I'd love to believe that a site could accurately predict a figure like .50 in this year or next. It's possible, but not because "they" say it's going to.
These are forward looking statements, and all they did was say they are initiating coverage for a .50 for the year.
What do they know? Where do they get their info to say so? They are just people, just like all the rest of us who don't have a clue as to what actually will occur at any given time. It's all speculation based on many pieces of the puzzle that will eventually show a picture of our true standing in the market.
I'm 100% on this stock, no negativity from me, but I will call on those who make baseless comments on nothing more than sensationalizing every scrap of news that has little or no effect on the stock.
Penny, sounds great, but we have to ask...just who is saying!? Is it insiders, or just wishful thinking by longs. Who ever "they" are that's saying, one needs to ask...how and where did they come to that conclusion. Based on what!? It's great to dream, but lets fall be real. We are solid, we are on the move, we have everything we need to move to the stars, but right now our ship to the stars is still on the launching pad with a multitude of tweaking before we lift off.
Lift off we will, but as long as we keep a sensible and realistic view of what we need to do, and how long it will take, all the "they" says, or wishful thinking isn't going to ignite this rocket until everything's in place for a count down.
A little more patience rather than anxiousness is needed, or we lose sight of what is a realistic approach as to what we have at this time.
Don't know about the rest of you guys and gals, but every chance I get to talk ERBB to someone, I always encourage them to part with some green, and buy some shares.
I even went so far to open an account with ETrade for a friend with no PC so as to get him an order of 500,000 shares. I've recruited seven new investors in the past week, and between them, it adds up to more than a million shares plus.
If everyone who reads, or posts here did the same, we'd see better results, and it's our company, so why shouldn't we put a little effort into encouraging friends, relatives, even strangers to invest.
When I mention pot, their eyes open, like "Yeah...that's really happening these days isn't it!"
It's easy, just strike up a conversation and bring up the subject, and end with "buy ERBB." Not kidding!! If nobody campaigned for their favorite candidate, what are the chances of getting elected. So lets campaign for what we own and sell the crap out of this stock.
Buffet's right. A wonderful company! Wonder what he'd remark about ERBB if he had a look see!?
Good post JSTC...and I did post some numbers and qualifications a while back about what it takes to get on the NASDAQ. When we do, as you already know the answer, we will be the darling of Biometric retail. Weed is only the tip of the berg.
Tomassi's patents call for many products that can be explored by Stephen as other companies realize the potential for utilizing biometric vending machines. The weed end of it is great, and alone should make this stock fly when it really goes national.
But weed is only one card in the deck, because with these patents, we have an in to every manufacturer, large chains, anything and everything that would call for using biometrics by which to dispense products through these machines.
Each company could produce a bigger, better and more stylish machine, but it doesn't matter. What matters is no matter how great they build these things, they all have to cough up royalties, and obtain licencing through us.
How soon can you say "NASDQ!?"
Larson89...since I'm long on ERBB, I don't choose short or medium term, and don't pay much attention to long term because that can change as they analyze what the prospects are for any given time.
If I were short, I'd follow every recommendation because they are usually right on. When I see sell, one could take it as "hey, take your profits." Or, you can take it as most would, and consider selling before it tanks any further.
Today my one stock dropped 26%, and sure nuff, when I looked at the chart, it was 100% sell. And sell they did.
ERBB is a long term as far as I see, but how long, anyone's guess.
Now that MBDX has been to the cleaners, we might start getting a lot of action from those who are bailing out there, and putting their money with us. At these prices, only a fool would wait for a better time to invest.
Nailed it on the volume again. Said earlier, we might only break about 10 million shares today, and it looks like it's going to do just that. You can always tell by the early morning action, and so far it's been pretty close to what I'd come up with at the close almost daily. Good news is when we see low volume on a down PPS day, it means not too many are parting with their shares on the sell.
Day trades are alive and well, and longs just need to be patient while this stock is being played.
But overall, we have what it takes to break out, but right now, I don't see it happening for a little while yet.
I'd like to believe with all that we have going for us, we'd be catapulted to the stars, but it takes time and money, but we will get there. Just don't need to be over anxious. It seems so much longer when we are.
