The same doubt was hovering around prior to the license for PhytaLab. Not many thought there would be an actual license yet they came through. The 25 million dollar deal would not have happened unless there was something credible on the line. The J2 marketing team is questionable but I do not doubt the Dutchess Fund. Looking forward to things moving along. BTW there was revenue reported and there will be much more with the next reporting. Invest based on own DD. GL
That would make sense.
Anyone have a guess as to why they took down the Abattis Report?
No one you say? hmm interesting opinion.
I just got some info im going to share with you via twitter in regards to attbf since I cant pm on here.
Hey I hear ya loud and clear but there are a few of us on here that have all been told updates were coming a while back and nothing... I just hold people to their word. Great response though, very well said.
I would assume things are continuing and progressing in the right direction.
Well in the "real world" updates are given to shareholders within a reasonable time frame so I expect them to give an update on what's going on. More specifically I talked to mike and he told me there would be an update on the biocubes in a few weeks, and that was the first week of November. It's amazing the conclusions people can jump too....Never been a fan of holding hands though. With that said I have been a big supporter of this company and still am.
The lack of communication to shareholders is extremely frustrating.
Im with you 1000%. The MMPR is the ticket here.
I also saw that abattis back in 2013 had claimed they were planning on going into Colorado to set up shop and sell a CBD tea "Kombucha"

From what I read, however can the source be trusted? I couldn't say. Still it's never good to see a bad review.. One of the reviews mentioned as soon as they came into agreement with a certain company, the stock price dropped dramatically.. also mentioned that it was a pump and dump company of some sort. Things you never want to see associated with a company your invested in.
I just looked into that Kodiak Capital Group, LLC that abattis is affiliated with and they don't have great reviews at all from what I was seeing.
That makes two of us. This mystery game is getting old. Customers can come in and see it but shareholders cant get an update about the progress of the biocubes? I don't like that.
I hope some news comes out soon.. would like to know what is going on behind the scenes.
Another bread crumb trail.. Read the bold

From PR above -
Northern Vine is also progressing with it's Controlled Substance "Dealers" License and has submitted its security plan for its lab in Langley BC. We have an open dialogue with the Office of Controlled Substances "OCS" and respond in a prompt manner to comments and requests of the OCS.
Now the connecting piece..

Step 4: Review
Once all security clearances are obtained, an application will be thoroughly reviewed to validate the information provided. Given the extensive review process, it is anticipated that the Company will be communicating with the Office of Controlled Substances multiple times as it responds to requests for clarifications to support its application.
But no matter what, if license news comes out than all that wont matter and this will be back to previous high.
I agree with you. I was analyzing the charts last night, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if pps went lower than 5 cents before the run back up happens. I hope that's not the case but I have reserve money set up just in case that does happen. If there is a huge selloff at very low price than I will be loading the boat because IMO the run back up will happen shortly after.
smart money is waiting for everyone who got caught in the bull trap to sell at low prices imo... don't fall for it. HOLD
you can offset gains though.
Well I did a few weeks ago as I mentioned, and he said there would be an update of some sort regarding the biocubes in the coming few weeks. I also emailed him about any other updates and he said he was working on them and that was prior to the Vegas conference. To answer your question though I really just noticed a trail starting to form and decided to dig into the underlying details to see if it tied together at all. We're not really given much to work with right now.
Let's just hope I'm somewhere in the ball park of reality :D
So I have tried to put together a trail of bread crumbs and make sense of anything that is going on behind the scenes.
First Im going to reference an article that just came out today from Maple Leaf.
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/maple-leaf-clarifies-matters---stringent-licensing-requirements-and-risks-associated-with-becoming-a-canadian-medical-marijuana-producer-and-early-stages-in-california-negotiati-2014-11-18
This seems to be their understanding of the mmpr application process.
The seven steps are summarized below, as understood by Maple Leaf:
Step 1: Preliminary Screening
When an application is received, it undergoes a preliminary screening for completeness. If an application is not complete, it will be returned. If an application is complete, it will be assigned an application number. The application number means that the application has completed the preliminary screening.
Step 2: Enhanced Screening
Once an application has been assigned an application number, it will be moved through screening to ensure: that the location of the proposed site does not pose a risk to public health and safety; that the proposed security measures outlined in the application meet the requirements of the MMPR; and that the person proposed as a quality person has the appropriate credentials to meet the good production requirements of the MMPR. It is the responsibility of the Company to ensure that it is in compliance with all applicable provincial, territorial, and municipal legislation, regulations and bylaws, including zoning restrictions.
Step 3: Security Clearance
Once the screening of an application is complete, the security clearance forms for key personnel will be sent for processing. The time required to conduct mandatory security checks varies with each application. It is expected that security clearances will take a minimum of a few months, but can take much longer. Health Canada and the RCMP do not provide updates on the status of security checks. Until such a time as Health Canada receives the results of the security checks, there will be no further communication from Health Canada.
Step 4: Review
Once all security clearances are obtained, an application will be thoroughly reviewed to validate the information provided. Given the extensive review process, it is anticipated that the Company will be communicating with the Office of Controlled Substances multiple times as it responds to requests for clarifications to support its application.
Step 5: Ready to build letter (if required by applicant)
Once the review of the application has been completed and it is confirmed that all requirements in the MMPR are met, applicants may request that Health Canada issue a "ready to build letter". The "ready to build letter" is a notice informing the Company that, if the licensed producer's site is built to the specifications outlined in the application, the physical security measures would meet the requirements of the MMPR. The "ready to build letter" is not a guarantee that a licence will be issued. The Company must still successfully pass a pre-licence inspection and obtain its security clearances.
Step 6: Pre-licence inspection
Upon confirmation from the Company that the site has been fully built and security measures are in place, a pre-licence application will be scheduled. If any deficiencies are identified, they will be communicated to the Company and must be addressed.
Step 7: Licensing
Once it has been confirmed through the pre-licence inspection that the Company meets all the requirements of the MMPR, a licence will be issued.
So now BREAD CRUMBS - going in order here..
PAY ATTENTION TO THE BOLD

