Check out MTV% and see if E & E Communications was an added bonus for that stock. Paul K of E & E seems to surround himself with CEO's and stocks that scam the hell out of their shareholders. Just my opinion.

Remember, .0026 came when the share structure was half of what it is now. Any kind of bounce here won't be as large as that one since AZFL has no products to sell or means to produce products. They keep bringing more shares onto the market which gets us all that much closer to the next AS increase or RS. Take your pick. It's coming.

I'm unfortunately invested in this as well lol. Bought at a time of promises and didn't sell when I should have. Learning experience. But I try to not sell at a loss on any stock. I may have to here if this ever gets some wings again and starts going up again. I hope this one works out well for you!

More fluff... AZFL has a history of not being truthful. They have no means of fulfilling any lumber business, and to be linked to KRP is BAD news. Especially after the honcho running KRP has already been banned from the markets for conducting this same scam a while back. If this fluff somehow works, I'll be walking out the door on this one. I just hope the unsuspecting newbies do some DD before deciding to purchase shares here.

I'm down a lot here and listen to the few well thought out posts on both sides of the fence. The facts on MTVX are very discouraging. Listen to Malc on this one... he's correct. Two totally different entities. Amazonia Florestal has multiple shipping orders out there to view. Amazonas Florestal... well... I haven't seen one yet. Just take a peak at their filings. No revenue. If these shipping orders were for AZFL, you'd be seeing revenue on the books.

I never said he told me he resigned. Like I said, he told me he was stepping away due to it not being a good fit for him. As Homebrew said, feel free to contact Pepper yourself. I've done a lot of DD on AZFL as have a few others here. We've contacted AZFL and Pepper and some people outside of here who are able to find some things out. In MY opinion, AZFL is a scam. No revenues (read the filings from AZFL), no production (AZFL claimed this was due to rain and the World Cup), and they haven't even fulfilled their Trackworks contract from 2 years ago.

And this whole Lumber Liquidators Ihub rumor... lol... The rep I spoke to at Lumber Liquidators hadn't even heard of AZFL. Call for yourself.

I've also had email conversations with Pepper where he's stated that he stepped away from AZFL due to it not being a good fit for him. From what I've heard though, away from this board, is he's trying to deny ever being a part of AZFL or knowing anything. Seems really fishy. All one has to do is dig under the surface here to see that things at AZFL don't add up.

What's "short term" considered? .0012 was called as the "short term" projection weeks ago and it hasn't left the rock bottom landing pad that it's been hanging around on for months.

They need harvestable land to be able to sell trees though. By all accounts, it seems as if AZFL's claimed land seems to be the same land that Madera (run by a consultant of AZFL's) used to claim was there land. Looks like justice intervened though and uncovered Madera's scam.

Have you done all the DD on AZFL over the past 2 years, or why it's at the price it is right now? Charts are fine, but they aren't going to help a company with NO products, NO revenue, constant dilution and increased A/S get up to .07 without an R/S. I hope .07 would be the case. I would leave this joint a happy camper, but I've been here for a long ride and I don't see it even touching the .0074 we saw last fall, let alone .07.

.07???? C'mon. Let's be a little realistic at least. AZFL would have to have products, contracts/deals, revenue stream and little debt to sniff anywhere close to .07. This thing can't even hit .0007.

I think the only way this has a chance of benefiting shareholders is IF IronRidge is ordered to give money or shares back to each of these companies. Then the onus would fall on Troy to make a fiscally responsible decision and retire those shares or use that money to do a large buyback and then retire the shares. I'm not sure that the SEC would award that or that Troy would even be up to the task of thinking about anyone but himself. I guess it'll all come out in the end. Still waiting...

That's great... but if you're not careful, they'll keep you here on the bottom and then one day yank that bottom out from under you and form a whole new bottom. I'm all for making some money on stocks, but let's not sucker others into this scam. AZFL has NOTHING going for it. No production, no revenues, and a management team that's out to line their own pockets.

This company has run the pps into the ground with empty promises and 0, repeat 0, revenue or means to churn up revenue. It's a scam that is attempting to suck in new investors and spit them out quickly thereafter. The only "desperate" or "frustrated" ones here are the ones who bought into management's games and would like to recoup some of their long lost money.

Thanks for relaying the message! That sounds about right with what he's been saying to me. He keeps passing the puck into the next week, just to pass it around again. MTVX is still leaving us shareholders in the dark. It doesn't sound like there's much good news to hope for here.

Serious question here... could it be that Cam is happy because he is still in charge of Motopeds and is receiving all the revenue from their sales rather than MTVX? I would think that IF MTVX hasn't honored the contract and paid them, then they still could claim ownership and revenue of all Motoped sales.