Quite welcome...as I said, it's a very accurate skinny on what to do with your buys and sells. It can change every day or every several days, depending on what will generate the action.
ERBB had a strong sell of 60%, and it tanked it's high of over 2 cents down to 0.0162. Then it changed to a 40% buy, and sure enough it started ticking up.
I followed it for MDBX, and they were right on the money calling for a sell of 100% and it started tanking like a rock in water. Today it's 80% sell short term, 75% medium term, and 100% long term.
They are in deep doo doo as it stands. No buy recommendations for a while now.
ERBB on the other hand has been up and down, and it coincides with the barchart analysts.
Today I had a stock that dropped almost half it's value, and looked at barchart, and it was 100% sell across the board.
So, it works, and works well for those who need a quide line for buying and selling.
Received requests for a link showing buy or sell recommendations for ERBB via Barchart. They have been very accurate, and they update every day. What ever they recommend for the day seems to coincide with what happens for any stock they advise on. Larson89, here is the link...http://www.barchart.com/opinions/stocks/ERBB You can use it for any stock you own, just enter the symbol in the search box.
I don't see the volume going over 10 million today. Slow so far for some reason, with price dropping as well. Doesn't mean much as we are positioning for maximizing our potential. Meanwhile, that other company is continuing to tank at a rate that matches a growing sink hole at the bottom of a lake, and it's draining all of its investors of their money.
Unlike ERBB, we have a straightforward path to a level that was once enjoyed by that other company. Don't like to mention names, but we all know who that is.
On these message boards we have many who do no research and then comment as though they have inside information, and then there are those who like to stir up things by posting rumors. I haven't done any looking into a rumor I saw on another board about MDBX filing for bankruptcy except to Google a question concerning it, and sure enough there is a post that says so. Other than this post I saw, I didn't see anything relative to that statement from legitimate PRs.
Anyone else hear about this, or should we just put it to rest as another wanna be recognized poster who posts just to get attention.
ERBB went from a 40% sell to a 20% buy in the past few days. Possibly Monday it should reflect a higher buy percentage. I've followed their recommendations, and they been pretty accurate. When it's a 100% buy, we will see some fantastic upswings in both price and volume.
Some just do not realize how we are sitting. Pot is just the tip of the iceberg.
Stephen is most likely burning the candle at both ends, and the many opportunities that are presented to him at this time via owning the patents are just too many to deal with all at one time.
Just so much time in the day, and only so much can be accomplished.
We need to realize that contacting companies to set up talks, sitting down with representatives of major outlets to pitch what we have to offer, and everything else relative to running this business is a time consuming, money absorbing effort. Just sharing a little bit of insight as to why we are not flying off the charts at this time.
As many here know...acquisitions cost money, and until we slow down a bit, it's money that will not reflect an increase in PPS at this time.
Too often many feel that we just released a PR, and then see the price dip, and can't understand why.
These are the building blocks that will make us all a lot of money down the road. Wise investors know that just because we get positive news like obtaining patents, acquiring companies relative to our growth etc, that we do not automatically spike to the moon. On the contrary. We actually dip, because our bottom line is being used to grow the company.
But it's obvious that so many are confused about how this plays out, and it's no real mystery. It's just that's the way it is.
We are solid, on our way, and when the day comes we stop spending for growth, then the money will pour in, and we all make out like bandits, because investors will be buying big blocks in the triple digit range. Patience friends.
Good Heavens, millions of shares?? Every time it goes up a cent, your making thousands. Don't know what you got in at, but I wish I started when it was at it's lowest. I'd have loaded the boat till it would be ready to sink with all the shares I could buy.
I'm glad to see posts agreeing with what I posted about baseless posts. I thought I'd get bashed for posting my thoughts, but really, when you think on it, these are just not based on research or insider info.
I do have sources, but my sources although very close to what is going on, don't have a clue as to PPS action. They do however know what's in the fire, and it all looks good. Meanwhile they keep it under wraps for the appropriate time to release good news. Quite often when we are sitting in the pennies instead of double and triple digit numbers, good news is wasted because of how they are played like a fiddle.
Once we have established a direction that is recognized as a point of no return to the pennies, they can try to play all they want, but have to chase the stock to do so.
