I agree. Let investor relations know your frustrations. Frost needs to hear the grumbling. I get so sick of everyone saying be patient. Returns are dependent on the TIME it takes to achieve them. Everyone in before today or the last 6 months is suffering. Yet management will not address the falling knife that has been our share price. If Frost would have said ANYTHING regarding price on Cramer, I think we could have seen a momentum shift. Instead he sidestepped addressing everyone concerned about our terrible performance of late. To me it feels criminal to fumble this much while simultaneously taking advantage of bad performance by buying cheap shares. But everybody gets excited when he buys cheap shares instead of bringing price up substantially with a short, honest conversation. I dont want to see him taking advantage of our awful price, I want to see him changing it.
Completely agree. Couldn't be more frustrated. He doesn't seem to care or have any sense of urgency at all. Everyone needs to start hitting investor relations with complaints. This is ridiculous. Frost needs to address share price. Not sure why he didn't on Cramer.
Was there news today? Outside of the kdigo news? I'm trying to determine the source of your frustration as I think I missed something (obviously, as I'm not also sure why we dropped today on another good sector day)
Let's not get TOO excited about the climbs the last two days. $626 in sales at bid gets us back to .004. Somebody's trying to make this look like its on its way up.
Couldnt agree more. What is our management doing? I have regularly ordered CBD, and would love to be spending my money with a company in which I'm invested, but they don't offer any products with a decent amount of CBD content.
Where are the CBD Capsules? We have been waiting months on those, and other companies are making a killing on them. And where are these "weekly" new products? All we have are extremely low CBD content products. Do we not have access to a good CBD supplier? Any insight would be appreciated. It seems like we're wasting a lot of time not capturing CBD market share.
Spoke with customer service on the phone. They said that there was a minor system breakdown, but that my ALLCBD order had shipped and I should expect it next week.
An immediate response would be nice. But I've sent 4 emails over the course of 2 weeks. If they took a few days, or even a week to get back to me, that wouldn't really be a problem in my mind. I guess they are a phone only customer service. I'm not sure why you would even list an email contact if you do not check it. I'll be contacting them shortly via phone and will let you all know the response.
I can give you a few reasons... customer service is terrible (at least when is comes to email responses. In today's age an inability to respond to email is unacceptable). People are waiting over two weeks on their products. I say this from personal experience. I ordered from allcbd.com and have yet to receive anything, yet my card got charged. They STILL don't have CBD capsules for sale.
Everyone is pretending there is all this wild action going on behind the scenes, but all that is clearly visible is very poor execution on the CBD side of their business. Sure, there's lots of money being made in MMJ and CBD, but based on how we're doing presently, I don't see much capture of those profits.
I'd love to hear that I'm wrong.
Okay. So it's just responding to emails and shipping their products that they don't do. I'll give them a call.
Same here. What is going on with their logistics and/or customer service? Anyone know how to get in contact with these guys? 3 emails to customer service now with no response whatsoever. They definitely don't seem to be trying to build a reputation. At least not a good one.
I ordered from allcbd 10 days ago. Two attempts at contacting customer service with no response and I still have not received my order.
How difficult is it to get CBD capsules in stock, and have the sort of adequate customer service that will create repeat customers?
I have been holding strong since before the ticker change only to watch my account gradually dwindle due to repeated disappointments and am starting to lose faith that anyone in management actually cares about the success or failure of this company. Supporting Calkin is starting to seem like a mistake.
Just in a desire to sample an experience with one of GRCUs bigger competitors in the CBD market, I placed an order with Dixie Botanicals which have a claimed 25 mg of CBD per capsule. 30 capsules runs $230. I had to send an email yesterday as I had not received any notice of my order shipping. The email response I received is as follows:
?"I apologize for the delay, we have been experiencing overwhelming demand for these products as of late. I have printed your order, it will leave the facility in the next day or so. You will receive tracking information just as soon as it leaves the facility."
Dixie botanicals cost: 25mg/pill*30 capsules=$230
cost per mg being $.3067
AllCBD.com predicted cost according to whats on their site now: 50mg/pill*30 capsules=$90
cost per mg being $.06
So yeah, I apparently paid way too much, but wanted to sample the competition and get their experience then compare that to ours. Based on the dramatically higher cost of Dixie Botanical's product and an apparent "overwhelming demand" at that cost, it seems we would have the ability to SIGNIFICANTLY increase our pricing. Unless we are setting up with an extremely large supply and trying to capture a massive market share, I don't see why we would come in with such a low price.
The amount of bad grammar, misspellings, and clear lack of knowledge of financial markets on this board are absolutely bewildering. I've seen more errors in correctly spelling our CEOs name than I have material facts being stated about the company. I generally come to these boards with hopes of seeing people bringing up any information I may have missed, but instead see more posts like, "Dis company aint goin nowheres til Caulkins gets his stuff right," or "GRCU to the moon!!" Two things to be taken advantage of here are the lower education and extremely temperamental behavior of many, but not all, of GRCUs shareholders.
Just a tip for people posting and trying to have an influence: Unemotional statements of fact about companies which utilize good grammar and correct spelling (of our CEOs name especially) will lend greater credibility to your posts.
Looks like on allCBD.com we are still unable to order anything. Anyone heard any word on when they will be accepting new orders for the CBD products?
Thanks for the response. That'd be awesome if they're back to selling them on Friday! I hope its not just another site launch. Seems like prime time to be gaining market share there.
Has anyone heard when to expect new stock on the CBD capsules? For that being such a high dollar value and popular item, it seems we have been out of stock for a rather long time. How long does it take to find a new supplier? I tried contacting customer service on their web site but received no response.
Money Runners and other stock promotion groups charged with manipulation of MMJ and microcaps: http://www.sec.gov/News/PressRelease/Detail/PressRelease/1370542594818#.U-IcHvldUXw
Maybe the SEC will finally stop going after the companies themselves, which appear to have done nothing wrong, and charging the people actually causing price manipulations! Rough for shareholders of those stocks sent to the greys already, but great news for MMJ microcap shareholders (assuming you're not manipulating profit from a bashing or promoting campaign).
Good work SEC!
