If you are referring to the conversion shares issued on notes payables from cash loans or the warrant shares issued to suppliers of product and vendors of services, those numbers are readily available from the current and pre-existing fins. Don't know which category the unfunded escrow requirement from Dr Qi for AcnEase fits in, nor the current status, but yes I have a little familiarity with it. What is the Company's Total Debt?

I understand that 100% of the public float should be coming from O/S and not A/S. I also understand that public float is 100% from Longs, none from short interest. Further, I understand that 600M O/S that are 50/50 longs to short creates a public trading float of 300M shares. I also understand we didn't go from 77M O/S shares with approximately 38M shares of public float to 600M O/S with about 300M shares of public float WITHOUT significant DILUTION and MMs probably have 3/4 of all shares, imo
I got my number from the Company NOT the TA. It surely does make a difference because issuing from A/S instead of A/S doesn't require a current shareholder to sell a single share. The MMs can get shares from the TA from the A/S and toss them back and forth to squeeze out the new investors' monies from the spread. This is what could cause comtinued price drops after each great PR since August 2014. PR News creates buying interest that gets filled by MMs who toss shares back and forth and profit from the spread.
We didn't go from 77M at end of 2014 to over 550M O/S today by only issing from O/S and I guarantee you we are between 550M and 600M O/S as of today.
The only question that need be asked to the TA is: Are you issuing from A/S or O/S.....The impact of issuing from A/S is simple to compute, imo

There are no bonus points for making hero trades and market makers know that. It's all about spread and they don't care what the price is. Only us shareholders care about price. If you contact the TA, Colonial Stock Transfer, at 801.355.5740 you might get new information as to why the price has dropped after PR News on 2014 Annual Report. GLTA
Price is a function of demand vs supply and market makers. Demand was not the problem today any more than supply. The problem today was the market makers. The fix is qb uplisting through buyback of shares to get .01 minimum, imo

$HBRM I have a couple of things to do today and then tonight will break down the fins and add to my dd. I will post tomorrow night. I have a busy weekend. Imo I think fins are good. Debt is being paid and revenue increased. Next is the quarterly fins due April 15th. That will show December 1st - February 28th sales etc.. That one should be the green Q imo! News expected next week per ceo. K cya guys tomorrow night ! GLTU! ;)

HBRM could have posted a Q4 profit if the reduction of past debts weren't reduced 43%. Buyback of shares are not outside of future expectations, imo

Most pink sheets don't report profits because of taxes. So, not really surprised about that. Sales revenue growth is what most run on and HBRM has a nice report on sales growth with strong forward-looking plans, imo. Warrants will redeem at .025 and .05, per Mgt discussion, and any uplisting that gets done will likely keep boosting price. I think many will hold for at least end of Q1, imo
