Thanks Champ should fly by .60 soon enough.
Good call Champ. Blew buy .50.
Should hit .50 this week. Maybe today.
Nice volume today. Anyone still here?
From the last quarter results:
Management Commentary
"2024 is off to a great start as I'm pleased to report our highest revenue performance for the first quarter since 2009," said David Knight, President and CEO of Jones Soda. "I believe we are making excellent progress transitioning Jones from a soda company to a high-growth beverage company. Through this process, we have entered into a number of strategic partnerships to expand our product offerings and overall brand awareness across both our Jones Soda and Mary Jones brands. I believe the first quarter of 2024 represented the start of our next phase aimed at profitable growth as many of these initiatives begun to take hold. I'm proud of all the work we've put in to report impressive year-over-year results, including revenue growth of 29%, gross profit margin expansion of 850 basis points and a decrease in operating expenses as a percentage of revenue of 350 basis points.
"While I'm proud of the momentum we've created to start the year, I believe we are still in the early innings and have ample runway ahead of us, and I remain highly encouraged by the growth opportunities at hand in 2024. Within our soda division, we plan to introduce innovative extensions of our product offerings in the coming quarters, along with brand new labels and packaging that we believe will position us nicely to compete with the largest brands in the various beverage categories. Regarding Mary Jones, we continue to make progress with geographic expansion into new markets and introducing new product offerings. Our newly launched Hemp Delta-9 products have been met with incredible reception from the broader consumer base, and we believe this product line will be a core growth driver going forward.
"I believe we continue to make great progress on our long-term strategic goals for Jones Soda. At the core of our strategy is unlocking significant shareholder value, and we firmly believe we are heading down the right path to do just that. While we have plenty of work ahead of us to reach new heights, we are proud of our current growth trajectory and look forward to delivering more profitable growth in the quarters to come."
Nice steady climb. Looking forward to the next quarter results.
Nice to see the volume climbing.
Lol. That has to be some of the worse advise I have seen on IHub. Good luck to you. I advise against buying high and selling low.
Nothing wrong with having a plan. Hope you have a backup plan just in case. Good luck to you.
A perfect time to buy back in for those that left to turn a profit. Timing is everything in trading. I don’t care if you are here for a day or for a year. I have followed this one for a long time and I am not going to claim that I haven’t sold a few times. I do like the company overall, but I like making money more.
It was a paid promo. You think that is a negative?? I think the timing is great. Promo before some exiting news. It is not too late to buy.
Lol. We will see. Can’t wait to use this post as a reminder.
I must have missed that part. I think the filing speaks for itself and we will see a major price adjustment. Todays volume is just the beginning.
That is quite a stretch. Maybe she was let go because she became unhinged because is the election.
I agree that communication is definitely an issue. It always has been. Even if we were in a quiet period you are still allowed to keep shareholders up to date on actual events.
Lol. Let’s stick to some facts here. This is thin. When the volume hits don’t be left behind.
You think the withdrawal of the S-1 was bad?
The people who purchased stock at those prices are probably not concerned about a temporary decline in share price. The stock was undervalued before that decline. There has not been a better time to buy than right now. Good luck to you Capt.
Are you saying the share price was enough prior to any dilution?
“Years of diluting”? Share structure was still decent before the rs. We just didn’t have the share price for an uplist.
Maybe because you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette and they can see the big picture.
Should be a nice day. Looking forward to it.
Do you have a time frame for this “self fulfilling prophecy”? So far it’s still climbing.
Basic market math. Less volume = less sellers meaning higher prices. Spin it whichever way works best. It’s the IHUB way.
Most of us have seen worse stocks than this take off.
Not sure if anyone told you this, but RXMD is not an otc pink stock.
Back over .15 today
14s also possible
Also the share price was higher. I don’t agree. I expect with the next news they will say they are debt free. They also had over $1 million in cash on hand. The debt was the only reason they were not profitable.
Just in case someone doesn’t feel like clicking the link:
Yes, the OTC Markets U.S. does have extended hours trading. The Pre-Trading Session is from 6:00am to 9:30am. The Post-Trading Session is from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
Shares can always be traded on the OTC Markets U.S. during regular trading hours (listed above).
Extended Trading Hours are sessions before and after the official trading session during which trading can be conducted electronically. Pre-market trading and after-hours trading generally have less volume than during the regular trading hours and may have different trading rules.
There is limited liquidity during extended hours which can cause increased volatility, larger spreads and greater price uncertainty. Earnings reports and other significant news are typically announced after regular trading hours end. This can lead to major price swings in after-hours markets.
Otc market allows after market trading between brokers. They didn’t used to and lots of people still believe they are not allowed.

About 42 million has been added to the outstanding shares in the last 3 months. I wouldn’t be surprised if that covered all current convertible debt.
I agree. To any new penny traders - buy on the dips, don’t panic sell and if you can always go do something to take your mind off the dips. It will be back over .15/.16 by mid day.
Getting ready for the next jump up.
RXMD does not trade on pink.
Why wouldn’t this move be based on fundamentals? The stock was undervalued and still is at the current price. When news hits we will see the real run happen.
Would you order prescriptions through Amazon?
Boom!!! Time to clear .10
