I'm still shocked that people couldn't see this eventual move downwards after reading the last three Quarterly statements (the previous 2 sealed the deal imo). The lack of debt control by management pretty much says it all. The company had to nearly max the O/S in order to get into about 2000+ "average" retailers, and Vitamin Fizz is still limited in select parts of the country. They've already completely under-estimated costs of their "phase" plan to roll out V-Fizz nationally. I had a pretty good idea two quarters ago that the company was going to have a difficult time taking off, since they've failed once before. What is colored bottle caps and a new label going to do without a "significant" advertising campaign (which MINE can't afford with the current financials).
Pitman, do you think this company has any chance of rebounding with a 3.4ish billion SS? I don't even think PR pumps can turn this situation around. Like some other posters said, if Vitamin Fizz can't sell very well in their current locations, what makes a potential bigger retailer appealing? I'll be looking for a lower entry still, but when we do get this "game changer" I don't think it will really move the PPS anywhere near .01 imo.
2 million in volume on 3.5 billion shares means nothing. I could do that and think nothing of it, but I'd rather not burn my money at the moment. When it gets low enough there might be a good entry, but considering the last 10-Q, the SS, and forward guidance being weak, the stock is still over-priced for traders like myself.
Volume says it all. There is no interest, only bag-holding, and frustrated longs selling lower and lower every month. Shareholders have no rights, and the amount of shares in the float is too large to ignore. Vanis can't do a significant buy-back because the funds aren't there considering MINE is losing even more money Q after Q after all expenses are calculated for.
FACTS speak louder than gibberish comments or statements. Financials say it all. "Game changer" and "shares returning to the treasury" are just buzz words to hype a stock that continues to lose shareholder value month to month. Fact! Take a 1 year chart, and look at where MINE was at its high-point, and look at it now. Doesn't look like the plan is working.
Stop making excuses for a FAILURE. The reason why I don't open a beverage company is because the market is completely over-saturated. Vitamin Fizz was always going to be a low probability of success to break-through in this market. The issue I have is now that most of the other products are now being put on the sideline. Vitamin Fizz is now the focus, which creates an "all or nothing" scenario for MINE. If Vitamin Fizz doesn't sell, the company fails or R/S dilutes+pumps to bring in new shareholders as the cycle goes around in the OTC.
What's the status of coffee boost, vitamin creamer, THC, etc, etc, etc? Seems like mismanagement to me.
I'd rather drink jet fuel. Probably healthier and more natural than VF.
It makes a lot of sense to me. MINE MINE MINE. /s
Kind of sad at this point. Don't know how people can take "shares returned to the treasury" seriously, but then again, people have been averaging down from .01 telling me this is going to the moon for about a year now. Go figure.
2 words : SALES REVENUE.
Let me spell it out for you R-E-V-E-N-U-E
This "process" is a joke, whether it happens at this point or not.
Vanis can't even be kept honest with his own plans for Vitamin Fizz. The "phase plan" that they had in place is running completely over-budget, but I'm sure you did your DD like all the other intelligent shareholders.
Desperation and disappointment in that MINE had all the time in the world to prove a product in the market and is failing a second time. Vitamin Fizz doesn't produce enough revenue to turn this company profitable. Vanis is stalling with the shares being returned to the treasury, even though the SS is nearly maxed right now (which makes the whole situation laughable that anyone would believe a significant amount of shares will be returned anyway, with heavy dilution being necessary to help keep the company running).
The list goes on and on. The 10-Q was simply sad, and justifies the PPS. All the positives that were mentioned previously go out the window. MINE is a failure in that it can't break out of this mold of how a typical OTC pump and dump works. The sad thing about this ticker is that the dump is slow and gives longs false hope. 6 months ago we were trading much higher IIRC, and I remember being told it was never going to see "X PPS lower", yet it happened every single time.
Good day.
When longs who bought in the high 2's or in the low 2's sell out finally, we should see trips again, unless another "group" comes in to load up shares again. The interest is just not there with the volume, and no one wants to take out the ask because they know it will only end up with the same selling on the bid.
All imo :)
Yep. If he doesn't deliver, then longs will really suffer. Financials alone don't give much confidence, so a PR pump of significance will be necessary imo.
With this kind of volume, Vanis will really need to bring in a game changer or else people will simply be trapped in this stock having to sell at the bid. Terrible. No position here, waiting on .002's because the fundamentals still don't scream buy yet, but if it gets low enough I may hold some for a bounce. I like R/R lower, but at .003 it's just not worth holding personally.
Hopefully MINE pulls in a Costco. That should definitely change sentiment imo.
Looks like MINE has fizzled. IMO :)
Based on the volume alone, the situation looks bleak. Sorry to say this, but I really think Vanis should just correct the share structure through a reverse split at this point. Absolutely no confidence to buy on the ask. Whatever shareholder value that's left has slowly degraded over-time. A few buying on the ask, hoping they can pick a "bottom" to flip, but with the lack of interest on the ask it looks like nothing will happen until a significant event changes sentiment of the stock. Another looong waiting game, just like the drop from .01.
