Did Mcnally, after the agreement was already made public, amend it to remove the M&A attorneys names from the agreement?
Yeah Titan had 19 mm with more than 4 patents until they didn’t. Wake me up in 4-6 years when they are close. If they can get around serious ip hurdles
Did you notice how they edited the development agreement to remove the m & a attorneys names from the agreement? I’m sure Titan did that. Ha
The “board observer” is a project manager. The 1.5 million due is to keep Titan in check before buyout, imo. Good faith so to speak.
And also the addressable market is way smaller with Mazor than Titan. Much more upside with Titan.
Good week this week. Ended up slightly. Should be in good shape heading into milestone 3 and 4.
Congratulations!!!
I just can’t help but think they will want control of this through IDE, human clinical trials, and regulatory approvals. I expect that one of the things they are co developing are tooling for the arms, which may go through trials at the same time? If you look at the ENOS times line IDE submission for ENOS comes right around completion of milestone 4 of the Titan Medtronic agreement.
I wouldn’t be opposed to that but I think that is far from a definite. He has had no problem raising money through these bought deals and whoever is buying them is scooping pretty quickly and with very little reservations. There are a lot more shares out there now that would need to vote him off and I’m not sure if those shares would vote him out.
Colubris ELS?
You may be confusing me with someone else
You may be right here. I believe the development project has everything to do with ENOS
Go look for yourself and stop making things up to create a narrative
It says in their official filings that they don’t have to divulge much at all. Of course, you haven’t done your DD. Par for the course.
Everybody already has the snake arms ha?
Not even close. There is less than 20 million warrants that will be in the money. You’re slipping bro. You used to be elite at your job. Ever since rollgard exposed you you are a shadow of your former self.
Completely agree. Fair take.
All they had to do to get out from under that desperation was come up with 1.5 millions to settle their lawsuit. That is what was holding them back at the time. They didn’t need to give away 1/3 of their IP. This deal wasn’t done out of desperation. It caused them to come out of the shadows and diviulge their relationship with Medtronic. This has been going on for awhile. Chad Zaring was on board prior to that.
Anyone with snake like arms is gonna have to answer to Titan or ISRG’s patents. It’s nice to have snake like arms for tight spaces. Can’t wait to see them on Medtronics endoluminal option as well.
It’s not going into HUGO. They didn’t have enough time to do that. Additionally what are the developmental milestones?
Good points
Anyone know the vested date on those RSU’s?
How many shares?
Ignore the noise.... it’s just noise. Nothing has changed here. There is one timeline to follow and that has not changed.
Couldn’t even name one of them
Huge! Money coming in.
Everyone’s too busy scooping
Or Medtronic
You’re looking at the wrong milestones
I’ll be adding. The story hasn’t changed.
To your point I don’t think they are working on Hugo. That platform is done. Now Colubris Endoluminal is interesting.
Yes sir. This one at least
Hopefully he doesn’t see his shadow.
I take that back. Many will buy on the dips.
As you are aware most on this board don’t care. All we care about is the next 6 mos
A really big patent! Thanks for sharing.
Never said that. Do your homework on their IP... geez amateur hour
Ding ding. Only way they compete is with Titan or ISRG. They don’t have the IP.
What if they are using this money to buy Colubris’ Endoluminal robot? That patent chassis sure looks like a fit for it.
