Happy New Year, thought I would have a peek, see not much has changed other than being sub 5 cents.
6.1 looking good
Ended up losing only a few thousand, could have been a lot worse. Learned some valuable lessons from this trade though.
Missed you lol. See it's the same story just a different spin. Hang on and the goods will pay off in time, just longer than we expected, again.
Round and round in circles, spinning down the plug hole and yet....
The speculation and hope continues.
The best we are looking at is a nuisance value offer of .30 to get rid of Malak? Wow.
Wow, suing Apple and still no one buying shares. Nothing has changed then?
My question to you would be, when you look at the patents and see what they do, what do you actually see, what do you see that is applicable in any way to this market place?
Keep arguing semantics amongst ourselves about whom is right and whom is wrong. Goldmine or fools
Gold. Not one representative of VPLM has come forward with tangible, verifiable news fo shareholders, the time just drags on and on. When is this stock going to be finally written off as a donkey?
Still a dead duck and nothing changed then?
Bravo and thank you
Still heavily in the hole. Was hoping for a miracle but still seeing the same old comments and debates. An audit where they wipe off several million being dressed up as good news. Letters once again supposedly sent out. Blah, blah, blah. Happy New Year and I suppose we can still pray for a miracle rather than seeing them all being sent to jail one by one.
Thought I would just check in, still not looking promising is it?
Totally agree
All paperwork should be readily available with this "stellar" BOD wouldn't you say? Seriously what would be an issue?
My God, I ran audits for multi million dollar companies! You can have results within days. This is a Mickey Mouse two bit operation, what the hell can be so difficult?
It really is not hard to believe. I trusted my friend, the story held up to a novice, the price was rising quickly, you remember that time it went from around 12-32 in a few days, the motivation, greed and opportunity, was not until it started falling again I spoke to other friends. Naive, greedy, gullible, guilty as charged.
Hearsay, personal opinion or opinion that can be backed up by facts?
What I actually have said is I have two friends, one with an app that is specifically geared towards alerting via email, text and call and another friend who is a software architect, both have looked at the patents, stated that they seemed nothing but patent trolls and neither one invested a dime. That is quite telling IMO
And other than VPLM has X amount of patents, what verifiable facts are you posting? All I read is hearsay and dreams.
Yet to someone who purchase shares on a friends advice and not part of the inner circle just sees the court saying for gods sake just sort this out between you children with no inference of fraud or wrong doing. That would IMO leave some huge question marks about the accusations against Kipping and what the hell has been going on internally with this so called company
The F U bit seems a bit touchy but whatever. I don't claim to be a judge, jury or a close friend on the inside of VPLM. I can only work from public information and I see no conviction and now a decree that seem to suggest the court wants them to settle it between them. That, unless I am mistaken means the court is not seeing a clear cut case of fraud?
And you just cannot believe that people have talked to other people, read all the VPLM literature, read the patents etc etc and have not been buying stock? How do you explain that?
Then it would seem most of the world cannot read and understand because if the could the price would not be sat where it is.
And how many patents have been awarded to whoever, whenever that have turned out to be worthless. How many patents turn to dust compared to those that go on and have some worth or value? Who has verified these patents have any tangible value of worth? Where is the report from the independent?
Well people are told to get out if they have no faith, guess what!
So this matter wasn't settled then? Shame VPLM did not make a public statement instead of leaving us with hearsay, which of course is inadmissible. The last adverts did raise the price for a short period. I distinctly remember saying I wish I had done it, paid out $10k make a quick $50k and run before the price fell to its normal level. Would have been a good couple of pay days.
So it was either a frustrated shareholder who couldn't take the silence or someone who thought they could bump the price for a short period and make a huge gain, but not VPLM. Love the way they addressed that publically. As for your question I suppose it all hinges around whether they are able to buy and dump shares illegally eh? With the alleged crime against Kipping it's not as if VPLM or at least one if its representatives has not been allegedly involved in doing so is it? You also suggest they are huge patent wins but there is nothing absolutely nothing to substantiate that these patents hold any value. Please don't use the market cap as an argument when it has been said so often the market price is irrelevant.,
A very simple question. Some say that there have been high level talks and meetings for quite sometime going on behind the scenes to sell the patent suite. Why then the recent paid adverts to promote the patents? Surely as it is not a pimp and dump and those that need to know, know, there would be no need whatsoever for those adverts?
