Come on man, lol. I'm just saying, it's pointless to even waste time here. Better tickers to watch and talk about than this turd.
Why are people still posting about this sc*m? Better off playing scratch off tickets than trying to make back your losses from this. People are still talking about this stock like Vanis ever had a sensible plan to make fizz succeed. Hate to break it to you guys, but look at the history of his tickers, and it will suddenly make sense.
Wouldn't even waste my time looking in stores for the drink or do DD on this any longer. Only thing you'll find is the reality of the situation, and it sucks.
Buying full ownership of a product that has poor sales isn't going to turn the terrible financials around. Maybe it will trick some otc traders to buy into a pump, but at this point it's basically too late to matter. G & A expenses are everything you need to see some clever accounting BS. Shareholder value has already evaporated after the R/S.
Haven't been on the board for a while, but finding out all this Eric Cousens DD in connection to MINE has surprised me. Very interesting, and unfortunate. Glad I got out when I did many months ago, but this recently revealed news definitely makes me question my initial investment. Won't outright say it, but the whole situation seems fishy, and another reason to be skeptical with companies in the pinks.
Good luck folks.
Responding to SS1 is a lost cause. I believe he has been deceitful to many shareholders for over a year now, and it's ever so apparent that anything he says should be ignored. The fact that a company can go down over 80+%, yet someone can still be positive about it as a shareholder speaks to some type of insider behavior of which is still able to make money on the company with loaded shares given to them or purchased at an extreme discount of current par market value. No reasonable person would act like this, and really speaks volume to the manipulative nature of the OTC. It isn't just pumping, but intentionally deceiving shareholders to continue investing on false promises.
I remember your name from twitter some time about 6 months ago. I personally warned you about the company's financials, and my severe distrust of Vanis, yet folks such as yourself told me that I was just bashing for no good reason. I don't know what anyone expected, but Vanis never executed a plan that made sense or had a chance of success. The whole premise of V-fizz was a failure, since they didn't even own the IP completely. Maybe after the R/S after all shareholders are completely wiped out, Vanis attempts to execute an actual business plan that may succeed, but after all the failures and lackluster PRs, I highly doubt any good will come of this.
Just my 2 cents, good luck.
Wonder if my broker will let me short at a higher price? lol, I see a continuation of this drop after the R/S. Definitely see a return to <.01 post R/S.
It sucks that my broker won't let me short this. Was so obvious how this would play out that it hurts to see. Must be nice to day-trade from the caymans. Longs have been decimated for a while now, and it doesn't look like the situation will get any better after the R/S.
All imo of course.
If we were all paid par value shares at .0001, then obviously it makes perfect sense to act like this. Doesn't surprise me anymore. Money does terrible things to terrible people.
Wasn't going to waste my time on this board because I've technically been done with it for a while now. I won't be trying to catch a bottom or flip it ever again. I just wanted to get my 2 cents in since many have been in denial about the situation for over 6 months now, and some continue to brush off negativity as "lying" or "bashing", when in fact the situation couldn't have been any clearer and bears couldn't be any more right. Play this stock if you want, but to act like the negativity was to "flip" is being dishonest. Why aren't you telling StockScout to stop purposely talking up the company? Since he's been a "long" here for 2 years and misled shareholders with a BS shareholder spreadsheet, touting how great the CEO is, and consistently posting things such as the float being locked, all while the company continues diluting and now going to R/S for what reason? Oh, that's right, to potentially dilute shareholders even further.
What a joke. Don't get left holding the bag.
People are free to speak about the recent actions that Scott Vanis has pulled causing mass losses to shareholder investments. The only reason I'm currently posting is to say that "I told you so" about this many months ago, and have been threatened in private messages multiple times to stay quiet, yet it seems I've been right about the situation all along. BTW, I still didn't get an answer from StockScout1 on whether he is paid by Minerco Resources to promote the company or not.
You wouldn't be worrying about "holding for an R/S" if you did basic DD on this stock. The last two Q's have been all the information any logical investor would need to see the path that this company must take in order to sustain itself or go belly up. An R/S had to happen or else Vanis can't dilute shareholders any further without first increasing the A/S again.
Oh, trust me. When the "big boards" come, so will the easy shorting opportunities. With these financials, you can count on that, and you won't need "my posting" to see how really bleak things are. What's your current average btw? Just wondering. I'm keeping a nice spreadsheet of bagholder averages pre/post R/S.
It must be nice to be an OTC CEO. Knowing that you can get investors hopes up through PRs, and take their money through the form of G & A + dilution. It must be nice being paid in dividends as a CEO, even when the company they run is having a few "problems" financially. Amazing how well Scott pulled this idea of "trying" to replicate the success of SI, yet going to the extent of "promotion" in areas that don't even have the product to begin with. When "results" are less than admirable, and yet there's still talks of the current situation being downplayed as a necessity that will help out shareholders in some way. Amazing how investors believed a made up spreadsheet, and misinformation being spewed about "game changers" or various products coming to market, that never came to fruition.
When talks of "no R/S" were said multiple times, yet here we are today with this information. I saw the warning signs about 6 months ago, and was constantly told that I was simply "bashing for cheapies" or "wrong about a potential R/S". Even today, some still say that positive things can come out of this. How? What makes anyone think that the cycle won't repeat? Just astonishing that some couldn't have seen this coming, when everything was in our face, clear as day, in the 10-Q (the previous 2 quarters). Can't fix stupid, I guess.
