I am the guy from California that has a sizable position since the last 6 years
I have never sold a share Only accumulated up to and including today
I read the board daily But I rarely post
I am posting today to relate a conversation I had today with a gyn surgeon at a hospital I'm working at in central California in the doctors lounge .
This surgeon was talking about robotic gyn surgery and said that she gave up doing robotics one year ago because of the problem that she had with her neck having to lean in to the da Vinci surgeon console
She said it caused her pain being in that position for the duration of surgery Her colleague( also a gyn surgeon) also said it was the reason he stopped doing robotic surgery as well
Two surgeons giving up robotics due to the uncomfortable use of da Vinci !! At one hospital!!
I asked her if she had heard sport. She said no, she had not.
I showed her the Titan site and the sport console and the robot.
She was excited and her comment was " I will insist that our hospital buy this as soon as it becomes available "
That spoke volumes to me about titans future in the market place. This can't be the only surgeon that experiences this in the United States, Never mind the rest of the world
Buy more while you can
I was in their office when I posted before. It is very basic. No even an intercom system
No expensive furnishings. But i was encouraged by that. There is no waste of money in the office. They have what they need to run the business. The office furnishings and technology within the office has nothing to do with the robot development
I applaud the frugality of it.
What ever vindication that comes to my post with a RS in August or thereabouts will be a reflection on Titan and Randall at that time. Not me
I didn’t make the predictions I was just relating what I was told
Any violations of securities rules of disclosure that were or were not as a result of what was said to me I am not aware of
I put people to sleep. None of this is in my realm of my experience or knowledge.
When he said reverse spilt by August I had no reason the question what he was saying to me.
If it doesn’t happen. It’s on them Not me to explain why
Whether or not you believe what I posted is not material to me
I told you what I was told last Friday in a one on one meeting with Randall
Interpret it however you want to.
I asked questions. The answers he gave me I told you
I don’t lie
I have a life. I was not there specifically for that talk with him.
Anyway. I don’t post here often.
Only told what occurred as a courtesy to other investors
Good luck to all.
Once again
I’m telling you what he said to me.
Interpret it as you wish to
This is what was said to me Friday afternoon between 3-4 Pm one on one at the Titan office
I personally found this to be somewhat sobering news to digest.
Two years is still a long time away to have so much tied up in this company
But it is what it is. You are either in for the long haul. Or you move on
Randall does think there is much manipulation of this share price. And they are hopeful that getting on the nasdaq will help to diminish that somewhat.
Institutional access to the shares is big for them.
As for talking offline. I am amenable to that

You might find this interesting.
They didn’t ask any of the surgeons to do a robotic prostatectomy in the studies. They are not trying to go head to head with intuitive
However. The surgeon in france did one. And liked it
So titan said to him. We didn’t ask you to do that. We are not trying to compete with intuitive in that arena
The surgeon said. Listen. If I can offer my patients a single port alternative that works as well or better than daVinci. I am going to offer that to them.
I thought that was a pretty good endorsement of Titan abilities
Anyway. I read the board every day
I wanted to get some relevant info. So I went there. I was down the street
I can only tell you what he told me.
Time will tell if this is accurate or not.
I have 2.2 million reasons to want this to be successful
His comment to me about bernholtz was that they were all blindsided by that. And that all other Titan board members and employees had been cleared by the OSC
Don’t shoot the messenger.
Randall was quite adamant that they are proceeding as a company with full plans to market this.
He said ce mark would be persued in line with the fda application.
He expressed great confidence in McNally’s abilities to get this done. I asked about the fact that McNally’s previous history leads many to think he will try to sell the company. After fda approval. He did not rule that out.
But said that at the present time no other players. And did say they have had discussions with them all. No other players are interested. They only want a finished product
they are leaving all the heavy lifting to Titan.
One comment was. Look at J and J
They have never built a product themselves.
Oh and then also said that verb and Jand J together are building their own robot at the present time. Did not elaborate on that except to say that those people have all the money in the world. And are encountering the same issues titan is in terms of difficulties.
He said that intuitive robot sp had different engineering and. That patents were unlikely to be the reason they have not marketed.
I asked about recent design changes.
He. Said these were minor. And will easily be fixed. All surgeons comment are real. And glowing.
They would love to find more investors like to group of robotic surgeons that invested their own money.
No. I was attending a convention in Toronto at the convention center. It was a 10 minute walk up university avenue from my hotel. It was a pleasant day and my friends were attending a course.
So I called ahead in he invited me to come to the office.
I thought it was time well spent
The office is
Sparse. They are not spending our Money on lavish furnishings or state of the art electronics.
The lady answering the phone. Actually got up and walked down the hall to inform Randal I was there. No intercoms
I keep remembering little details
All of the work is now being done by plexus
Ximedix no longer involved. Plexus will be manufacturing the units in the Carolinas. Can’t remember if he said north or south
As I was leaving and exchanging pleasantries with him. He is a nice guy I asked.
Will I be able to retire with this investment.
His comment was. I hope to
My last comment to him ant the end of the meeting was.
Don’t delay anymore. The delays are killing us.
His response was. We will do our best. We don’t want delays any more than you do. We think we now have an accurate and realistic time line to finish this. And we will continue to hit the milestones.
He did say that. Design freeze would occur 8-12 months from now.
I personally do not know anything about us regulators.
I asked him the question about the likelihood of intuitive buying Titan. That was his response to me.
You can believe whatever you chose to believe.
What I posted is what happened last Friday. And is an accurate account on the exchange between Randall and I.
Perhaps it is too sobering to want to believe it.
But nevertheless. It is true. .
