Guys go read Moonshine and Sandyvag's exchange on stock twits. I can't stop laughing!
Anyone here can post what Solar3d mailed home to shareholders?
I have been a shareholder for more than 1 year. Almost my entire holding is considered long term. It baffles me that I have not received anything from the company.
Did they charge you a reorg fee Moon?
I've brought a fresh roll of the softest toilet paper I can find to Home Depot since 6am this morning. Can't wait to drop the kids off at the pool when Nelson announce md acquisition.
First question from CNBC:
Mr. Nelson, now that the 3D cell is out, can you help express the world's excitement for your product by doing an impression of Dave Chappel's "I'm rich bitch!"?
Look back at the chart on January 31, 2014, when sunworks acquisition was finalized. Major run up in price. We have 1 week left before md close. Are you going to let the lying trolls scare you off this one way ticket to the moon? That's what I thought...
You need to read carefully. He is getting nowhere near $1 mil in compensation. Before he can get those restricted shares, Tracy has to give us a 4 quarter trailing income of $2 million. That's bullish in and of itself.
Tax deadline just around the corner. How many of you are paying estimated tax penalty for trading SLTD? It's good to be long.
Ok that really put me at ease. Thank you for linking.
To be honest, I'm not sure I like this Tracy Welch guy as CFO. Anyone in working industry will tell you it takes several years at a job before you gain the necessary competency and skill set to perform your job well. I haven't looked at his job history yet, but I'm positive you're not contributing much to any job if you're job hopping year to year. How do we know he's not taking credit for someone's else's work for those 30 transactions and $1 billion in capital raise? Well that's the skeptic in me speaking. This is definitely a step up from Jim Nelson being both CEO and CFO.
If Tracy screws up, he is easily replicable.
You got it all wrong kid. As more and more folks are realizing the 3D cell is about to hit the market, no one is willing to sell. Low trading volume, higher prices. Just saying... You ain't gettin cheap son.
My point is a scalpers are little bit€€s.
Scalpers taking this down every time it hits .1689. They they buy back at .1610. Seriously hard work for a few hundred bucks and short term capital gain taxes. sMH
Sunworks just updated their Facebook page. Check it out.
It's not news until SLTD can tie sales number to that. Just think every customer referral can net sunworks another 15-30k in revenues. For a small company, they can have a material effect on financials if we get enough customer referrals.
I would consider this fluff if it hit the news wire. However, I think this was only a communication to investors. You would have to sign up for the newsletter to get this update. I don't think SLTD deem this news.
Volume is just dismal for a 400M share outstanding company. No wonder the bashers all ran away =)
Everyone holding on for news or what?
Dang bro, you need to punctuate your sentences. That was one heck of a hard read.
The acquisition finalization is minor compare to the cell news. Keep in mind the big payout will be manufacturing of the cell. After that, we get to look forward to year-over-year growth in licensing renewal and acquisition of profitable companies.
Traders will be traders, so every run up in price will be met with a sell off. I'm glad they are here for the liquidity because eventually there comes a day every long will liquidate and retire.
Where are you all finding the form 4? I still don't see it on Edgar.
Look at the similarities in volume and candle between today's daily doji and the dojis on sept 25 and nov 5th. I know Nelson doesn't normally release news on weds, but imagine what would happen.
Calm down grasshopper. These slow days are a blessing in disguise. Accumulate now, profit later.
Got my order filled at .168 =)
No more buying until wife gives me my child support check.
I'm at work, so no level 2 access. I'm disadvantaged here. How's the ask looking up to .17? I'll gobble it up.
I bid at ask and only got 5k of my 30k order. Sellers drying up. It's only a matter of time before this thing runs.
Somebody sell me some cheapies please. I'm on the bid for 30k, but no bite.
If you guys look where I labeled wave II on the chart, it matches exactly with Eliott's investor sentiment for wave 2. Wave 2 normally exhibit low volumn, poor investor sentiment, and glut of bashers. But immediately after wave 2 ends, comes wave 3 ($$$). Notice how our news for MD acquisition and the possible uplisting is all lined up in February, March, and perhaps April. Wave three is going to be a tidal wave and I'm confident we will experience new highs.
Short term downward pressure. It may test the low of .15 if you're looking at the intermediate time frame.
Reread the whole filing and look at all the reasons they stated for a reverse split....it's going to happen. We are going to Nasdaq. And hopefully we won't have to deal with some of the crazies on here. Instead of reading I hub, I'll be browsing stocktwits.
This should shut up the doubters about our imminent uplisting. The upcoming news is playing right into the chart set up. I'm excited to share with you all my chart tonight. The next run up the shorts won't even have time to pull up their pants.
I hub makes it very difficult to share a chart here. I spent the last 3 days counting and recounting the Elliott waves on SLTD. I'll post my results tonight when I get home from work. In essence, my analysis found that in the immediate short term, we have downward pressure on share price. We may even test .15 again. However, the overall trend is up. Initial price target is .46 over the next couple of months. If that target breaks, we can be headed over $1 without the reverse split. No joke. Risk reward ration is 23. Almost unheard of. If the chart doesn't give you a raging boner, you going to need some Viagra.
Someone posted this, but not the entire job posting for Sunworks. See the bolded below. These guys are preparing for long term growth. Let the bashers do their thing, they won't affect share price.

I saw yesterday's red close as a good thing. When the news was released, we quickly saw an uptick to .18. Technically this allowed the chart to complete the B wave of Eliott's wave 2. The downward slide at the end of the day completed wave 2 with the C wave correction.
I see on the chart we are starting wave 3. Uptrending for the next couple of weeks. If this all sound like voodoo to you, google Elliott wave.
Just hang on for a couple more weeks and see. No more whining. If i'm wrong, I won't post any more technical analysis here.
There is zero evidence that a module or manufacturing partner will not exist. Jim Nelson does not do PR on your time. He announce when it's beneficial to the stock.
As much as you like bash for cheap shares, SLTD will move up past .20 within the next 2 weeks. Chart don't lie, but hegies do.