All imo :)
Guessing things before they happen has always done wonders for this stock, didn't you know? ;).
Deals also fall through all the time as well, so until we get a confirmation of this "key account" deal actually happening, it means nothing tbh. Not the first time Vanis tried to hype and delay a product/deal, then not hear about it until many months later (for ex. vitamin creamer). Where the PPS will be until then is anyone's guess.
Great stock, great CEO, great communication with shareholders, and great product. Can't get any better than MINE.
Shhhhh, I want to add to my short position. Let them keep loading here. It will only make the drop even nicer :)
HAVEN'T SOLD 1 SHARE IN 3 YEARS? THAT SOUNDS DEPRESSING. MUST SUCK BEING DOWN OVER 99% LOL. WHAT A GREAT STOCK. I WILL NEVER HAVE TO COVER.
YOU NEVER WIN UNLESS YOU SELL EITHER. SHORTS ARE WINNING. EVERYONE EXITED AT TWICE THIS PPS (WHERE I STARTED MY SHORT).
LOOKS LIKE I WON'T HAVE TO COVER MY SHORT!!!! WEEEEEEEE SHORTS KILLING THIS POS. PVSP TANKING DAY BY DAY. LOOKING BLOODY RED OUT HERE!!!!
It's easier to sell on the bid before your shares become worth a lot less.
What happened yesterday? I thought PVSP was going to the moon. Guess the front-loaders sold on that news and are waiting for the trips to reload. psssshh, I thought we were going to see .05+ here? lol
Going to da moon :) PVSP (Am I doing it right)
MINE is in the red, what a surprise. Must be all this good news I'm reading about.
TDA only puts chills on the most sketch of OTC tickers (I wonder why it's on this one? hmmmm).
Nice prop bid. Bet that won't get filled if someone bid-wacks.
Oh no, 911 was printed. That's secret code for bagholders hoping someone slaps the ask or else this stock goes negative for the day. Getting right on it XD
That's where the dumping will land by EOD :)
.0014
Good luck selling higher :)
Here comes the bid-wacking :)
Chart history applies everywhere. Traders specifically look at the charts to see if the opportunity is there or not. Everyone sees how front-loaded this stock is from the trips. Prop bids are all a part of the game for some good OTC traders who know how to keep the stock moving forward (until the big dumping). I'm willing to bet this stock never sees .01 without an R/S first. There's simply nothing (news wise) that I've read that will propel this forward. I'm sorry, but these predictions of .05+ are simply unrealistic. Good luck, but the max opportunity I see here is .004-.005 (with some great volume).
Too much noise over the week-end on this one. Looking at the chart it seems heavily front-loaded. Will be watching for a potential bag-hold fest. Trading last week was telling. Good luck to folks who bought above .0017. A lot of shares bought in the .0007-.0009 range, and chart started showing a little too much bid-happy selling. May see one more small bump before it tops out imo.
Previous Quarters weren't "great". They had mixed results and left many questions such as how Avanzar would fit in, was it worth buying into, how are they dealing with G & A expenses, what will Phase 1 ultimately cost? Those are just a few of the questions I personally had, and waited for this last 10-Q to find out for myself. Hint: it didn't end up very well.
This isn't some new company btw. MINE has already failed at this beverage venture once before, so being critical of it now on a second attempt is fully justified imo. A few quarters can definitely show whether MGMT is screwing up or not. They've been running up debt for a while now, and it doesn't look like Vanis has this situation under control yet, hence why I'm giving it 1 more Quarter to see if this company is going to trade in the trips or not.
Longs have been showcasing the "positives" for months, and telling bears that they're wrong or making excuses for this price action, such as going as far and saying the stock has been "manipulated". Well, the stock dropped from .012 to .0023, so I doubt it's all "manipulation" like some cry foul about. Bears don't need convincing here, it's the ones that visit the message board or look into this company's financials that do. We could go on about the stores not selling or who's right or wrong, but the fact of the matter is, Vanis hasn't done a significant buy-back recently or returned shares (as far as I know at the moment).
We went from already known about events, to forward looking statements. Good luck spinning all of that.
The 10-Q show-cased the terrible financials. I only need 1 more quarter's financials to see whether Vitamin Fizz is a dud or not. Longs are the ones that need to showcase the positives to convince those sitting on the side-line that they're missing out. Bears have been right for months about this situation. Long-term price action proves it, the move on the day of the 10-Q proves it, and our "lacking" DD of stores simply not selling enough of the product proves it.
Thanks for the beer money again friends :). Just waiting on that buy-back. Any day now Vanis.
Wow, broke below .0033, what a great support there. Nice painting at .0036 as well.
long and strong. MINE!!!
I don't post my entries/exits because I'm not on this board to brag about them. Besides, I'm kind of keeping quiet on pps expectations because you guys will just get filled in front of me when I do expect the stock to bottom or top. I've already exited when I claim tops though XD .
Agree, but first Vanis needs to get those financials under control. Just being realistic here. Stocks don't trade under .01 without good reason.
