I know but unfortunately I can't say how. Im not sure if its going to happen since its only their plan but it was confirmed in the beginning of Dec
Siaf is going for First North and the goal in the beginning of Dec was January. Lets hope that goal is reached!
I used Bloomberg Proffessional.
Last time I checked the Swedes owned 59% of the stocks... It was a couple of weeks ago so I will check again on Monday.
Hello RD,
What would you do with $20.000 if your purpose was to "bet" against Netflix? Risk level 8/10. BTW thanks for all your useful posts!
They said that Siaf propably has contacted First North/OMX but has been turned down early in that process since the case was not strong enough. They had a very interresting solution to this problem and that is to use a Swedish Siaf company on the stock exchange. That compaines only role is to host Siaf stocks (from OTC-BB). This model has been used with some Russian oil companies like Vostok Nafta. Siaf already has a Swedish sub-company ??
Maybe you are correct but how do you know that the software count Nordnet/Avanza as institutional investors? It dose not say anything about that in the info I uploaded? Also it seems that Chg in inst positions is up 17.26%?!
I think that the insiders owns stocks thru a company and that is not recogniced by Bloomberg....
I think this info is incorrect and should be changed according to the info I posted from Bloomberg. Only 2 days old!
Oooops... Deleted the link. Nothing really harmfull!
Lets try again:
Interresting thing is that Swedish ownership has gone down from 78% to 68% in 3-4 week. Also that institutions is more than 22% now!

All info from Bloomberg Professional
That info was correct also 2 days ago when I checked!68% Swedish owners and 31% unknown...
City National Bank is a new top5 owner with 232.916 stocks. Insiders still holds 9,6% of the stocks. Istitutions holds 22,49% of the stocks and that has grown a lot lately!
You should not underestimate Euro China either since I know they have a few dollar billionaires among their investors. If there is a good business case like this seems to be money will not be a problem...
Maybe its time to give some credit to Nisse Sandberg? He has delivered again with his network. Cheers and thank you Nisse if you read this!
I trust Nisse since I have been following him the last 15 years. If you invested $10.000 in his suggestions 15 years ago you would be a multi millionair now. He has done some mistakes but most of the times he finds really good investments. He is a rich old man that does not need to scam anyone and if he becomes a member of the Siaf board I trust its a good investment. I think 70% of the Siaf stockholders says the same thing.
Either you trust the captain or you abendon the ship...
Time will tell if it is clever to grow the company this fast but Salomon thinks so and if you dont agree you could sell your stock and invest in something else. I believe Siaf is s good investment even with the dilution so far. When we get financing the stock will go up to a level that also RD will be happy with
I might be a newbie writing here but I have been reading posts here for some years now. You seem to be the one that knows most about Siaf but I dont understand why so negative against Salomon as a person. He is very important for your investment and he has built most of this company, now lets hope the people with financing knowledge can find some money ??
It all depends on if you are short or longterm in your investment. I will keep this investment for at least 3-4 years (or at a price higher than $10) and then it does not matter if the stock price is low or high right now. If its very low there is a good chance to buy some more...
I really dont see the resaons for why Salomon is such a loser. He has started and built a very profitable agriculture company from zero. He is not a expert in financing and hopefully there is now other people in the company/board that will help him with this. Patience is very important when investing in small and young companies!
Ok, my mistake. I meant that it is private persons that owns the stocks behind Nordnet & Avanza since those are e-traders. Sorry!
I dont think I said it was a person... I know its not since im Swedish and Avanza & Nordnet are the two biggest independant e-traders.
I will send you guys a print screen including owners list with numbers and the countries!
The 78% was not a guess, it was fact from Bloomberg Professional. A software that cost more than $20.000/year. I will do a print screen for you in the beginning of next week
The 78% is from the Bloomberg professional system so I think its correct ;=). I know that Avanza & Nordnet is private persons and also they are mostly connected to JF. I belive that if Nisse leaves the board and tells on the JF page that he does not think Siaf is a good investment 70% will hit the sell button...
But 78% of the owners are Swedish and Avanza, Nordnet, Nisse, Angby and Gustavia owns more than 50%... The rest of the 78% are the followers of JF and their friends. That is strage with such an interresting investment?!
I think that many larger investors that can get deeper info then the small investors checks the owners list when they have seen the amazing figures and gets scared by that list...
I have been checking this forum for a while and it Siaf seems to be a very interesting stock. Figures are great but when I check the owners list it seems like the major owners are Avanza, Nordnet, Salomon and Nisse Sandberg (incl. Angby IF). That means only very small players. Also 78% of the owners are from Sweden... If the amazing figures are all thru why are only the followers of Jordanfonden interested in this stock? What do you think RD?
