Interesting how so many people would get sucked into wasting time bashing on a company, that they supposedly have no interest in. Unless, wait a minute, maybe they were being paid to do so. Honestly, how can grown people, some of which are successful in life still continue to sit around this board with nothing better to do than bash on a company that got screwed by the MM's, the Brokers and others much higher up. Hunter, you are correct about one thing. I have not posted any proof of anything as of yet. As verifiable information is released this week, I will post for all. I will say this again, and I hope you as shareholders will act on it. You must understand how powerful a federal judge is. It is imperative for the shareholders to have him as an ally. For your sake you must use your collective efforts to expose the fraud that has been perpetrated towards all of you and seek restitution. Millions were lost on behalf of the SEC's baseless accusations and their retarded efforts to discredit the company.
If you can prove the judge that you as shareholder's were able to find the validity of the bonds yourselves based on your dd I have no doubt the judge will grant you restitution in some form of way. As shareholders you must protect your investments as they represent your livelihood. A lot is at stake and you must press your problems and concerns to the judge and let him know how you feel so he can grasp the urgency to correct the harm done to you. I urge all of you to take a stance together as one, and fight for what is rightfully yours.

This will be my last post. The verdict is in the Long's favor. It's a sad fact but money rules the world. With that said the shorts/bad guys are doing anything and everything outside of their boundaries to halt this company. They stand to lose BILLIONS when this company and it's projects come to fruition but what they don't realize is more money will be lost if this company fails. The future of this company is that GREAT. The smart and powerful knows this, and that is why they are the ones backing the company. You will soon find out who they are and how "connected" this company truly is. Mark my words. Some of the people that have been against this company will become poor and jobless but do not stoop to their level and add insult to injury. Good luck to the shareholders and remember compassion will lead us all.
I will not respond to questions or comments. Why must we continue to hold your hands during the process? It has begun and there is no turning back. Let's see if you can find out who is pulling the strings. You won't. Read the shareholder's letters and pay attention to what Rufus is saying and connect the dots. You are fine in the end, counting the numbers is what matters most. Will you even remember how you got there?
Do not listen to the bashers. They are getting desperate. Their time is up. There is a higher power involved that you wil not know about. Even your wildest dreams theories will seem like child's play compared to what is actually happening. Concentrate on the green.

Keep a very close eye on this one and don't pay any attention to the negative posters. They have NO clue, as to our current status and the changes that are about to take place. I Hope some of you are smart enough to hold a good position here. There is no point in bashing me, I will never be on this board again. I definately took a wrong turn to end up here! I believe anything is possible in the markets at this time. I also believe that there is massive shorting on the greys. The sec doesn't seem to have any control over the shorting, on the otc and pinks. Things will have to change eventually to correct the markets. Trading stocks on these exchanges just doesn't make sense, the way this is governed today!

Wow, I feel sorry for those that don't know what is really going on behind the scenes. Having no regulations on shorting can cause a very negative result on the value of a stock and the pps as we have whitnessed (at least for now it would appear that way). This could change very soon! Holding on for this short period should prove to be worth all the suffering. Life will be good if you make the right decisions. Good luck to all!

The pps will be reset based on book value, not based on current pps, as in a common 6-1 forward split. This will happen as soon as CSHD has two Market Makers. It sounds like this will happen very soon. Good days ahead for those that purchased on or before Oct.16, and held on tight!!!

She is a class act and she is very positive about the company. She has no doubt that this latest bump in the road will be resolved quickly and that they will be able to get back to the task at hand. She said that they have already given the SEC everything that they need to verify that the assets in question are for real and legitimately owned by Conversion Solutions. She assured me of this. She has absolutely no doubt that this will all be resolved very soon, but she is unaware of what kind of timetable the SEC operates under. In other words, she does not know if they will allow trading to resume before the November 6th date.

At time of our conversation, she did not know why the SEC was investigating them in the first place. She told me that everything is still moving along as planned and that we have nothing to worry about. She understands that it is tough for us because we are not completely in the loop on things and that there is so much that she can’t tell me…but she said we should not worry. Like Rufus said, go fishing, be with your family, go on vacation…come back in two weeks.

She said that she is very proud of us for not selling over the last few days / weeks. She was very touched when we were all talking about donating some of our profits to charities. She said that we will still have that opportunity. She understands that most people just want to make a quick buck, but CSHD seems to have some really good people who want to make a difference in the world. This is, and will continue to be CSHD’s goal. As things progress further, she is considering starting a charity for people with Diabetes as her family has been touched by this disease and its affects.

Turns out we both worked in the same industry in the same town for several years. It’s possible that we have even met before…who knows. It’s an industry were you learn how to read people very quickly, or you fail. It’s that simple. I can tell that Sabra is a person with honesty and character that is beyond reproach. It’s just my gut telling me this because I have not been fortunate enough to meet her (yet), but I am very good at this.
I just can’t make myself believe that the people at Conversion Solutions don’t have anything but good intentions for shareholders and others in the world. The problem is that there are those who don’t believe and say things like “this can’t happen because it’s never been done”. Well, to quote Sabra on this…”It’s already being done…and we have a lot more to do”.

We talked about some personal things that I will not repeat. But I can tell you that it just further confirmed my feelings that this is a good vs. evil situation and that the good will triumph over evil. [Cool]

An 8K/A was filed after the extension, It looks like a lot of the 10K info is filed within.
