last article if from a few days ago.

I think she is a bit to pro TPII but most of what she says is possilby correct. The one thing I dissagree with is the amount of Lithium availabel for the future. The Lithium in batteries can be recycled at about 50% to 90%, it's not the lithium that disapates but the cathods decay and more lithium deposits are being found all time.

You only have to be in stock for one day to get stock and cash dividends? I still don't see why he is diluting stock with this give away. If stock does not go down after Jan 6 or ex dividend date I will be glad to be wrong. we will see.
Do we see a 10.5% drop in share price after stock and cash dividend?
I think so, that is what usually happens when additional stock is added to market cap. I still like the company but haven't figured out why they are doing a stock dividend, I would rather see a stock buyback.
Tax loss selling should be over, might see a small bounce today.
Where do you get 20% from, I kind of made the same mistake when I first read anouncment. $.10 a share equals .5% and the stock equals 10%, total 10.5% not 20%
Looks like short covering to me. We could close at .30 today.
Remember someone is accumulating those share sells 702 and 1053, all trades have two sides a sell and a buy. trades are at 10 minute intervals, just some mind games being played or unloading at slow rate not to bring price down, who knows what makes the world go around.
867 share sells all day? At least 16 sell orders filled at 867, strange things are happening, it must be the sellers selling to the bidders, what strange happenings!
This sure feels like a time bomb ticking!!!
Same MM on both sides of trade? GTSM, (GTS SECURITIES LLC)
Games continue on the OTC pennyland. Still looks like they are trying to fill
the bid and ask are 1 tic difference (.0001). MM are filling on the bid price. Not sure what that means?
My best guess is that someone is trying to buy a punch of stock without raising the price.
Schwab trading platform, (Street Smart Edge) had the IPIX news posted as soon as it came out, it only keeps it there for the day it came out. Anyone who uses Schwab can use this real-time, level 2, trading platform
(I think), I've been using it for years.
FDA guidelines for Expanded Access or Compassionate Use.

Some might find this interesting;
I've been taking Hydroxychloroquine (200 MG a day) and Methotrexate (MTX) for 17 years (17.5 MG MTX a week). This is a fairly standard treatment for moderate RA. I have now had 3 doses of Pfizer vaccine for Covid. The quandary is weather or not to take the MTX while getting vaccine. Many studies suggest to forgo at least one does of MTX to get the most out of vaccine. Also studies suggest that those of us with RA have worse outcomes with Covid and vaccines only give 50-65% protection. I opted to miss one dose of MTX after each vaccine dose (I did talk to my Doc after the fact). All is fine so far. I also have been fairly careful during the entire pandemic.
I have recently read a study on MTX where it shows it could be a powerful therapeutic for Covid 19. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jmv.26512
It surely make sense that MTX would help when it comes to stopping the cytokine storm in covid. How it works for RA is somewhat the same action by slowing down the immune system. I think it might be a bit of "Catch 22" here. The suppressed immune system might make one more susceptible to covid but the MTX could still stop the "cytokine storm."
Thoughtful comments appreciated.
We do have one more bit of information even though it is small but not insignificant. We have 119 patients we know nothing about and 1 patient that we know is alive and visited"(The last patient follow-up visit occurred on July 30, 2021)" it would be hard to follow-up with a dead person. You could take it a bit further and say if the last person had the follow-up the previous 119 people had follow-ups, meaning they all survived. I would assume if any of the remaining 119 patients did not have a follow-up they would have had to say that.
Mortality rates of those entering hospital for covid-19 range from around 5% all the way up to 28%. If we had 0% mortality that is significant.
But I might have to go way back to my logic I. class many year ago to better formulate my thesis. Maybe a logic truth table would help here?
A few things we do know about trial are;
1. change dosage from 3 days to 5 days.
2. Trial was completed
3. Brilacidin must have been fairly safe or trial would have been stopped.
4. Last person has had follow-up, meaning there must have been a first person follow-up.
What the Merde do you mean, I thought my post was fine, by boring I meant there hasn't been anything new discussed here for quite some time. Have a good day.
Agree on George Mason. I have been thinking for a long time that the Bio Defense Labs are more interested in Brilacidin than the FDA or BP. The connections are there if one looks. Battelle Inc. (very strange non-profit) runs many of these labs. Lots of stuff going on in Maryland.
Keeping the troops healthy during pandemics and possible bio warfare is top priority for many labs. An Autoinjector filled with some formulation of Brilacidin could be in the future. Could be a reason Russia is so interested too. This is pure speculation and will probably be bashed but it hasn't been talked about as far as I know, and might give the board something new to talk about, it is getting pretty boring lately.
I posted link about royalty payments. could you post a link that shows a 20-25% royalty payments. Not wanting to argue here just getting information on royalties.

It was good to see The 6% royalty agreements are still in effect and ongoing with various phases scheduled this year! Was wondering about the 6% and feel it is in line or a bit better than what most small biotech companies get for these deals.

Trading weird, no spread, no volume, no big sells, no big buys. MM are accumulating shares slowly for run is my best bet, any day now I think.
A major "Wait and See" happening now. A good sign for now.