Answer this question SS1, are you Scott Vanis?
I'd like to know this because Scott never answers my emails, but "magically" happens to answer some "investors" within hours or day's time. Hmmm... Seems strange how when I ask very basic questions I get nothing, yet people are getting essays from a supposed "busy" CEO. You post here often as if you work for the company, do you? I'm just asking because I'd like some things figured out about this whole situation, and how an R/S actually came to be.
Thanks,
ChrisKo
R/S - CALLED IT
Name Change - CALLED IT
Remember when this traded at .007+ and I was told constantly how we'd never see .004,.003,.002, or would ever see an R/S? Well, this is what happens when you can't read financials in the stock market, and pray on noobs or a "group" to pump a stock. When it doesn't happen, and the company goes off only on results, this is what happens. OTC is strictly gambling, and "investing" in real good companies doesn't exist in the pinks.
"Athena will also be acquiring a few brand-compatible, high performing products including an existing children’s beverage which boasts a low calorie count and reduced sugar content."
Won't even want to guess what drink this is, considering MINE's financial situation.
Anyway, I've said what I had to say about the situation. Hope anyone I spoke with in the past about this listened before it was too late. GLTA
I don't see any "investors" here. We're actually talking about boiler room. Didn't you see the movie? Pretty much what ihub is, just with a lower average IQ.
Might get a few up-ticks from here, but I don't trust the company (honest opinion). Want a pumpers answer? to da moon.
The boat's sinking with the rest of the dead weight stuck in it. Have fun on the titanic, but I'd rather not drown :).
All I hear is "blah blah blah, buy my shares, so I don't take a loss". It's okay to be wrong. Can't win in every trade.
All the buyers above .0012+ are dumping for a loss. Looks like bagholder central here, like I said yesterday. Told me I was stupid two days ago for selling 2 ticks lower than HOD. ALWAYS TAKE PROFITS OR FOREVER HOLD YOUR BAGS!!!
TBEV looking good.
What happened? :)
You too, take it easy man. Moving on now lol.
Only OTC ticker I played in the last 3 weeks was this man. Don't worry, I was just f*cking with some of you. Know the game too well. Good luck here lol. Last post for the day.
I would have buddy, but I wasn't around MINE then. At least you made out well in HJOE.
"Big Ihub names". You mean a bunch of known pumpers? Wow, next you'll tell me I should call them my financial advisors. lol, give me a break.
Only millionaire to be made is the CEO once he's done dumping on all the bagholders holding for a $1 :o
"REAL" investors don't burn money in the OTC, hoping and praying for .25 on a ticker that just came out of the trips. Maybe if you make a few dollars you can pay a tutor to teach you how to spell after TBEV's run to dollar land. /s
Sell when the getting's good. Good luck buying a tangible product. I call BS, just like the past. Don't care whether I sold early or missed a few ticks. A profit is a profit. Trading 101 buddy. Oh sorry, forgot you didn't pass the 3rd grade.
Haha. Whether this goes up or down, I don't care. Too many plays to make cash on. Good luck with those future bags buddy. Looks like .002 will be a tough one to crack ;)
New accounts on ihub defending TBEV as if I don't understand how this all works. Who's alt is this? lol, I'm done here. Stop responding to me. I understand some of you probably bought the top, and are hoping to unload before everyone else realizes that most of these PRs don't add up. Good luck, Bad Hemper.
Lol Bad hemper, done posting here. Good luck to all. When the sell off happens and you're stuck holding bags because you were too greedy, don't blame the evil market makers or the "shorts".
Bad Hemper. This is worse. MINE had a real product, they just failed to make it a hit. This doesn't have a product on the market. Just pictures, a garbage website, and a lot of hype to attract idiots. The only question is when will that collapse happen?
Do you think I care about celebs endorsing pumpsanddumps? You know who else endorsed pumps? Mike Tyson, Shaq, etc, and received nice lumps of cash to promote scam companies. Let's see a real product actually produced and sold online and/or in stores. Only rookies fall for this garbage, that's why I sold out everything today. We'll see how many rookie traders get caught up in the hype, and how many lose it all in the coming weeks. If I miss any more "hype" or potential profits, oh well. Just another trade, just another dollar. There's always money to be made in the market. Always take profits.
The pump started looking shaky today. Giving it one more day before it completely collapses. Don't forget to always take some profits if you bought in large amounts :). Don't want to unload your bags when everyone else is dumping at the same time.
Volume is simply drying up. The stock looks like it's being flipped by a few individuals for 1-3 upticks (probably longs averaging down), so after the buying dries up at .003-.0031, the stock basically does nothing after. As someone on the sidelines, I don't know why you'd ever slap the ask, when the stock just moves back down right after. The fundamentals are clearly not there. MINE isn't making any gains both in the stock, nor in the bottom line. Vanis can't even put out a shareholder letter, which takes, what? An hour max to write up?
The stock's now just full of trapped investors who thought that Vanis would miraculously pump this back up to .01, so they averaged down.
The only time this stock gets any action is when it tanks 5-15% in a day. Kind of pitiful tbh. Volume is barely enough to get a quick flip in. The best CEO in the OTC still hasn't done anything to interest new investors. What a bleak situation, why doesn't Vanis just R/S and get it over with. All shareholder value has basically been wiped at this point anyway.
