That is clearly what they are saying. People are just trying to read much deeper into it than they should be.
There are a lot of longs in the that have stopped posting too. Just tired of the back and forth of opinions. I totally get why someone who bought in at .01+ is sweating a bit. The lack of news makes everyone sweat, and lets be honest, there is a lot to speculate about. However, for myself the risk is worth the reward.
Just bored, still have a few million locked down
Thats my 1.4 at .0078
I will probably sell a few, but the majority are riding it out until they become capital gains
Dang, I sold 1 million shares today too because I finally got nervous. Ohh well I still kept enough to be super excited right now.
Yeah, any warning that insider trading might be going on, and to watch yourself if you have any insider knowledge probably is great for those of us who are simply speculating.
No Information Warning
This company may not be making material information publicly available.
If you are an affiliate, employee, insider, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about this company, please be advised that buying or selling this security may constitute trading "on the basis of" material nonpublic information prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder. What is insider trading?
Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security.
Rule 10b5-1 provides that a person trades on the basis of material nonpublic information if that person is "aware" of the material nonpublic information at the time of the purchase or sale.
Affiliates, insiders, relatives, or other persons in possession of material information should use extreme caution when buying or selling securities on the basis of material information, particularly in securities where the company is not making adequate current information publicly available as a matter of practice.
Why does OTC Markets display this warning?
Companies that are identified on otcmarkets.com as having “No Information” may be placing their shareholders at risk of violating 10b5-1 insider trading rules. OTC Markets recommends that investors wishing to place a trade in such securities contact the company to verify it is making adequate current information publicly available
This is either GREAT!!! or worrisome. but it definitely means something is brewing

That was my 2 mill slap, got tired of sitting at .0001
Does anyone know if markets are going to be open tomorrow? Is Veterans day a holiday that closes the market?
Anyone have an opinion on the Dow Jones futures being down 700, and how that might affect us?
I am going to be elk hunting all next week, so completely off the grid...struggling as to how I want to set SPCL up in my orders for next week
GO SPCL
Hey look at that, I might get filled and up my holdings today
It's getting harder every minute to hold on to my shares. But that 1800% return sure does sound sweet
Zak has been around for a long time and had been a staunch supporter. I have been here for 3 plus years. There is a string of disappointments in how things have been run. As a result there are a bunch of suspicious and annoyed investors, as they should be, we have every right to be. History has shown this.
It's has been the same story the whole time I have been involved, lots of potential if management comes through. And yet they never have.
The negativity here is deserved, we have been let down for years.
So I haven't been following this as closely as I should have, I have been busy since buying in.
When did the company move to my neck of the woods in Wyoming? I thought Texas was where we were out of.
I have large stakes (for me anyway) in two of the top 5. lets hope this is a good summer
Hey I don't blame you, it has been frustrating, but I am sticking around. I missed selling high last March because of some stupid things. I have high hopes for LVGI, but little faith at this point. But it doesn't do me to well to get out at the bottom right now. Might as well stick around and see what happends.
Alcohol by Volume is not the same as Alcohol proof
Proof is twice the ABV, so 70 proof is only 35%, 80 proof is 40% and so on
So according to the lvgi website under the contact us link, if you go to the address on google maps. The company is now located in a meth house. Very exciting

people arn't to happy at the Q & A board
I am no trademark attorney, but it seems to me that if SLAM ever does hit the shelves (I've become less sure that it ever will) we might have lawsuits on our hands?
http://slamenergydrink.com/
Can someone answere me this, Slam was supposed to be out this last weekend, it wasnt due to issues with the bottling company. Then this DTC thing happend...ok it isn't out that is still understandable. So the question is, why isnt the new slam website not up? That shouldnt be affected by bottling issues or the DTC freeze, and it doesnt seem like releasing the website before actual sales would hurt anything, just create more of a buzz and market for when this DTC and sales start happening
-am I wrong? or am I just an azzhole?