Ok, I am sorry, I have a friend who works for MS as a software architect and whose job is directly changing due to internal structure shifts. I know what is and has been going on and am actually amazed that these types of changes can in anyway be linked to VPLM. This is one of the first times that my knowledge surpasses that of those that message on the board and I am shaking me head with disbelief. MS/Telus/Chinese companies/Christy Clark/Vancouver BC have nothing and I mean nothing to do with VPLM.
TBH my problem with speaking directly to Richard is that he represents VPLM as "Faceman" he has allegedly been involved with companies with less than whiter than white records, though some say he was the one that turned evidence and wasn't the one with his fingers in the cookie jar, what would I expect him to say other than everything is fantastic, stellar BOD, everything is on the up and up and just a little more patience, we are going to hit pay day. Not gonna say hey Init let me let you into a little secret, we know the patents are worthless and no one wants them, is he?
No, I just don't claim to have all the facts and be in a position to be judge and jury. There have been allegations made against the behaviour of both Messers Malak and Inza on this MB as well. All reasons when you have invested several $1000's it makes you feel very sick and cynical. There seems to be a whole undertone of deceit and that seems to be at the investors expense. Intrinsically all I want is to get out without a huge horrendous loss and wash away that feeling of stupidity. There are far too many excuses for anything that VPLM do or don't do. The only proven fact is that they own some patents. One can only hope they have some true value. The longer this drags on and on, the less likely that seems.
Have to say no one is guilty of anything until a judge or jury says they are guilty.
Yet was it not insinuated that VPLM rejected a .50cent per share offer. Haven't many longs projected the dollar plus mark, at times even suggesting as much as $40.00 per share. Maybe this is what has caused consternation. Maybe if the expectation had always been set or suggested to be ten cents per share value then maybe, maybe people wouldn't be suggesting it just doesn't all add up. Maybe if VPLM had been clearer, more forthright in their PR's, not allowed, we have an offer or South Park debacles?
I don't care what is or isn't rumoured or alleged, what I would like to know from you is, do you honestly believe these patents have any value and could be sold to a major player for more than a couple of cents a share?
You speak to unnamed people and you believe the patents have value.
South Park was unfortunate, telling people there was a buyer was unfortunate.
You agree the only thing that has any tangible evidence is that there are some patents.
Where is the validation that they are worth anything? Where is the independent report? Where is any mention of them anywhere other than in paid VPLM advertisements? I know, from your sources, you are just confident, the inside ring tells you and that is all you need. Yet for many of us they, the patents, could be worthless pieces of paper that hark to a failed or unlikely to be ever used technology. MS wanted LI? How much did they want or need it? Don't you think if it was oh so important that shares in VPLM would have spiked and stayed there?
TBH a friend of mine convinced me to buy. Never ever purchased stock before because I am a crap gambler. I bet on the favourite and it losses. I trusted him, he said he knew the right people and it seemed an unbelievable opportunity. When he told me the stock was around .14 and climbing steadily, with some I admit cursory DD, it all looked plausible and believable. Purchased at .29, rose to .34, exciting my first win!! Errrrr no it slides, then with further DD it starts to look like so much just doesn't add up. My friend meant well, I still enjoy a drink with him but never again.
So you ring a law firm and say, "excuse me, are you working on behalf of VPLM?" That question is not subject to any privilege. When they respond, "Sorry, never heard of them," that would generally indicate they have no such client on their books and no client of that name allocated to any of their lawyers. Unless of course VPLM is a top secret and protected client? Eh? How exciting would that be, that would really have to mean something special was going on would it not? But mmmm why would VPLM be telling people who their lawyer was if it was secret, protected information? Very confusing. ??
