Interesting.....
He was with the company 10 years ago. He was with the old Amadeus and left I believe right when they made the move to pursuing a single port robot.
Rocko this is old news bud. They haven’t been using IREP for years now. Any serious investor would know that.
Enos development and Medtronic development are separate
Absolutely no indication that Medtronic wants anything to do with enos
Oh I thought you were finally going to ..... Prove it.
And that IREP is still in play
I go with Medtronic on this. They are the ones who licensed it.
So much for that generic endoscopic camera that some have referred to.....
Well.....we’re waiting.
They will need zero dollars to get to commercialization. Between cash on hand, money’s from Medtronic, and warrant exercise the additional 72.5 million that they have will be more than enough to take them through the final milestones of FDA submittal, approval, and commercialization at 3-4 COE’s like they are planning. At which point pretty sure they will have no problems raising funds needed but please keep spreading the doubt while doing ZERO homework.
Prove it
Complete BS. Where are you getting your facts
They are? Prove it.
$1.83
If you click the plus sign all the way on the right it gives you those details. $2.21 for McNally.
The calm before the storm
Good point Rocko. Remind me again what was the deal with Marty Bernholtz?
Stop already. Gambling.....??
Did you just copy and paste this right from your posts from 4-5 years ago and just change Hargrove to McNally and JNJ to MDT? I bet if someone looked this up I bet you could find this same line on every board you post on IHUB.
“very well might be in bed with MDT and organizing a sweetheart deal in exchange for a lucrative consulting gig for HIMSELF is who we should TRUST?”
Thanks for sharing. Imagine what the people at vicarious will think when they see this coming to market 4-5 years before them?
So based on this logic you are selling shortly after milestone 4 if a buyout doesn’t happen... ok got it.
“I can’t see any reason why MDT would invest further in this company after
milestone 4 as it would dramatically increase the PPS. After keeping Mac’s mouth shut to keep PPS down wouldn’t make sense. Has to either be a buy out at low price or Titan will be looking to FDA on their own and dilute this into oblivion.”
I understand that but what is Medtronic using those patents for is the real question. There is no way that they are using them for Gen 1 Hugo as it’s going through human trials and potentially CE Mark soon. They would not have been able to have that patient ready in such a short period. So what are they using that IP for? To build another robot. Their track record on Hugo development was not great. It would take them years to build a single port(5-7 years) at best.
Total BS. If they are paying in shares they can give a percentage of Medtronic shares in an acquisition. Even if they did one for one it would be barely a blip of dilution for a Medtronic. They would be trading at the same share price in a week. You used to be a much more seasoned manipulator, what happened?
And in order to compete with ISRG what does Medtronic need? A multiport, a single port and an endoluminal robot.
Once the 1.5 million dollar loan is paid off(at milestone 4), you think they will take the chance of sharing the IP with a JNJ, ISRG or the like? They won’t be bidding against themselves and if they pay hardball all Titan has to do is pay off the loan. There are a bunch of companies who will need a single port robot with a ton of IP behind it.
I agree with you that it will be but not yet in the surgical robotics space. To that point, how is Titan putting augmented reality in their ENOS system when there are entire companies devoted to that?
Is that why they paid 3 times as much for their spine robot as they did for a software company. Amateur hour.
No crap. Single port and endoluminal are new. Have some vision big shot.
Touch Surgery went to Medtronic for over $500 million . I find it hard to believe that the software in Enos will go for more than the software itself.

Nobody cares
You didn’t answer my questions what’s the board observer for, IREP?
Anything over 20% goes to a vote. C’mon man
No way would Medtronic allow that to happen. Why do you think they demanded a board observer?
Think it’s just short of 7,000 in September
I can imagine that a guy that still thinks IREP’s in play would have a hard time understanding how that makes complete sense.
We can only hope!
I’m hopeful they will be charging more than Davinci SP since they will be expanding on single port capabilities.
And he’s gonna look to the guy who didn’t know that Titan was no longer using IREP as his source for competitive information. Everyone of us knew about Vicarious years ago. Way to catch up
Warren Buffett wouldnt invest in a penny stock period so not sure I get your point.
Frankenstein, great article. Thanks for sharing with us. Send an email to McNally and put it on his radar. He might not know and may be a good opportunity for them.
The goalposts have always been after milestone 4 of the Medtronic agreement. Should be some serious movement then.