This is a game whereas unless we know how to play it to win, we have to sit back, and let the pro's do their job.
Based on what I know personally that I can't really post, all I can say at this point is if you can't buy, hold! There are possibilities for a lot more than what we're seening at this point. It has to be worked out and agreed on, but once it is, just hold tight, it will be pretty wild.
So...Voodie...give us your detailed analysis as to why you make such statements. Do your research and let us know exactly why you have such a negative way of posting besides just trying to discourage hopes of all those who believe!
Have fun while you can, it won't last, and when the time comes, if your invested in this stock in any way, you'll share in the windfall. But you'll have to ask yourself if you really deserve it.
We all have eyes by which to read about all that this company has to offer, but your posts makes it seem that we're all blind. But please do us a favor, and really tell us the skinny on what's behind your posts. Do you really know something that 99% of the rest of us don't know!?
I'll never beat up a stock that I own if I believe in it. But I see many posts with positive statements, but the 64,000 question is...based on what!? We're gonna fly, we're gonna explode, huge day tomorrow, and the list of posts with just one liners is endless.
Those who really know what is going on, rarely post such statements, unless, there is something to say based on real knowledge of what's to come, either from a source close to the inside, or the source itself.
Stephen himself doesn't know if were gonna explode, fly, huge this, or that.
Makes for a positive feeling among those who read these posts, but they are empty statements based on feelings rather than factual information obtained through reliable sources.
While it's sounds good, and as the price keeps dipping, it somehow is disheartening to those who keep seeing these types of posts only to see that they were meaningless. Otherwise why is the opposite happening.
Yes we are going to fly eventually, but right now, there are too many things on the plate, and it all takes money, and all the speculation in the world doesn't help a stock move.
It's all about substance, and substance we do have, but not enough at this time to make dreams come true. We need to relax a bit, and a little more patience is needed.
I know that since we got the patents, our expectations got high, but the reality is that they are just the beginning, and not until we get use out of them, are we going to go through the roof. But we will in the not too distant future.
That said, just keep loading up, and don't worry about the dips. We're solid, and our time will come.
True, but these darn daytraders are what's keeping the price from spiking. They don't care if they make $50.00 a pop. Also I'm sure there's a wait and see among most who want to buy in.
Welcome to the world of manipulation. They could drop the price with just one share traded. They do it often to buy it back at the price they dropped it to. This goes on between what investors normally buy and sell. Pennies are tough to keep a steady climb until all what we need is there to be immune to the manipulators.
TANKING AFTER ANNOUNCEMENTS OF WHAT'S TO COME IS NORMAL! Prior to about a week before the release announcing the confirmation of what was released earlier, the price continues to drop. A few days before the next announcement, expect a dramatic rise before the news hits.
At the time of the release, a tremendous amount of profit taking will take place, dropping the price again until the next announcement, and the cycle repeats itself until we are solidly established whereas MMs have little ability to manipulate the stock any further.
Normally one would expect a dramatic increase on positive news releases, but the speculation before it's release if it's known that it's something very positive, is a period of time whereas investors who know the heart beat of the stock will keep a careful eye as the price drops, and then invest heavily.
The news is released, and although positive, it's profit taking time again. It use to be the reverse.
Stocks spiked on good news. Now it's before the news, and selling after. The price drops again, and they buy up cheaper shares for the next wave. What a game, and the net was the biggest game changer of all time.
Thanks Moiz V...in the hopes that it helps new investors as you say, sticky is good.
ONE HUGE VOLUME DAY IT APPEARS. Many sells, but many buys possible by end of day, and at this pace, we might see over a hundred million trades today.
Thanks for requesting a sticky for that post. I'm not sure how that's done as I don't see anything relative to how it's done. Or is it something that those who run the board do? I don't know, but thanks for the thought.
My interests in posting my thoughts are simply to keep potential new investors as well as newbies from falling prey to those who would post anything negative to undermine all the positive reasons for investing now before it's beyond reach for those who want a large amount of shares for little money. When we go into the dollars range, there are the big spenders who can afford to buy big blocks at those higher PPS while those of us just sit in amazement as to the volatility of what this stock will become.
