it says on the package it gets you a rush after 1-2 mins. It says CBD is non psychoactive. What are you getting a rush from if its not cbd?
did you see Wikipedia lethal dose?
LD50 (Lethal dose)
30 mL/kg, orally in rats
Chill contains peg-400. that's whats getting you high probably. Its been know to kill rats when taken in high doses. here are some of its uses
– in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic
industries, e.g., as ointment bases, in creams,
lotions, face lotions, lipsticks and toothpastes
– in the textile and leather industries, e.g., as
plasticizers, antistatic agents, emulsifying
agents
– in the rubber industry, e.g., as lubricants,
mould-release agents, vulcanization
accelerators
– in the ceramic industry, e.g., as plasticizers
and binding agents
– in the paper industry, e.g. as moisturizers for
paper and cardboard
– in the foodstuffs industry, e.g., as carriers for
aromatic substances
– as antifoaming agents in the production of
polyurethanes
– PEG200 to PEG600 are used as components
of metal-working fluids (Hoechst 1992a)
hers one study on peg-400. You can smoke that stuff, Im straight.

ask yourself this. If it tells you CBD is non psychoactive and there is only 2 other ingredients then what do you think is getting you high? maybe peg 400? most likely.
no it doesn't. Its not psychoactive. You might want to look that defention up before you say you get a buzz. And there talking about hemp CBD oil in general. Not hemp seed. They just said that hemp seed doesn't even contain CBD. You can read the article for yourself.
Or listen to high times.
quote
Confusion amongst the public on how exactly hemp oil differs from cannabidiol, or CBD, oil, has prompted the nonprofit Hemp Industries Association to issue a statement explaining the difference between the oils in order to ensure that consumers — specifically, medical marijuana patients — are not misled about the intended uses
dude I hope your joking. No its not.
http://www.mintpressnews.com/hemp-oil-versus-cbd-oil-whats-the-difference/193962/
quote
"Though hemp oil does contain low levels of CBD, typically less than 25 parts per million (ppm), CBD extracts “are produced either directly from cannabis flowers that are up to 15 percent CBD (150,000 ppm), or indirectly as a co-product of the flowers and leaves that are mixed in with the stalks during hemp stalk processing for fiber.”
quote
“CBD is not a product or component of hemp seeds, and labeling to that effect is misleading and motivated by the desire to take advantage of the legal gray area of CBD under federal law.”
It gets you a buzz? CBD is not a psychoactive compound. It doesn't get you high.
Also your buying snake oil, Not even the real thing. People on this board want to mislead people into thinking hemp CBD oil is the same as Marijuana CBD. Its not.
That's why people are moving out of non-legal states to get the real CBD that cures aliments.
Ask yourself this, if this Hemp CBD really worked for anything then why does High Times and the Hemp Industries Association both speak out against hemp CBD oil? Why would both sides of the spectrum both come to the same conclusion.
Also MCIG is going to be competing against Cannavest now. good luck with that. Its cheaper and they have better marketing.
It was one thing when they were selling vapes, vitacigs. Now they want to sell Hemp CBD. Its still overvalued at .10 anyway. I'm looking at .06 or lower. so until then Strong SELL
Then why are people moving out of non legal states to get real CBD oil compared to buying this and not moving?
is it because it's different from hemp CBD oil? It looks that way.
I guess all those people are dumb then? And CNBC and countless documentary's just missed this.
Tell what do you think this Hemp based CBD oil does medically?
If I was short I would be up a ton. I said short it as .25 so I would have done well. Thanks for the input though. Hey since your long tell me what benefits does this hemp CBD oil have?
Hemp is a different plant with a different structure. I would love to see the medical claims to back it up.
Why are people moving out of non legal states to get the real deal when they can order this online?
Its 1% vs 18% to 20%. yeah that makes a difference
Also hightimes has came out against it
http://www.hightimes.com/read/difference-between-hemp-oil-and-high-cbd-strains
And what does it do medically then? I'm just wondering. If I buy it what will it do for my health? I want to get better and live longer. What does it do?
Its not made from MJ which is what people are using to treat real illness with. There are no test done to show this works for anything. In fact both high times and hemp industries association has came out against it.
Like I said in my previous post's. You have no medical testing to back your claims. What claim's are you trying to make just so we can be clear.
And I would say to MCIG prove there claims then. Why do they say "assumed it has health befits" if its so good.
And yes, Real CBD or Cannabidiol is only legal in 12 states.
Your claim that MCIG hemp CBD oil does anything is without any merit. They have no medical testing. In my mind there trying to get in on the CBD craze with a inferior product that's not in the same realm. Good luck competing against cannavest and others.
My point is both sides of the industries are warning of it. You got High times and a hemp Origination both saying its not the same. And it sounds like there saying it has benefits. Selling snake oil now.
mCig's new CHILL! CBD Oil is available in prefilled tanks and is ready-made for our popular mCig 2.x model vaporizer device. Natural flavorings, larger tank sizes, and sleek new vape pens will be available soon. Legal in all 50 states and some 40-plus countries, CHILL! is derived from CBD Hemp Oil, which is assumed to deliver a number of health and wellness-related benefits.
This is a snake oil statement if I've ever heard of it.
MCIG Fearing on peoples health now I see
So MCIG's plan is to sell hemp CBD oil, say its 50 states legal and act like its as good as Charlottes web?
Not so fast
There are numerous reports that Hemp CBD oil are getting people sick. High time's and the Hemp Industries Association both have articles on it.
http://thehia.org/PR/2014-07-10-cbd_hemp_oil_statement.html
http://www.hightimes.com/read/difference-between-hemp-oil-and-high-cbd-strains
They take large amounts of hemp with low CBD and extract it but leave a lot of containments with low CBD. Its not the same. This is just down right a marketing scam and hopefully a dieing phad. They act like its the real thing when its NOT.
