AT&T pulls the plug on the T-Mobile aquisition...

Now we can also go after AT&T wireless...
Licensing opportunity:... For Republic Wireless.. They need our app on their handsets...

You and DSU with this Sarbanes-Oxley... This accounting reform applies to companies at an annual $75M capitalized market cap.. Since CLYW has never been close to this.. SOX compliance isn't required..

AT&T's Wi-Fi connections nearly triple in Q3.....
Think of the revenue we could be taking on... Management! finish the Daic settlement. Let's press on with Lease Agreements with the other Mobile operators...

Dave sold his shares to be able to send Turrini to New York!!!!
reporting on the financials, well - nothing from nothing leaves nothing... we haven't had any income to really report. how hard would that be to place on the books per quarter for the past 2 years? And an audit from a 3rd party firm, still nothing from nothing leaves nothing...
I'm with you both... just watching from the sidelines... pointless arguing with no proof... I also agree that the bashers don't have anything better to do than change DW from Daic... I believe the TMO settlement has already been accomplished and its a timing thing to be released when appropriate for the company..
We are on the greys, thats the problem why we aren't at .30-.50c already... nobody in the stock market trust's grey market shares
Here is an interesting article on T-Mobile getting out of the M2M business and having a third party take over by Raco Wirless.. this is actually in anticipation of the AT&T/TMO merger.

I was actually looking at the new Cisco Wireless router in that Cisco see's gold in this new device. CLYW needs to look at These 3 company's for further licensing agreements. This Cisco box has 3G GSM capabilities. Cellular to WiFi..

I believe the TMO deal is already done and we are just waiting on that announcement of the terms...
I think the market is in shock about Calypso and the news.. I still see no trades since the 8k was released... There are no sellers right now. All are waiting on the rise in price but since there is no ask/bid info, nothing is lining up...
Everbody up here is watching and waiting for that shoe to drop.. I'm wonder when will the stock price will start climbing? The train is starting to leave the station... All Aboard!!!
Alright guys, where are we at with the court docket info? I havent heard anything from HR who's usually got 2 to 3 updates.. 880k shares traded... making me a bit nervous...
Sorry, guy... Sharma wasn't the inventor of ASNAP... Robert Leon was the inventor...

I know really!!! I've noticed for some time that even though english is my first language, there is enough ambiguity in the way the legal system uses words that we can't even celebrate a minor victory without questioning it...
May there is something to Butch Ballow coming back into the frey. Maybe Daic and team do have bigger concerns.. That would be nice to see...
I guess I wasn't thinking there would be a settlement on the state case. I did see were someone brought up Butch Ballow and Daic ties to that guy... I wonder if extraditing him from Mexico, caused any concern from the Daic team.. guilt by association?!?!? Maybe he needs to think about another defense team to guard against this Ballow person.. :~)
I think HR is correct in thinking that we got our documents in on time and Williamson/Daic didn't file as expected. Great for us. I am curious as to what passed and agreement means here as well.
website: http://www.calypsowireless.us/public/
hmmm.... i see it closed up @.07 today...
no.... that's when our probable agreement with T-mobile will hopefully kick-in and provide an infusion of cash. This would help us, pay off whom-ever with some of the $, then put the new lawyers to work after the other infringers.
Then there would be the hope, IMHO, that a business plan is published to show the direction the company might take.. This is probably wishful thinking on my part.. But this does need to happen to show more legitamacy...
US iPhone owners have biggest WiFi appetites – Kineto Wireless .. We should already be recieving back and current residuals from this... The DD party is holding this whole thing up.
http://www.totaltele.com/view.aspx?ID=466551&mail=562
yeah... your right on that point.. Drago must be on vacation... the cronies chimed in at the same time
If Drago and his cronies would either allow a settlement or drop the suite all together, we could start making money today... Dave quiting wouldn't help out the shareholders by anymeans
Kineto apps applied to multiple European telecom handsets:
Quote from article:
Orange's U.K. arm plans to expand availability of the app to its sister company under the Everything Everywhere umbrella, T-Mobile UK.
"We plan to roll it out across the T-Mobile base in the U.K. later this year," Jevons said.

