lol. I wish that was true. That biotech company they just acquired was a good friend of mines lifetime work and I'm really kind of angry he doesn't have it anymore. That's a legitimate company. Sold way to cheap in my opinion, I hope whoever got more than what was publicly disclosed . I hope they do something good with it. what a waste otherwise
125000 square ft of grow space is not insignificant....
$32000 profit from just this companies stock wrong. ;)
Incompetence or regulation would likely have zero impact on a proper press release coming out. A proper release is legal. It's riskier to hint in social media instead of doing a release. We are just guessing. Personally I'm proud they don't seem to be really pumping. This time I believe in the company, not the casino. Mind you I'm aware that's a poor investment strategy for me, but it can't all be about makin the almighty dollar. Sometimes you gotta believe you can change something. Other companies I just wanna flip.
If you look at who they have resource wise saying they can't squeeze out a press release is comical. Maybe they are just actually honest... Waiting to do it right? Instead of showing a shell of a building maybe wait til it's done? I would think if dilution wasn't a goal besides keeping you guys happy they might be actually trying. Probably more profitable to p and d like some peoples favorite companies here, but it's risky and dishonest. They don't strike me as the latter.
Btw THE melts won second place at cannabis cup yesterday. Not sure if anyone posts that kind of stuff.
I think there's value in research, ideas, medicine etc. to me it's tangible.
Pretty sure they have a business license
I'm referring to volume not price there's no backpedaling. If you don't understand what I'm saying feel free to ask
Ummmm. I'm not backpedaling. And you're putting words in my mouth. I'd suggest reading my words
If a company issue stock to a third-party as part of a deal you have to pay taxes on it. It's not at sale. I'm simply observing that whoever made deals with this company over the last year is probably having to pay taxes on it and I imagine that accounts for the extra shares for a good bit as I sold some stock off for the same reason but not united cannabis. I'm sure you mean well but you're extrapolating way too much data from what I said. No specific knowledge here. Just tax season and sometimes you got to pay. I don't know who they have a deal with or how it was structured so I really can't say. Haven't bothered to see who was issued how many shares where I nott even sure if it's entirely public knowledge
If issued shares (non primaries) you gotta pay taxes on them.
I'm guessing it's tax season mainly is what's going on here.
As to my last post I'm sorry if you don't understand it, I don't know what to say. Seems pretty clear to me. My apologies.
We don't know if whoever that is has the paperwork in order, is trying to pull anything over on the company, etc. etc. Making a presumption off of the post on Facebook is a little bit much. The legal system here is very specific about how things have to happen and I'm pretty sure these guys are serious. Do you just walk in and get cure for cancer? Can you just ask for a controlled substance and get it? Well there is no cure for cancer and peoples diseases are complex. I don't get doctors appointments within a week in Denver, it's usually about a six-month wait, if the person was talked to within a week about their specific issues I would say they were probably pretty lucky in general in life but we're just taking guesses.
I can confirm act now products were available over the counter last week as I stopped by after all this madness. I'm pretty sure the public is free to buy them.
I'm not sure if you read through the act now program but it's not just a bottle of snake oil that does something. These are tailored to individual diseases and that takes time.
Medicine man has two locations one of them just opened. I visited one last week and I can confirm bugs. I bought a couple clones from them.
Seriously how can you go from 500 shops to two. Not sure there's 500 shops in Colorado total.

United cannabis is some of the better minds in the entire industry. If these guys can't do it do it no one can properly. Start ups are hard especially ones that are pioneering the area they are in.
That's some serious volume. High for the month. This is what I was referring to when I said attacks on the company, not posts on this board affecting price. This just makes no sense on any level. I'm sure you guys will have some big conspiracy theory about the company but this really makes no sense to me.
Rarely am I at a complete loss
Think pharmaceutical companies would ever try nasty things?
Sorry I don't bother to pay because I like to keep my conversations in the open. I disagree with you, I don't see this company being the same as those other two but that's why we all have opinions. I would've never even looked at the other two. I guess you're out if you're saying best of luck
I see something very unique, I see an emerging biotech company with possible current revenue, if the cards are played right which almost no biotech company has (revenue possibilities), a worldwide market that's going to expand faster than we can imagine. These are solid people they are not leaving the game. If the stock hit $.10 I would buy more
There been no "illegal" information given to me I promise you that. LOL.
It's public knowledge that Paul is not with the company. Some people just aren't accepting it. Go to the website
As far as I understand illegal is telling somebody to do something based on what's going to happen in the future. Talking about a company is perfectly legal as long as you do not reveal your future moves for the sake of somebody's gain.
CNAB/RiverRock/and Bluewater all being discussed but I have no specific information on bluewater at the moment.
Talking to The owners who are in the building multiple times and asking them direct questions gets answers. That's how. They seem to care about their investors.
Whether Paul owns stock or not I have no idea, I would imagine he probably does but he is definitely not in any discussion with anyone at the company over anything. As has been stated before it appears he was removed rather rapidly about a year ago or so. So he may own stock and he may be dumping it but that doesn't have anything to do with the company's actions.
Not referring to anyone on this board, it blows my mind what is allowed in penny stocks. It's obvious that people have attacked this company multiple times by watching the numbers.
Paul is 100% not involved. Why do you dwell on this? I've been around the building more times than I can count, it's public and they do sell things there, I promise you he's not involved on any level. Talked to everyone.
Do your diligence.
