I grew up in PHILA ;but haven't been there in a long long time,.
This area was considered bad and dangerous ,at that time.

Is this the summation of the"high impact announcements ". Pennsylvania just ok'd Medical MJ and PHILA is a totally urban
environment with many stores . Why has PA and PHILA become the test site for this merchandising start ? What promotion by PHOT and ACE
is being done to promote this to their other affiliates -is this
just a trial introduction ? WHAT is going to promote this in CA,OR,WA,CO,FL, MA ? IS ACE participating in this expansion to a NEW dept . or is this just a trial run (as you said ) in 1 store -
now that this was announced -there should be some freedom to release THE DETAILS .As you said NOT TRYING TO BE NEGATIVE ;but I agree,this needs to be checked in detail. It's hard to fight the euphoria that prevails with this announcement . It could be a VERY good start to
sales if ACE is willing to promote a COMMERCIAL BRANCH with LARGE SALES and support the $$$$ needed for SUPPLY side .At present ,PHOT does NOT have a GOOD history with it's suppliers -NO CREDIT -CASH
PURCHASES and resultant delayed or canceled deliveries .Many good idea
businesses have failed because of POOR supply side management. Who
is managing that side ACE or PHOT (inventory control )? Right now
PHOT has 1 employee -MH

The form T can be shown at any time -the trades by agents don't have to be listed for 24 hrs -when they PLEASE .This is open to manipulation -they can hide stuff until they want to release -no MM
and only trades other than solicited . Hopefully the GOOD news about ACE hardwares leads to a successful launch at their stores and

I was pointing out that the short volume had significantly decreased -a good sign for some stability .
Another chart shows todays' short volume at 27% and yesterday 21%
One factor to watch is the sleeze Sterling Scott. He still owns
47+ million shares and is not reported as an insider trader . He is no longer associated with the company (officially anyway) and his holdings are well below the % of outstanding shares requiring insider
actions reporting. He acquired the shares as gifting at approx average
of .05 and probably would hold to at least around .10 .At that point PHOT would likely go higher , If he dumps over successive days ,the rats are leaving the ship. Since he was basically given the shares ,
dumping earlier may point to exit time ???? How can we keep UP TO DATE TRACK of HIS holdings ? Most reports I see are too DATED and thus DON'T track his activity on a REAL TIME basis .
At least one good sign for short term -in Sept of 2016 there were 6,700,000 + shares shorted and now as of today only 79,000

Although I don't think it will critically influence MH - the # of
tweets to him ,seemed to cause him to react (although in a pompous
way). Maybe if people continue to tweet him it will put him on NOTICE

I agree -MJ industry is going to improve as it moves more to legitamacy. PHOT's future is tenuous at best -The sector has been basically up for the last 2 days and PHOT has remained basically flat
in comparison . The observers harbor a LARGE distrust of this company
and MH has totally under performed . He continues to Play the "IMPACT
deals line " and has given himself some additional time, to after the
the start of the new year (last tweet ). If he doesn't produce

the trust will evaporate and this company will ride out it's demise

OR the sales agent manipulating and holding shares until they can profit . There is NO MM and the transaction agents are not required to disclose shares sold until end of 24 hr period -they can accumulate shares and release info at their will. There are
all kinds of potential inside manipulation possible with this present set up.

and MIDDLE seat . Then "I HATE COACH ". Well I'll let that speak for
itself .YES coach is uncomfortable ;but this is not a Fortune 500

MARCO and Fasci are the only ones remaining on the board and no one else meets the requirements for mandatory disclosure . We also have not seen a detailed new MH contract which may give him the ability to drop his purchase price -as he has done in past.This was a payment in lieu of his salary -a good psychological ploy ;but maybe there is a way for him to drop his purchase price -post facto -new contract
and who knows what back room /undisclosed deals are being transacted
There has been NO shareholder reports or meeting ( Aren't they required by law to have one per yr.)As long as the discounted shares are given at below the PPS,there is money to be had /especially if there are future spikes. There are people just now entering this market with NO knowledge of PHOT's previous history. YES they should do their DD ;but this does not bode well for the LONGS that have been
over tolerant and hoping to recover some of their losses and not fold with just a deduction. Their ARE still people who have held and NOT

PHOT for the LONG term -causing further doubt in the company and also a drop in share value from increased doubt of PHOT survival and dilution
If PHOT would make an offering to PRESENT shareholders the remaining
1.5 Billion shares at .0045 PPS with a restriction as to how soon they could be sold(? 9 mos/1 yr) that would create $6,750,000 of operating cash
and create a trust that those investors are in it for the LONG haul. The present board and insiders would have to agree to restrictions on sale of their present HOLDINGS (That includes HUNT and S SCOTT ) (it would be nice if it was their shares sold to the pool also -creating more trust and decreasing their influence over voting block . The money of course would
have to be managed correctly ;but it would give a large positive boost to shareholders as to existence for 9-12 months -if they can't acquire things and make deals in 1 yr -it-s over anyway -legislation may be tough for more than that ;but where it's going should be apparent. The current monies are just servicing the debt -the added shares maybe can have a restriction as to how they can be used . ? legal semantics .If only
1 billion are sold ,the remaining 500 million could be locked into acquisitions ,not debt servicing -board members would not be able to BONUS or buy below this intial offering. The shares could be offered in
200000 blocks and limited by numbsr of blocks to the response of the common shareholders .
That would be $900 per block for 200,000 shares

I looked up this group -it is an International wheeling and dealing group
that provides "Virtual Offices " and space when needed for meetings etc
