Sorry for the delayed reply. I've been on vacation from the boards as they have gotten rather s-l-o-w lately. At the moment anyway, the judgment linked to is against RSHN and not Bob as an individual.
I noticed Emerson Gerard Associates of West Palm Beach, Fla. mentioned as the public relations firm for HKBV in the second USA Today article. They were the PR firm for this thing for a while. Wonder if that is just coincidence?
I think the proper logical operator in that statement should be "and" instead of "or".
It certainly *appears* as though he is still trying to make a go of it. Just ignore the fact that instead of trying to expand distribution in this country right now, where he needs no more government approvals, he is going to wait until he goes through an approval process for each of these countries whose entire markets are smaller than most U.S. cities big enough to have more than one zip code. There are surely logistic issues that do not exist or are less burdensome here in the U.S. as well. This is another announcement that gives hope to the desperate while giving RJ an open-ended timetable to show results and someone else to blame for the length of time it takes.
As did the Aurora deal [Stunder deal w/CPXP]. Not surprising.
Bob didn't even show up at the trial. IMO his participation was minimal at best. I think his business track record has more to do with the stagnation than the trial.
Wrong. It means that action has completed, as opposed to having been postponed. It doesn't indicate a decision one way or another. But, hey, nice try anyway. Desperation sucks, huh?
You may be comfortable with forging court documents but, not everyone is. The copy of the judgment could be printed on toilet paper and it would still represent the recorded document. But, hey, keep up the misdirection. I'm sure some will fall for it.
Wrong. The *entity* now trading as RSHN is specifically named. That is in addition to the individuals named.
The Judgment is subject to possible change by reason of rulings on post-trial motions but, it is real.
I think this may have had something to do with it:

Stunder again. I guess he and Tommy must be buds. Tommy brought him in, albeit briefly, on the Compterxpress [as Aurora Precious Metals] debacle before giving up[?] and dumping it on Corr who morphed it into Rushnet. Gotta luv them soap operas eh?
Well, over the last seven years I have tried to find a public company that Tommy was associated with that was anything more than a vehicle through which to sell stock...I'm still looking.
Duh, free trip to Vegas. If he doesn't go to Vegas during a trade she he has to pay for it. If there is a trade show, we get to pay for it for him. Ain't we lucky? We should all buy a few more shares tomorrow to make sure he has money for the craps table.
Sex is the last thing women need to read about in a "prevention" magazine .
Pepsi suit is irrelevant to the public company. RSHN has nothing to do with that lawsuit. They have V*E*R*Y much to do with the other lawsuit.
Yes, I know. The lawsuit they were trying to get out from under by filing bankruptcy is ongoing. It is that lawsuit that I was suggesting you look at.
Actually, Rushnet is not mentioned and has nothing to do with that link. That link refers to Rush Beverage Co. [that's RJ's private company].
There are ongoing lawsuits ahead of you but, good luck.
seeker, if you want some R*E*A*L*L*Y old news that is still relevant today as it is ongoing, look for info on the lawsuit that was the primary reason for the bad-faith bankruptcy filing.
Tommy likes that area. As you say, close to home.
True, try this shortened link: http://tinyurl.com/3byr4w
Here is the entry for NLUB on the Nevada SOS website: https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=WEtP1UxBab46FuP4%252bt%252fUvQ%253d%253d
Hey, I hope this helps:
Company: [fill in the blank]
Name: Robert Thomas Yarbray
Business Address:
79-811 "A" COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE
BERMUDA DUNES, CA 92201
This address has been used by Yarbray for numerous "businesses". Just do a search on "Robert T. Yarbray" and see how many SEC documents and how many companies come up. Check the documents and you should see this address. You can see even more companies and more instances of this address by searching for Yarbray here:
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpSearch.aspx
Just use "R" in the first name field.
Yes, I did. He was not familiar with either. I also asked about eWater even though it wasn't on the list.
