Fubar, they were being developed in the same address/physical location as APT...I would venture to say funds would be considered comingled in a court of law. That is unless Corey paid seperate rent and utility bills and etc. What a crappy company and a bad situation that I put myself in. Oh well, win some, loose some. I still doubt that Corey would be able to walk away free and clear with the SC and SF without making concessions for MTVX Shareholders. It will be interesting...to say the least. ZEN-Out...

frosr6...I am not an attorney but I doubt Corey taking SC n SF would be legal as to many shares were diluted to support the development of these products. I would venture to say that company funds were comingled between all of the company products so I doubt it would be as simple as, "Corey is taking control of these products." Lawsuits? I bet some of my hard earned invested money went towards the development of the smart-carb and sonic flow. Hmmmmm.... sounds like Corey wants these products moved to his company. I don't think I like that How dirty will this legal mess get? Ha! Ha!

Interesting Developments...MTVX must realize that their Shareholders are intelligent enough to know that company funds were comingled between SmartCarb, Sonic-Flow, Motopeds along with other MTVX Products. Waiting and watching to see what MTVX's next move will be as to I seriously doubt heavily invested shareholders will just sit back and allow any of the afforementioned products losses. Hmmmm...what will the future hold?

Maybe the announcement has something to do with the SmartCarb being fitted into the Space Capsule Modulator I spoke about months ago. You know, the rocketship that MTVX loaded up with all of our frigin' money and took to the moon. Oh well, maybe someday that rocketship will return and we will all get our money back...or possibly moon-rocks or space-dust. Blue...you n me both. I am still a believer and think MTVX will find a way, the right way and that is why I still buy 1's when I can with profits from my momo trading. Also, to anyone who does not believe that MTVX is holding back news for positive reasons....they should re-think and re-examine. MTVX is firing on all cylinders now and the mgmt staff will be recognized in the future for their successful turnaround. They provide hints via social media and to those who do not want to listen...thats fine by me. I am open-eared and open-eyed and taking it all in.
