Does Deerfield still own millions of common stock?
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10008923
Does Allergan still own Sipuleucel-T.com. It looks like it.
Im ready for auction. strong buy.
Let me define gross margin for you since you clearly lack investment knowledge.
Gross margin- A company's total sales revenue minus its cost of goods sold, divided by the total sales revenue, expressed as a percentage
DNDN gross margin was 73 million revenue - 35 million cost of goods = 37 million cash / 73 revenue = 50% gross margin.
Hey nice try at math, next time you should maybe do you own research. DNDN gross margin might no be expandable that much right now but they can eliminate cost and get a 10-20% net margin right away. that's around 40 million profit which makes a 1 billion bid near 20 p/e.
dude its going to auction in a week. Good luck having it catch up. Tuesday will be a big day im guessing
yeah it might hit 14 today
This could make a run if the market pops through resistance today.
Making a run today, looks to be near the bottom of a trend channel
TRV best dow stock.
Looks ok to buy a small postion and look for a average in possibly.
Kndi looks pretty good for next quarter.
And it all starts coming together. figures someone would find something
dude nobody gives a shit about what you have to say. You just spam the board dude. Just stop. GO DNDN
Looking strong for next quarter and the future.
what about this article.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/great-things-may-coming-plug-171900877.html
yep when crude oil is at $40? keep dreaming. Plug will be bankrupt before that happens.
no they don't dilute. MSFT has bought back shares the last 15 years.
plug on the other hand went from 7 million to 170 million.
lol what do you mean no debt? You mean they've diluted old shareholders to raise that cash. Last I looked plug still loses 10 million a quarter.
So in your mind a company that runs negative the whole time it isn't running on debt because they can just keep diluting shareholders? It might not be company debt but its shareholder debt. Your piece of the pie will keep getting smaller.
I already mentioned even with the last increase in revenue the revenue per share has decreased because of the dilution.
lmao. You have no clue what your talking about.
Did you not understand what this meant?

Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously announced, on November 10, 2014, Dendreon Corporation (the "Company") and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Dendreon Holdings, LLC, Dendreon Distribution, LLC and Dendreon Manufacturing, LLC (collectively, together with the Company, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief (the "Chapter 11 Cases") under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
On January 20, 2015, the Debtors filed their monthly operating report for the period of December 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 (the "Monthly Operating Report") with the Bankruptcy Court. The Monthly Operating Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
They warn every time a 8k comes out about that. I guess you didn't see where they've already said that numerous times. There's a chance there will be no returns so they have to say that to cover there ass. Im not saying were all getting rich but that's really nothing. if you went and read docket 282, you would see that's what it was about.

plug next stop $2.00-$1.50 range if we break the 2.50's. If it breaks that watch out below. .50 where it belongs, maybe further.
No that's you as you continue to spam worthless info.
Yep except no one wanted it back then for a high price when they could wait and buy it in bankruptcy.
If the creditors or share holders don't own 50% of the new reorganized company, the NOL's should be lost.
We want a 3x revenue bid because it makes sense. They can make 50M right off the bat which is 20 p/e. Its a huge discount to what it would cost to enter the market as well and we get paid.
they way I look at a 3x revenue bid is if they make 300m revenue a year and its already break even then a big biotech might want to come in for the following reasons.
Some company might be able to cut some cost and make 50 million right off the bat. that would give a 1 billion valuation a 20 p/e multiple. 50m x20 = 1 billion.
Second is its scheduled to grow to 400 million revenue by 2020.
last is the drug cost a lot of money to develop. Anything around a billion should be a steal considering revenue and what it cost to make.
I think a Gilead with 6 billion free cash could easily put that kind of bid in. They already are starting to work in the same field as immunotherapy.
h patter formed. watch out for it to go lower.
DNDN 1.50 PPS MATH 1 billion bid - 750 million owed= 250 million cash/160 million Outstanding shares= 1.50 price per share.
750 million expenses= 625 owed + 125 million accrued expenses
1 billion bid is 3x revenue which is pretty easy considering what it takes to make the drug and its cash flow even.
That what I'm hoping for while trying to be conservative.
sad now I didn't buy in the 3.00's when oculus rift got bought. Good day longs
gild boom. Loving it. Keep it going.
Hopefully new revenue keeps growing and adds to share value. Revenue should be up at least 25% year over year now.
lol 1.6 per share for 250 million bid? Please explain. 650 million is going to the creditors by the way.
1.5 billion bid- 750 million dollar debt= 750 million / 154 million OS= $4.80 per share.
750 is more then enough to cover the debit. That's on the high side. It should be around 650.
I bought some around .06
And that means nothing. I love how you spew out stuff you know nothing about. Keep throwing out factoid's that's you don't even understand.
we'll see tomorrow. It seemed like when CNBC started talking about it today it went down. It might be up tomorrow.
DNDN isn't from Delaware, its from Seattle but Nice Try. You lose all creditability now. Why don't you do your DD? The creditors are owed like 750 million. If someone comes in and buys it for like 2 billion it will be worth a couple bucks a share.
Go read what's going on, Their trying to sell it right now. You should watch the mis-info you spew.
turn around time
Going to 50. Buy the dip.
Cnbc dump today. Buy the dip.
gild upgrade, Glad I got some on the drop. Wish I grabbed 86's, Got 92's though.
Watch ACAT to move off the 34 range soon and up to 40.
Travelers is one of the few Dow stocks that's undervalued. I'm Hopping on board.
Undervalued here.
