A wise old man says Micron is out of options and boxed in… but why are the shorts going crazy this morning?
Last ditch effort a few days ago
…the motion move venue got shot down
DD....where did you get the 3200/1 mill stock exchange numbers? AS divided by 10 million?
There are no trades because no one is selling...I have large orders out...have for several weeks. Got a partial fill last week....few million shares only.
I picked up one million at .0003. Have large outstanding orders in at .0002.
That is the most accurate and factually correct post I have seen you make to date. I agree that investigations will illuminate the truth! But that does not mean that the SEC, FINRA, banks, etc., will act as you state.
Trying to state that your beliefs, or statements of possibilities are actual facts diminishes your obvious DD, and grasp of the inner workings of companies, the SEC, FINRA, etc.
If you would state that what your posts are real possibilities, a lot more people would trust and listen to your obvious intellect!
IMHO, a huge problem in America today is the mixing of fact vs belief. As an example, a prominent Southern Baptist recently stated that all Catholics are going to H..., because they don't do what that person believes the Bible says they are supposed to do. (This religious story is for example only one not meant to stir a religious debate).
But last time I read the Bible, I believe it said there is only one judge...and like the SEC investigation, regardless of the facts of how MDNT got here, we can only hope that they will act based on where MDNT is going!
IMHO
Blaming the current leadership for suspension is like blaming Bush for 911 (the plan for which was hatched in the 1990's). Yes Kopp and Co. were involved to a degree, but Manu was driving the train. The BOD stepped up when they were supposed to and did what most spineless Boards are not willing to do...they took over the train and stopped the inevitable wreck!
Will they succeed is anyone's guess, but as has been pointed our here in response to PR's doomsday scenarios... these guys have actually delivered on what they promised. Granted, the progress is not on our desired timetable...but it is progressing.
On a lighter note, one could opine that this has progressed from a ,treatment for a reality show, to an actual working script for a documentary about a treatment for a 'not so real (ity) show'!
IMHO
Agree...have huge orders in at .0001!
The recent 10q is rather ominous...any thoughts from the peanut gallery?
Have an outstanding large order at .0002. Been several weeks. Order at .0003 was filled quickly last week.
Thank you!
Have not received anything from them regarding settlement claims for GFCI losses. Does anyone have info of who to contact regarding restitution?
Thanks for the info!
Well said!
If these shares are being used to close debt as previously stated, it makes sense that the debtors would sell enough to cover themselves...the lower it goes, the more they will unload.
These debtors are not in it for the long haul, they need to pay their people and bills. So IMHO, Manu could be 'defacto' rewarding those who believe in the long term plan because the low pps allows us to load up.
Unless of course he is a fraud, which should become obvious soon. For now it is a possibility, but not an absolute!
The $2 target by NBT/Tobin Smith was awhile ago when there were very few shares outstanding vs today. The $2 then would be maybe .10-.12 now assuming close to one billion shares OS.
Couple of new thoughts for all.
As a former Atlanta boy, having sailed the waters off Savannah and the "Low Country" extensively, been involved in property developments in both GA and SC, and films, TV, and commercials in both as well, I offer a few points of consideration. I am invested in MDNT because:
1) GA is not a union state. No pun intended...I of course mean not a SAG/AFTRA state. GA is a right to work state. Though they may not discuss this in financing negotiations, I'm sure it is a big player in cost considerations.
2) This part of the country is under filmed...Hollywood tends to shoot close to home and resists filming in non-union states. The countryside is beautiful there, though I realize MDNT's forte' will require more studio time. The potential is still there.
3) Anything new or extraordinary is approved very slowly down there! I once tried to get approval for on-site remediation for contaminated soils, and the answer was, "on-side what"? So if the locals you folks have apparently contacted are blaming MDNT for slow progress, it may be a case of projection (again no pun intended).
Also as a veteran who served in that area, I opine that the potential for military films is huge should MDNT expand their horizons. Remember 'Forest Gump' was not filmed in Vietnam!
Unless Manu and company are frauds, there is a lot of potential here. My primary concern is that De Laurentis Entertainment Group (DEG) built a similar studio in Wilmington NC in 1983, and we're defunct by 1989. At the time, those of us 'in the business' we're very excited about the DEG studios.
Hopefully, Manu and Company have learned from their lesson. It is an incredible uphill battle to go against mainstream Hollywood, so inventive financing from a visionary, albeit quirky CEO is not unexpected...the dilution hurts right now though...a lot!!!
Here's to hoping they are not frauds,
And that's all I have to say about that!
Patience Grasshopper!