LOOK AT ERBB AS THOUGH IT WERE A BLUEPRINT....a map of sorts that shows a huge site that is going to be developed with everything that would tickle the interests of those who would want to be a part of it.
Right now the plans are laid out, and we can readily see the whole picture of what the future holds.
We are only in the infancy of the many stages of growth, and just as construction gets under way for a land developer who follows the plans, so it is with ERBB with it's many opportunities for branching out and utilizing these patents to fulfill the dreams of it's investors. Hold tight, buy right, and and close your eyes. When you open them, do you see green?
Hey if your right, then a lot of investors who want to buy cheap and get more shares for the buck, then a lot will be happy. Tell you why...every state will be legal eventually, and the reason is it's all about money, and politics as usual. But ERBB is not just about weed, but rather a number of regulated products that are on the horizon. All Stephen has to do is line up negotiations with major chains that will benefit via using these machines. So, what I'm trying to say is that a real dip is okay. We all know that because of developing good news in the near future, we'll rise again, but to new highs, and much quicker. So bring on the MMs and do it while you can.
Nothing unusual about having lunch with someone you've encountered in the past many times, and upon finding that he's the reason for all this excitement, I thought it would be nice to congratulate him as we live nearby each other. He's just a regular low key type of guy, and enjoy his company when having lunch on occasion. I don't talk to him much about what he knows or doesn't know about our plans for moving forward now that we have those patents. It was just a fantastic coincidence buying into this stock, and then read about obtaining the patents. Saw Bob's involvement and knew he was he same person I've known for a long time just seeing him where he worked.
FOR THE THOUSANDS OF INVESTORS...who might have felt concern and stressing over our future, along comes Bob Tomassi and his patents, which for the most part spelled gloom and doom for one company, and something to celebrate for another. One company's symbol starts with an "M" and the other is us.
Had lunch with Bob earlier today, and I said to him, "Bob, you single handedly torpedoed company "M" just like a sub sinking an enemy destroyer. I then said, think of all those investors who are losing their shirts as a result of what you did. Poor investors were blindsided and lost a lot.
But then again think of all the happy campers invested in ERBB who stand to make a lot when we fly. Bob, being a compassionate man, feels for those who are hurting, but this is a rat race, and the better company won. Stephen had the mentality to see immediately what the other company failed to see in Bob's patent offer. So here we are, just sitting, waiting for the utilization of what these patents were meant for. It's going to be a nice steady ride up as we get closer to our goals of putting units out there, not only for weed, but for other regulated products. Other companies had every opportunity to investigate his patents, but apparently they thought they had it right. So wrong they were, and so right for us.
Say Black, thanks for the update and personal opinion...however up till now we never had anything quite like the leverage to acquire contracts from other companies in this sector. Doesn't stop with MJ. We can now branch out into other products that are all covered under these patents, so regardless of who builds machines, and the products they dispense, they have to deal with ERBB.
What in the last ten years did we have anyway? Now we do have what we need to move forward, and the past is the past.
So the heads up your providing, all well and good, but it doesn't apply today.
Don't understand why so many can't see it!
REVERND GALL DURNIT!! (from Blazing saddles)
WHAT DOES IT MATTER WHAT CAN THE ZAZZZ MACHINE DO!? They can develop machines with more features than ours. Very possible of course, but here's the thing..."WE" own the patent, and if in fact they "do" produce a better machine, as long as it has biometrics, and they produce large quantities, it's all the more for us because we get the licensing and royalties. God...I just love those two terms.
TWO COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM FOR INVESTING....one symbol starts with an "M" and the other,ERBB.
The CEO of "M" and his lawyers failed to recognize that a patent was registered that completely covers what these machines were designed to do years before they obtained theirs, and the other "ERBB" has a CEO that was smart enough to jump on obtaining these patents.
So....which company would you invest in!?
Stephen Shearin President of this fine company...I call him "Steve."
ABOUT LIGHTING SYSTEMS...Steve nailed it by acquiring truth at this time. As weed becomes more and more legal, there are millions of individual growers for their own use throughout the land that used very hot 1000 watt metal halide lamps to do the job.
This new lighting technology with the LED's has been around for a little while now, and not until recently have they become the choice for growing your own stash.