I guess it's not very easy to talk to owners of companies if you're not in area, but if you would ever meet any of these people I really doubt you would be talking like this. I've witnessed over the years Tony personally taking care of patients from his own pocket over and over, food you name it. These are not people who steal, they give. I'm sorry but I'm getting really tired of seeing nice people get slammed. Business is business but these are not the type of people to steal from anyone. I've been given to in the past when I got hurt. I have to defend these people. It was directly Tony. Years ago when it was just Riverock I saw him provide housing for a patient with no benefit to him.
Tony's Facebook is not new, LOL, I've been following him for three years at least. I don't know who this Michaels guy is..... Tony's Instagram pictures giveaway a lot. I feel weird making the assumptions in a public place though.
I wonder what you are following....
I believe according to company structure somebody else has to handle the active part of the plant so they may produce parts of it but I don't believe they are a MIP which means they manufacture with cannabis for sale.
If you look at all the rest of the companies under them they are all production companies for the most part that do handle the plant so it really makes no sense that they would lie about this one product line.
CNAB does not handle the plant itself. Very simple answer, not fishy, on website and sec filings.
United cannabis' public statement says they don't handle cannabis themselves. Read the companies description of themselves. They could not sell prana themselves by their mission statement. I doubt they could be traded if they sold marijuana
Not everything is a conspiracy some things actually makes sense
Historically every time it has dropped this low it has picked up again next day. With this much volume I don't think this fits in any normal pattern.
There's no news there's nothing we don't even know what's going on, more than likely just because there's no hype coming out of them, people don't care.
There's been a lot of activity on social media I don't really know how to read it
I'm tempted to jump in for more honestly but if you can't tell im probably holding enough
Yawn. Everyone have a good weekend and to another day of unfounded roller coaster stock charts.
It's kind of funny when you lose $100,000 but 10 months or whatever into this game now of watching these guys it's just like okay it's Friday. I'll get it back on Monday.. Lol
That's basically what I just said. But I don't believe they're dumping your stock for salary. Sorry I did edit that post I probably caught you in between edits.
Why would people holding on to a ton of stock waste it now not when it was worth something. Doesn't make sense, especially with taxes. Lol. Seems they have something more valuable and a strategy of not releasing stock. Don't they have to declare it if they do?
If all the times you guys called dilution were true they would have operating budget for years.
We have no clue who owns these shares or why they are being sold. Sometimes it seems manipulative. But it's enough volume to matter. Maybe people are cashing in from various points (takeover of myskin god knows)
From Tony's lips to my ears, Paul has nothing to do with us.
You can believe me or not. Doesn't matter, It's true though.
Are you guys really not able to contact anyone in the company for simple info? I'm not being sarcastic. Or do you not believe them if they say it so want a source printed.
We had a head of a institute for 5 years did a decent job, left in a bit of a scramble over money and politics, usual bs. We didn't trash him in the media after, that's just spiteful. Lol.
Hop on, these the same guys? Appear to be making some pretty outrageous claims. I'm wondering what they really do. Jump on news stories and hope the stock goes up? I'm sure the post office and ucann don't have a deal. Lol.
http://kdvr.com/2015/03/11/mysterious-spy-cameras-collecting-data-at-post-offices/
Maybe I'm misunderstanding you because it's four in the morning but that doesn't make sense. After taxes the company would've made maybe $60,000 releasing more stock. That doesn't even pay for janitors, maybe one. Easier to borrow money.
Capitulation is 100% believable, I personally doubt they could even release that little stock at that price isn't there warrants or something? I keep that kind of money in my bank account I'm sure they're not worried about a few thousand dollars
Anyone know what's causing the volume?
The website is not a very good indicator of who is working with the company or not on an employed level, I'm pretty sure not every employee is listed and there's all sorts of reasons that you may or may not want somebodies name out there. Unless you check with the IRS you can't find out who I work with. I don't know if Junior is still with the company, no idea at all, but I would not use the website to judge somebody's employment or involvement at face value. This doesn't seem to be a company that uses people's names for publicity.
no one has walked from the company. you might want to look into the science side a little bit... Very interesting.
Research what's happening.
It takes $500 million to get a drug to market minimum. We're missing something, The company isn't valued that high and I do not believe this is not true based on stuff that has been coming out of Jamaica.
How they raise the money is an interesting question but it's definitely not going to be by selling stock, not enough money available. I suspect the scientists are well-versed at this looking at their patent history
If you actually do diligence, Ha, you will find out that none of this is a smokescreen. It's pretty easy because of what they are doing is very easy to track. I don't think the guy who discovered stem cells is going to stake his entire career on a scam either, I'm sure he's made his money.
Paul Enright and friends are in no way associated with the company. I can say that for a fact, I was told directly. I don't think anyone really liked him, just a guess, I've been watching this since the beginning it's always been Tony and Earnie. But that's a well educated guess. I would love to have discussions about the facts of what is going on. However talking about companies who make announcements other than cnab and dwelling on them 12 months later I suspect is wasting our time. I suspect that deal never happened (hpnn), it's fairly obvious it never happened. There was never an announcement from United cannabis either.
Getting caught up in deals that never happened, never existed and people who don't work for the company anymore or barely even did isn't really indicative of what's going on at the moment. Can we work on that a little bit? This is the most interesting cannabis company I've seen, I'd love to see a more interesting one. They appear to be trying to do real research with their own resources, based on who they have working for them, and I don't see anybody else trying to do that that isn't gw, or has reputable scientists. I'm surprised they're not trying to raise money to fund experiments I think that would be a very logical step. Why aren't we talking about things like this?
Cnab does exactly what they say they do. I can verify that there's nothing being hidden, as a rather large investor it was required for me to do above the normal amount of research. The conspiracy theories are interesting but not accurate. The danger is simply business is difficult.