With all the patents we have through out the world, once the Daic trial is through, staying on the grays, settlement or outright win, CLYW is in a winning position... Hokie & Drago2 are trying to scare the shareholders into selling before it gets real exiting.. Hang in there guys...
Guys, this is either Daic himself or one of his cronies.. Why would you want to ask questions to Patin or DeWine?...
Yeap and remember that Calypso successfully tested their Cisco solution in T-mobile's Miami market in 2005
It is important in that TMO uses Kineto to do what CLYW patent and equipment was to do.. Kineto, TMO, Nokia, Ericsson and others are part of the UMA consortium... You can check out the participants here:
http://www.umatechnology.org/overview/
Once TMO's settlement is announced, CLYW should go after these company's as well...
Totally agree... Once we get T-mobile's settlement we can start going after the others and pay our lawyers off..
Guys, just to let you all know... We are behind in this thing.. All the players (telecoms, oem's, etc) are already utilizing the patent.. Daic is the hold back and he and his cronies need to be taken out of the picture so we can move forward with our new patent lawyers to tell the world this patent is ours and you need to pay up from here on out.
Its just a little too quiet on this board... I'm not getting my info fix these days... I would have thought that the 8K info would help the stock price better than what we are currently seeing.. but the pps here is finicky... We should have been millionaires last December... killin me!!!
Yeap! Thats the infringement (and they are blatently flonting it). Our patent describes how to seemlessly hand off a GSM (AT&T and TMO)radio protocol and the CDMA (Sprint and Verizon)radio protocol to WiFi and vica versa. Authentication (WiFi network approval to set up the call) is part of that...
Actually, AT&T has stated that they will take on only specific liabilities. Lawsuits were not part of that and TMO will need to resolve those prior to the take over. TMO has several infringement lawsuits against them which will need to be settled. IMO we are actually in a better position for settlements and AT&T wont be squashing CLYW. In fact since Deutsche Telecom is the current parent company but is not (yet) being sued, AT&T will become the parent company and will be in-line to be sued for infringement next..
I believe the BOD's should be placing lawsuits in order (US: AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Cisco, Kineto, Ericsson, Nokia, others all at once) (Europe: Deutsche Telecom, BT, Vodefone, AT&T Intl., Orange, Telefonica, Telenor, T-Mobile Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Repubic, others all at once as well) South America, Asia, South East Asia (Australia and New Zealand included).. Need to throw Canada's mobile phone company's in there as well...
Satellite companys to cellular/wifi hand off's as well
Settlements will them start coming in hand over fist.. AND, the BOD should have their business case done to tell which direction they want to go.. Lawsuits only, phone and equipment manufacturing, network design, partnerships, etc..
I just hope the BOD isn't looking to make a quick buck and sell the patents...
I totally agree with you on this... Here is a story regarding the WiFi Alliance creating a Hot-Spot certification program.. CLYW should be joining this alliance since we own the patent supporting this... The also indicated the "seamless handover" of cellular to wifi..
http://www.cable360.net/ct/news/thewire/Wi-Fi-Alliance-Creates-Hotspot-Certification-Program_45649.html
IMO the only reason to contact these folks would be to look at selling our patents. Seamless crossover from GSM/CDMA to wifi and back.. I'm sure they would be more than interested in purchasing the patents.. but we are almost there.. After this federal case is finished Calypso can go after multiple infringers as well... Cha Ching!!
This is at least some news... I'm actually more curious as to why we haven't formally heard from the Federal Judge on any extention info... why wouldn't he/she step in after a continuance of the state case and say that a formal stay of x days needs to be published and that an agreement was or wasnt made in that time frame? Even if a gag order were imposed, I wouldn't think this Judge would allow the state case influence the federal case this way.. any observations on this thought?
Dude, thats an early April Fools joke isn't it... :~)

Thats because they are all apart of the UMA consortium... since 2004...You guys need to take a look at who is sponsoring this and who we probably go after next in court....

Not exactly.... just after the Tmobile successful test in miami, TMobile US partnered up with Kineto... This is how TMobile blocked out CLYW... attached is a link to the UMA consortium website. Take a look at when the site was made (2004-2005) and the participants.

Take a look at the technology page.. it boasts of seamless roaming and handovers.. long before Kineto had any patent
TMobile's parent company Deutsche Telekom's investment arm (T-Venture)gave investment money to kineto to work the TMobile product and make it work.. They did..
Kineto still shows T-venture as an investor on their website