So they announced new revenue, that's great. Even At 2 million revenue next year. that's still 16x revenue to market cap and we don't know if they will turn a profit.
All this PR does for me today is make me want to hate this company. Fearing on people's health with a inferior product is just bad business in my mind.
There is a lot of competitor's for hemp cbd oil anyway. Heres a Big one. http://cannavest.com/
Just because a stock is OTC doesn't mean its a growth stock or speculative. Lmao.
Your paying millions for the stock right now but you don't see that. Like I said at .25 cents, its worth .06 and its headed that way. Even .06 is generous in my mind. Right now your paying for so much growth before its even there. Good luck with that.
why is revenue declining? Why does the company only pull in 700K in revenue last year? lets see, 35 million market cap/ 700k is 50 times revenue. Not to mention they run at 50% cost of goods.
Even if you go back three quarters to where they made money. How much money did they bring to the bottom line? 85,000 revenue and they made 11,000. that's without advertising. So even with 1 million revenue a quarter and making 100k earnings a quarter, that's only 400k a year. 35 million/ 400k would still be 87.5 price to earnings. they would need to quadruple from them there to get reasonable. So until they start brining 4 million a quarter revenue or 400k profit a quarter I'm waiting.
Lastly, How is mcig going to deal with the saturated Ecig, vape market with no advertising. They cant keep getting free cnbc shows forever. Bigger companies that enter the market will pour boiling oil on mcig with better marketing.
Ive asked plenty of people I know in the scene, none of them have heard of mcig.
Its going down because its overvalued right now. I tried to tell people months ago there are better stocks with better valuations. I was told Apple is saturated and it sucks on here. Well it looks like apple is up 20% since then.
other bidder was Deerfield lol
I lost but it could have been worse. Now ive got some money to spend.
Rofl mlcg. What a scam. Longs should have known better, Follow the money
lol good reply. not
my 2015 conservative forecast. 350 million revenue. 35 million profit. 1 billion bid/35 million=28 times price to earnings. Add in EU revenue, What it took to develop the drug and possible use of NOL's and you can easily get to a higher multiple. 50 million profit is only 20 p/e.
during 2016-2020 600 million revenue 80 million profit=12.5 p/e
Add in early sequence's trials and other treatments and revenue could grow higher. I'm not a expert in pipelines but it looks like they have clinical trials with Bristol Meyers and others. You can easily get to a 1-2 billion bid. I'm thinking 900m-2.4b
But don't you remember nobody cares what you think eddy3 because you talk to yourself?
well right now its 102 and that's 12.6 p/e.
you can figure it out big boy
or
2.43+1.80+2.39+1.45=8.07 109/8.07=13.5 p/e
at 109 its still 13 times earnings + Stock buy back. Going higher.
Listen to Valeant's wording.
"We believe that oncology has similar characteristics to our current therapeutic portfolios, such as strong growth, high durability, strong patient and physician loyalty, and a terrific reimbursement regime," stated J. Michael Pearson, chairman and chief executive officer. "We have not previously found an economic way to enter this market, but with the unique dynamics of this situation, we believe that this transaction will create significant shareholder value."
They don't stand a chance. Other BP's with cash will pour boiling oil on them. Valeant has 50b market cap, 800 million cash and 15 billion in debt. Compared to company's like Pfizer with 35 billion cash, Gsk 6 billion cash, Gild 10 billion cash and Bmy at 7 billion cash. These guys will crush Valeant.
3x revenue bid around a billion should start thinning out the bids but it its a auction so its anyone's guess.
I believe nobody will let valeant steal this cheap. Like they said, they want it "cheap" and it supports there idea of " fast growth, etc" they want to enter the market cheap but I think other players have other ideas. A company that takes over should be able to cut cost and make them profitable. Lets say 350 rev and 50 m profit next year under a takeover with current model. 1 billion bid is only 20 price to earnings with that forecast. Then they have intellectual property which might add more value. I can get to that multiple pretty easy.
bought a little more. going to wait for monday's price action.
Good earnings. 1 to 1 book value. Going higher
That's fine, 1 for 1 share acquisition.
Do you have any shares for sale that I can buy?
still moving higher from yesterday pre trading at 26.
Here's a good study about chapter 11 done by Boston college.
Talks about things like chapter 11 code should be reformed to encourage section 363 sale
Max price to sales was 7x which would equate to a 2 billion bid.
Talks about the number of bids and the value of the bids is dependent on the sector and how much money they have to spend. Bio tech is in a crazy boom and 600 million is cheap.
Also talks about company's that reorganize don't do as well as ones boughtout because most company's that reorganize will still run bad due to mismanagement and no cost cutting.
Its not completely bullish though. Talks about most chapter 11 go for on average -45% discount multiple to its peers. Well you guys can read if you want make up your own minds.
https://www2.bc.edu/~hotchkis/papers/acquire.pdf
Yep Soros sold before bankruptcy and then bought back after. He could be a bidder. He might be saying "ill go to auction and be the one getting it for cheap or make a bunch when it goes for over 1 billion"
Who remembers Bill Ackman with Valeant and Allergan. Ackman was buying common stock of Allergan before his hedge fund and Valeant put a bid in for Allergan. He made a lot, The stock went from 120 to 160 in a couple months.
If Soros is on the bid list you better bet he's going to be bidding between 300-600 million at least just so he can steal it. If it goes for more then he will make a ton. He can play this both ways.
ACAT READ OPTION PLAY THIS MORNING.
What a turn around from pre trading.
How many bio tech bankruptcy's did you cover in that 10 years?
That would only be 2x revenue. What fun would that be?
