I just linked on. What's all the excitement about?
There is actually a rumor that Eco Plus is going to be bought out.
There is a rumor that something big is going on behind the scenes
Frank does seem to be on his game
We'll wait and see
we'll see
I agree
When did that start?
Starting to wonder if this has been some kind of a pump and dump all along? They make an announcement, then trade like crazy for 2 or 3 days, then go stealth.
Am I understanding this correctly? The same company can trade on two different exchanges?
Anybody hearing anything new from these guys?
It's enough to drive the price up a little
There is a rumor going around that Revolution is getting ready to announce a new product
Go Worldwide
I agree with you, I'm going to buy more today while the price is low
I called and talked with Revolution Lubricants, talked with their head of sales Michael. He sent me oil for my car (I paid for it) and I've been using it for three weeks (I drive about 500 miles a week). My MPG have improved by 4.3 MPH. I have gone from 17.3 to 21.6, I have shocked at the improvement.
I know
I'm just talking the actual price. This is actually one of my favorites
This is going backward in a hurry, I guess the hard run has finally ended.
What is going on with this stock? This thing is weird.
I believe you might be right
I was here, I just failed to pay attention. It looks to me that they will dump and then reverse. JMO
This has been solid, but this deal here makes no sense to me.
Folks, I'm not bashing the company, I'm questioning the acquistion of 5% of e3
If you think I'm wrong, do the dd on my claims yourself, it's all public information.
It is true that the company only owns 5%
I just rejoined IHUB after being off of it for several months when I saw what was going on with some of my stock. I can assure you that I am not someone trying to short the stock, but I also have been around this game long enough to know when something smells. And watching the volume on this and the way 5% ownership of a company is being danced around, that has stink written all over it. It also is obvious to those who have been around the game that you are probably directly involved with the company or have been hired by the company to discredit the truth
That's how I see it.
I have stock here, so not trying to bash the company. What I found is public information that anybody can find. I'm just worried regarding my investment when I find something like this and I'm sorry, it does bring into question the DD done.
I don't get the comparison?
Does anybody know what the criminal charges are if somebody knowingly gives false statements and information in a press release that is generated by a publicly traded company trying to promote stock to the public?
Evolution Lubricants and Technologies which is owned by a company called e3 Services and Solutions out of Memphis, TN. Worldwide purchased e3 and is obviously using acquisitions like this and PR like this to set up a pump and dump.
These guys claim to have purchased 5% of a lubricant company and send out a press release naming one guy named Conz the President who claims to have 10 years in the lubricant business and he's only 30 years old. Seems strange to me. Also, they announce a guy named Fornili as the Executive Vice President who just had his house repossessed in April. Looks like this is a careful group who really does a good job with due diligence.