You missed the point. Don't most restaurants use fountain machines with 8 taps? That's 8 flavors. How many restaurants are going to give up one of their mainstream sodas to put in a Rush product? This board loves to play the conspiracy card re: Coke and Pepsi and if Coke would not allow Pepsi products in their machines what makes you think they would allow Rush products in?
Does anyone know who distributes Rush products in the Houston area? I've tried three locations on the list so far and still haven't been able to find GR/AR. The latest attempt was:
Randall's #1857
12312 Barker Cypress Rd.
Cypress, TX 77429
(281) 373-2500
The stocker responsible for the section had not heard of the Rush products. I asked him where the clearance items would be. He told me but, stated no sodas were currently on the clearance shelf.
But, look at it on the bright side, at least the SEC doesn't much care about the insider information being given to some or this could be a lot worse than just a possible blown deal.
Unfortunately, fountain space in restaurants is even more limited than shelf space in grocery stores. I would think it more likely that, if anything, they would try the bottles.
Except they are using the restricted shares for the purchase...just like good ole RTY did.
I hope RJ finishes the last last lawsuit before he starts another round.
Probably a gift, same as last time.
This site will answer your question: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/ferrous
I doubt RJ would let that happen. He would issue himself more stock before he would let someone else get a controlling interest.
shorts gave the link. It is the Nevada SOS website, entity search page.
I must have misread the store number. At least I know where the store is . I didn't ask about AR. They had one aisle, approx. 20ft long for healthy sodas. I asked Doris about Ginseng Rush after I failed to find any RSHN-related products on that aisle. I'll be more thorough when I go to Randall's.
Guess? RS followed by reverse merger with the surviving "business" being the Georgia water folks with e-Water as their new flagship product. 51% AR stake not included in the merger [probably goes to RJ in return for his RSHN shares]. AR becomes new marketing agent for Rush products. AR pump begins. That's my guess.
tooflets, I have an update for you. I spoke to Doris at Fiesta Mart #20 in Houston today. She said Ginseng Rush had been discontinued. I missed the last bottles on the clearance table by a week. I asked her if it would have been discontinued at just one Fiesta or all in Houston. She said all. I asked her why it was discontinued. She didn't know, but stated it could be any of several reasons. I personally have only visited store #20. Not that it helps much, but she personally liked Ginseng Rush very much.
Fiesta Mart #20
8320 F.M. 1960
Houston TX 77070

I plan to try Randall's #4092 next.
AK, for people to see those things requires them to see what they want to see. There is no empirical evidence supporting ANY of those things. All there is, all there ever is, is rumor, supposition and small bits of anecdotal evidence of distribution. So, the gung-ho group will continue to not understand how the nay-sayers "can't see all the progress" and the nay-sayers will continue to question that "progress". Until [unless] RJ decides to disclose verifiable details of M&A, sales and production/distribution capacity this debate that grows weary will continue.
Your point of view on this subject is exactly what is counted on by those who run the pump-and-dumps. They run the cycles until the interest is gone, change the name, ticker and line of business and start all over again. The problem is, it is still the same public entity regardless of how many times they change the name. The public entity that now goes by the symbol RSHN has indeed been diluted and R/S'ed before, at least once that I remember [100:1].
RSHN has baggage. Not everyone ignores that baggage...and not everyone assumes that the people that pulled the strings on the stock shenanigans before are gone. Even if one believes RJ is the second coming and only has the shareholder's best interest at heart, that is not necssarily enough if someone else is playing games with the stock. IMO with the information available I don't think RJ is the second coming. I'm not going to bore everyone with a detailed review of the instances of the usual complaints [conflicts of interest, lack of performance, lack of disclosure, etc.].
If you want to quiet the nay-sayers just convince RJ and company to use a fraction of the time they spend talking to individual shareholders to disclose the information everyone needs to hear [past revenue, revenue projections, O/S, etc.]. He doesn't have to hit a home run with every project but, he does need to let shareholders know the score.