A couple of reasons why these are better, such as using much less power, and also less of a fire hazard as these work very cool by comparison. They can be combined to provide the best and most effective way to get the best harvest via using both the growth spectrum, and the flowering stage.
So by acquiring this lighting company, buyers will be putting money into ERBB for the purpose of doing their own home grown product. Until now, it was illegal to a point that the penalties were very high. But as laws are relaxed for possession in states that are not legal, so will the laws for growing your own for your own personal use.
ERBB is diversifying in ways that will make us the total company for all biometric systems as well as income from satellite companies that we acquire that fit the needs for growth.
There is a point in time when your questions will be answered, but not effectively on this board. I know the owner of the patents that provided ERBB the rights to license to other companies, and I'm sure he and Steve has covered everything so that as we post here today, the wheels are in motion so that when in fact there is something to share, it will be announced, but we're only less than a month so far since the PR was released about obtaining the patents.
What we're discussing does take time, and like I said, I'm sure that all are working to satisfy the concerns you posted for you as well as everyone else here.
All I can say is to just lay back and let things take their course. I've never been more positive about the outcome of a company as I am with ERBB
Absolutely!! But as much as I'd like to see it, I'm not at all concerned at this point because of what we have going for us at this time. Where the money is going is something of a need to know, but I think we can guess pretty accurately on this one.
Since none on the board here are insiders, and if there are a couple, they couldn't disclose sensitive info anyway, but that said, who can really answer that question? Armed with these patents, I'm sure Steve is laying awake trying to take advantage of any and all opportunities to reach that day when we can all pop the cork and celebrate.
Better to have a release that is real and full of promise rather than a PR just to appease stock holders need to be satisfied that they bought the right stock.
It's all a risk, and all we can hope for with any penny stock, specially in the pinks, is that the risks are minimized, and I personally think there is virtually no risk as it stands now.
Good positive post doc! Your one of a few that make sensible and logical posts. Keeping things in perspective is what it's all about.
YOUR CONCERNED AND WORRIED ABOUT THE AUTOSPENSE SYSTEM?? Have you read the details of what the features are of that machine? It all falls under the patent we just obtained, and we should be thanking Autospence for making our life easier because in order to continue rolling out these machines, they will have to pay us for licensing and royalties when we enforce our rights on the patent.
Some are way too worried over nothing. We have the real deal, and there shall be no other deals before us.
MANY BASHERS AND NAYSAYERS ALIKE who truly feel this is a scam based on their similar experiences in the past, look at all the excitement shared by many who are positive about this stock as children who believe in fairy tales.
I've been there many times in the past whereas the CEO's have a ball laughing at all the support by believers for their scam, and drain them dry, and run off with the money. Happens all the time.
But regardless of how many times your scammed, there is always that one gem that is for real.
My friends, all I can tell you that with all the experience I've had with scam companies, and I've lost money in over 40 of them, this particular company is the real deal, and until I see otherwise, you'll see nothing but the most positive input from me on this board.
I put a lot o money here, and I'll not see newbies or potential investors be steered away as a result of those who constantly try to degrade our money machine. Some here seem to post as though they have some inside track, and I have to say, some are accurate by what they post, and these are the posts that all should be paying attention to.
All the "I thinks" or "we're gonna fly" "we're this, or that...it's all just opinions based on belief, and until the company itself releases PRs that tell us what is really going on, we just have to take most posting as wishful thinking, but that's a lot better than going negative. Fact is, we "do" have a winner here, and as long as we hold tight, we all win.
What you're failing to take into consideration is that we are not dependent anymore on just MJ success. You need to look at the overall picture, and that is, we have a patent that every company who wants to use biometric vending machines, every company who manufactures them, will have to deal with us. I said it before, and I'll say it again...we have the holy grail of patents in our possession, and that alone will provide the gateway to the riches you seem to feel we will never obtain. No matter how big a company is, there are lawyers who will fight to the end result without up front money because they themselves see the potential, and are only too happy to get paid after we win any of these cases that might crop up.
Weed is only the tip of the iceberg, and even if government stopped it in it's tracks, we still have the means to move ahead in other areas.
