Nothing has been shipped yet, or at least through August. This is a fact. The pps would be well over two cents had the product shipped and been delivered. Shipping arrangements, in-transit, (shipped) and delivered are three separate things. DDCC is one-third of the way through on their first order. The anticipation of it's arrival (once shipped) will likely drive the pps over five cents. This of course, if we get a PR saying the product has actually shipped before it's delivery. This doesn't even take into account the testing phase. If and when the product is actually shipped, the pps will run (given a press-release).
"Although we are ready and able to ship product immediately, at the customer's specific request, both shipments will be planned for the month of September which is the soonest the product can be put to work at active oilfield test drilling sites."