No. Submission for fda approval December. 2019. 18 months from now
Approval anticipated 24 months from now
I asked about intuitive so. Doesn’t know exactly why they have not marketed it.
Might be seeking approval for more indications. He doesn’t know
He thinks it is a good thing for the industry. Reinforces that sp is the future.
Highly doubts intuitive would buy Titan. Thinks us regulators would not allow it.
The shareholder rights expires soon. They probably will not Renew that because of changes to Ontario securities regulation that he says takes away the need for it. Didn’t get into those details.
I rarely post. But I read daily
I am a large shareholder. 2.2 million shares
I spent an hour at Titan office with Steven Randall Friday afternoon
I will relate what we discussed.
There is no secret deal in the works. There Is no link to verb. Or anyone else at this time. Or in the foreseeable future.
There will be aa RS. Most likely by the end of August. Most likely 30/1. If sp. is .3. Maybe 20/1
No less than that
He comment was. We do two things. We raise money. And we spend money. Until there is a product to sell the will not change.
They have talked to all the major players. None have any interest in buying Titan. Not before fda approval for sure.
They are submitting for fda December 2019. It will be three to six months after that until it is approved
It will not be sooner than that. That is two years from now.
They need 60 million more. To get through all of that. They will raise again. But not until after the reserve split this summer.
They hope that once it Is on the nasdaq. Institutions can buy. And hopefully if the share price goes up. They will get more warrant money.
Warrants have given them 9 million so far.
He has bought shares with his own money He also has options. He is inot selling. His comment was. This is the best position we have ever been in
I asked about McNally. He is confident he will stay with the company for at least three years after
Fda approval
I asked him if he thought the future was good He seemed confident in that it was.
He was very open. It reassured me in the future. The surgeons that have used it are al confident Patel is on th sab. But can’t be overt because of ties to intuitive
Patel was instrumental in getting them into france. Has ties there.
Martin B insider trading was ‘a punch in the gut’. All others have been cleared. He is just a slimey
person to start with. His hearing was the same day I was there.
All in all. Was a open discussion. Asked him if he read this board. Says he stopped. Too much craziness for him. Not enough facts. To much wild bs.
There you have it.
That s about it.
Reverse split most likely 30/1 August. Uplist to nasdaq. Fda submission December 2019
They are hoping for what happened to trxc when they got approved. ( ten times increas on day of approval) That is the template at this time.
They release all info when they get it. They do not hold back news.
He did admit in hind sight that the timing of the raise the day after the conference cal was not the best.
They will not raise again before the reverse split in August
Perhaps if not for the incompetence of the previous management we may never have had this given to us
So in the end. When it does go up. Maybe we should be thanking them for their incompetence. Lol
That is the beauty of this and the gift which has been given to all of us.
.10 was a god send. There are few opportunities that come along like this.
This is a real robot. And it will do well. And we should all be very thankful that we have been given this opportunity
I for one am very glad it went to .10
Won’t get that again
Male. 63. . Looking to retire well with this. And not 5 years from now
Many years of buying. Loaded up substantially at .10
Never sold one share. I am convinced it’s a winner. Have been for years.
1,776,002
I would be happy with 5 per share. Anything more than that is gravy for me
A buyout would be selling titan short in my opinion
This is a 50 dollar stock if it stays the course and starts selling systems. Maybe more
A buyout will be ten or fifteen at best I think
That is a huge difference and we will all be much better off if they commercialize and start to market
IMO
1. initial cost outlay will open robotics up to many more hospitals and surgery centers that don't have the big bucks to spend for a 2 million dollar system like a hospital just down the highway recently paid to install a da vinci system
2. and the portability- at our hospital the da vinci robot is in one room - much too big and bulky to move around - a portable system would be moved around from one or room to another allowing much more use of the robot
It takes time to turn over an OR from one case to another. Time is money And one of the big factors is OR turnaround time which is dead time in an OR You only generate income when a patient is in the room and when it takes 45 min to an hour to turn over to the next case the robot is just sitting there and can not be used. A portable system moved to another room can be used in much less time and for cholecystectomies that is a much more common procedure than a prostatectomy.
A hospital that owns a Da Vinci system would in my opinion add a portable system that can be used for general surgery at the same time their existing robot is used for the bigger cases like prostatectomies. So when the analysis is done talking about potential buyers I think they are underestimating the potential market by excluding those hospitals that already own ISRG systems.
When the surgeons demand a workable system for their gallbladder and other general surgeries this will be in greater demand than previously thought. Most hospitals that have the cash to buy the Da Vinci have many ORs and will want more than one robot, especially if they can get two sports for the price of one Da Vinci
Buy this stock now it wont be this cheap for long
I am an anesthesiologist in Southern California who has been following titan for about 8 months now and reading this board. I regularly give anesthesia for patients undergoing the ISRG da Vinci robotic surgery.
I have been accumulating stock for about 8 months in Titan.
I talk to a number of surgeons that perform robotic surgery (urologists and general surgeons) and a number of general surgeons who are training in the ISRG single port system recently introduced for cholecystectomies.
They are very excited about the future potential for single port systems, and when I introduce the Titan Sport system and show them the videos they are very impressed and all so far have stated that this system will be successful and they would be excited to use it.
All so far have become investors. There is no doubt in my mind that this will be successful and the key is getting it to market asap.
I have not contributed to this board previously but felt that I wanted to share this with all that are here.
I think this is a 50 dollar stock in 2-3 years when it becomes evident that this is a system that surgeons will want to use, and hospitals buy equipment that attracts surgeons and their patients.
I will continue to accumulate stock in this company that will hopefully allow me to enjoy retirement.