This is a section from this PR about a facility for BioCube
http://www.abattis.com/s/news.asp?ReportID=657960
Jun 09, 2014
Abattis Acquires 16,200 Sq Ft Growing Facility
"We are committed to achieving Licensed Producer status under Health Canada's MMPR," said Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. President and CEO Michael Withrow. "The new growing facility takes us closer to securing the license and positions us for long-term expansion with up to 254,000 square feet of growing space. Several of our subsidiaries are in the late stages of the MMPR licensing process and we continue an active dialogue with Health Canada as we work toward the approvals on the applications we have submitted."
The facility was leased from Crimson Opportunities Ltd., which is owned by Abattis Bioceuticals' CFO. Until it secures a license, the Company will use the facility to manufacture and warehouse its proprietary Biocube systems. Upon approval, the facility will be converted to house up to 28 Biocube systems, an in-house laboratory, and a vault area for the secure storage of cannabis. Two additional buildings on the 6.5 acre property could also be used to expand cultivation to ~254,000 square feet.
Abattis Bioceuticals' cultivation partners, Experion, has an additional 4,000 square foot growing facility with 10 acres that could be used to support growth. Currently, the subsidiary is in the late stages of MMPR licensing with Health Canada awaiting inspection and a letter to build. The Biocube environments that will be used in both facilities are designed to produce food and pharma-grade material and prevent the loss of crops due to infestation, mold, and contamination by maintaining separate small controlled environments for specific cannabis strains.
"Experion is progressing through Health Canada's MMPR licensing process and believes that its license will be secured in the near future," said Abattis Bioceuticals' Lobbyist Manny Montenegrino. "We are encouraged by the progress so far and have a high level of confidence in our team and technology."
END OF PR SECTION
So following the mmpr guideline above and reading this PR, one would say BioCube would be in step 4 presumably since they are awaiting inspection (referencing the PR above)

Twitter Pics of BioCubes being received at the facility referenced in #1 Which is in Squamish BC, Near Vancouver as the first PR suggests. I checked the maps and Squamish is in fact right near Vancouver.

Abattis Sub-Licenses Vertical Grow Systems To Biocube
I did not include the PR because this is just showing there including VDL with BioCubes.
SO at this point I would still assume they are in step 4. (Obviously because we haven’t heard of a Ready to build letter for biocube)

We see first picture of Biocubes being set up and getting started to grow.
Referencing back to #1 –
Until it secures a license, the Company will use the facility to manufacture and warehouse its proprietary Biocube systems.
I don’t see this as meaning they are going to grow until…
Upon approval, the facility will be converted to house up to 28 Biocube systems, an in-house laboratory, and a vault area for the secure storage of cannabis.

I went with the spade. High quality grip control lol.
I have done some deep digging on abattis, I will be posting about it when I finish typing it up. I think it brightens the darkness of everything.
As someone else mentioned on here just a few posts ago, we are literally one license away from being back over 1$ per share imo. These prices wont matter when a license is granted.
My apologies. It does not make sense to be involved with a stock you may not believe in. As shark has posted many times, Mike has done everything he said he would. I have talked to him a few times just in the past couple weeks and I assure you he is busy and working on updates for shareholders. The potential in this company is huge imo. ATTBF
I emailed Mike about the VP of Finance leaving, and apparently he was fired essentially for verbal abuse to other employees.
Expect some juicy updates in a few days :)
I'm glad the TRO was granted in abattis favor, but the stock is going to keep falling without any legitimate progress toward the business model. Somethings got to give.
I wonder why the vp of finance left the company.
You can't guarantee anything except your opinions.
I completely agree. It's the little things....
If you read my last post I agree this is a great long term stock without a doubt. I also agree he has done everything he has said he would. However I feel as an investor were at least due some updates on what progress has been made on the business model (mmpr licenses, cs license, and any revenue potential). I think those updates are coming soon so I'm not worried. This is coming from someone with alot more shares than some of these basher clowns with 10k shares and are upset over nothing.
I just talked to him last week over the phone and he doesn't seem concerned at all, but didn't go into details very much because he can't disclose information that isn't public yet. That doesn't really help us though to figure out what's going on behind the scenes.
I agree. I definitely think abattis is great for the long term but lack of updates/communication is getting really old and irritating.
I wonder why there hasn't been an update yet
I really hope positive news comes out for abattis on this one.
