Heading for $1
Excellent results. Very undervalued.
They are not dead yet. I’m sure they will soon resume sales, especially with their new line of Chinese equipment. Also interest rates should start coming down later this year. Lee’s obvious target is to improve the share price as he is the biggest shareholder, and so that he can get the best price if he wants to sell out and retire.
This is very good new business. Put 2023 behind us and focus on a better 2024.
Please stick to AMMX here.
Are you sure she sold? The reason she isn’t on the list is that she is no longer a director, but still does work for the company.
But it would be to his benefit if the share price went up. Tomorrow’s the conference call, an opportunity to ask pointed questions.

I visited them a few years ago, lot was in good working order then. Has anyone visited them recently?
Company is solid, very oversold.
Don’t think it’s Marty
Shares marked down today with a big seller. But 1q results nothing to worry about. Continuing to hold.

Lee’s a good salesman but doesn’t understand how to control margins and costs. I think the latest announcement shows an understanding of this and a plan for the future. Even after the disappointing 2022 full year result the shares should not be at a P/E ratio of 2, as they are at the moment. 10 would be reasonable, with the SP at $1 or more.
Today’s news looks alarming but will be good for the company. Old CFO wasn’t on the ball. Also ref Pink they can reduce costs that weren’t getting them anywhere. I’m a long term holder and will remain so.
Hold on. This will be a great year for the company.
In the last 6 months the company’s profitability has improved dramatically. Maybe due to new Pres?
Tks I read the report and liked what Lee Hamre had to say:
“I’ve got one project in Central America - if I can put it all together, it will be several million dollars in profits. It is getting close, but we don’t have it yet.”
We’re rooting for you Lee!
.05 when the market price is .31?
I’m just happy that someone is BUYING 150k shares.
Agreed. Still waiting for new boss to tell us what’s going on.
AMMX P/E ratio 2.73. Amazing bargain.
Good results this year. SP depressed by big seller. Expect big rise in due course.
In 2019 Warren Murphy had 67.9m shares i.e. 1.36m after split. I don’t know how many he has left.
We’ve had pump and dump before. Could happen again?
No doubt this large offloading of shares is depressing the share price. However it is not depressing the company’s sales and profits, which are expected to set a new record for full year 2022.
In other words the share price is artificially low, giving investors an unrepeatable chance to buy in cheaply.
Selling them to the new president?
It’s very bullish.
Nice podcast today with Lee Hamre:

Lee announced his retirement? I thought he was still CEO and Brian now President.
Don’t worry. Big order from US Military announced this morning. New company president starting 7/1. Expect SP to reach $1 before year’s end.
Why would anyone sell shares like these at market?
Could be the best news ever. But he must focus on profitability, not just growth for its own sake. His experience at auction house would have given him a good perspective on the market.
For the first time in years I believe the company has genuinely reformed itself and is delivering solid profitable growth. No hype no Niger just sensible focus on the home market and the business that it understands.
Price/earnings ratio is now 4.6. A reasonable share price is therefore about $1.50. Load up now before this becomes common knowledge.
Excellent, record breaking annual results. Shares would be a bargain at $1.
Important to have a good story for investors first. Hope they have one.
Totally agree. Best for Lee as well, who probably wants to retire.
