EBW, I would like to see the invoices. Can you send them to fcu@nc.rr.com? Would appreciate it!!
I believe you did receive invoices. Can you please post the total value of the invoices?
Again, this number really speaks to what their actual break even is. I would guess it is between $3 to $3.5 million per year which is not very high in my opinion. As sales increase you will definitely see GM improve.
Gross Margins - I read a post about gross margin last week that was incorrect. I believe the writer said GM was 10% and it would take a massive sales increase to get profitable. You have to remember that fixed costs do not increase on a 1 to 1 basis with sales. Salaries don't go up because sales increase, Neither does the mortgage, etc, etc. So as sales increases, so does the gross margins. Once a company hits their breakeven then gross margins increase as sales increases. Hope that helps. I think BRWC is in a good place right now. Any increase in sales will automatically increase gross margins. Also, you must remember that they don't have the high interest rates that were associated with their convertible debt so GM should go up because of that also.
EBW, let me sum this up for you. People, I know the truth hurts but it is still the truth and experienced investors know this. At this time there isn't any outside interest in this stock and the volume backs this up. What we have is 300 to 400 people who are invested on this board and most of them do not have any more money to buy again and are in this stock at .001 and higher. There isn't any short interest to speak of in this stock and it is not an ideal candidate for flipper!!!! They want volume and price volatility and that is the truth!! So, until we get some major news which brings in high volume and increasing pps, this stock is dead in the water. Not a bad stock, it's just not going to move. I own it and am willing to wait for some news but buying the ask at this point is not good advice. Again, to repeat myself, why don't all you people suggesting - buy the ask just go ahead and do so.
Yep, I agree, buying the ask on a stock with momentum that is rising is usually a good investment and I have done this many time. The problem with so many people on this board is that they don't have a trade plan. I feel sorry for the guy who just stated that he has held this stock for 5 months! He is obviously stuck approx. 50%. Had he had a plan he would have cut his losses, bought back twice as many shares at a lower price and would be in decent shape. I have sold this stock four time for a profit each time and now hold more shares than I did before for an average price of .0007. People you need a plan, you need to trade your plan and you need to protect your capital. You need to be smart buyer as Rare is suggesting!! If the stock starts to move on momo, buy the ask, you will still make money!
Sorry but I have to laugh!! Rare is obviously a smart trader and giving good advice. Even with the stock having been diluted it is still making higher lows since the beginning of May. Why don't all you people suggesting that the ask be slapped just go ahead and slap the ask. Smart traders know that you make money in the market on your buy? Rare saying to buy on the bid seems like good advice, all of you saying "buy the ask" seems self serving. Go ahead folks, buy the ask as you suggest.
Get real!! You're projecting that a company with $2 mil in annual sales will command a $200 mil market cap. Not going to happen!! As much as I like this stock right now, .05 is not going to happen. Might see .02 - .025 in a buy out and that's on the high side.
Rare is giving you novice traders really good advice! BRWC should be hitting scanners now since it is making new highs and volume is increasing. The stock is definitely trading like news is coming. I'm not sure how much longer bid sitter will work since everything looks so positive now. As this stock hits scanners and people start looking at the chart volume and pps is going to start increasing. Another nice hammer candle is forming on the charts today.
Yes it was a typo, any positive news will send this soaring!!!!!!!!1
I agree with Rare!! If you look back at the BRWC charts, rarely do you see hammer candles. If you look at the last 4 days, we now see 3 hammers in 4 days. With the bids increasing and the ask decreasing I think we have a run coming. Any positive news will not set this thing off. Remember, technical traders search for chart patterns like BRWC and if we start to move higher, traders that use scanners will pick this stock up fast!!
Keep in mind that the interest expense should go way down with the convertible debt being removed!! Should see improvement next qtr and any kind of sales increase will make the numbers much better!!!
NEWS
Come on people, you have to admit it, that was one of the lamest open letters that has ever been published. Wow, what a waste of time.
Look at the charts, one more pop and I'm gone for good. Volume has completely dried up here. Also, I really get a kick out of reading about the .04, .05. .10 pps targets. Let's see, a company with $2 mil a year in sales that has had 4 qtrs. in a row of declining sales. Yeah, that makes sense, someone will value that company at well over a $100 mil market cap. Get real people.
One last point. Do you realize that BRWC doesn't even have enough money to pay the CEO and her husband?? That is why they are getting all the stock at discounted prices at the shareholder's expense. Pretty sad that they don't have enough money to make payroll. Can someone explain to me how this is a good thing? No money, can't make payroll so they dilute the shareholder and let the CEO and hubby double their money every time. Hubby is supposed to get about $60K in salary and after the conversions gets approx. $120K in stock that BRWC keep magically printing.
You do understand that everything is stacked in Francine's favor don't you?? No I guess none of you understand that. Every time she has deferred a paycheck, etc, etc, she has more than doubled the money owed to her. And in case you didn't realize it, every time she does that it costs the shareholder money because she is diluting her own company. Does anyone on this board understand this?? Francine is the biggest diluter of BRWC, not the Venture Capitalists.
What does news have to do with the fact that Francine took over 753 mil shares for repayment of her loan. How greedy does she have to be? Doubling her money at .0007, how does that help us??? Face it, Francine is looking out for Francine and no one else! She can walk away a multi millionaire because of her clever use of converting salary and loans for stock all at our expense. At least I am luck enough to be in at .0007. Hope that is low enough and she doesn't have any future plans to dilute us for her own gains. Get real people!!
You missed one award!
Rip off artist!! You people do realize that she is no better than the VCs who diluted this company. Francine was paid very, very well for her $250K loan. She received over 753 million shares at a conversion price of .00034, talk about diluting her own company. She more that doubled her original loan to the company if she sells at .0007. Yeah, she really took care of us shareholders. She's no different than the Venture Capitalists!!!!!!!!!! But let's keep cheering her on like she has done something for the shareholder. Why don't most of you admit to the fact that you are stuck money here. Francine isn't!!!!
There isn't any common sense in pinky land!! The stock market has always been about keeping losses to a minimum, maximizing profits, and conserving one's capital. I really have to laugh at some of the posts I read here.
Since when is asking fact based questions bashing. A guy said he got an e-mail he hadn't pasted it and I asked him to paste it. I also asked about their sales decline which anyone can see in their financials and no one has answered. Why is it that people can say - this is going to take off, 70% share reduction, we are gold, gold, gold and that is acceptable. No facts, no meaning, no nothing. Yet I ask what I feel are important legitimate questions and I'm a basher. As far as flipping, yes I do that, look at the chart, you have to be a fool not to flip but I am still long the stock and hope it takes off!!!!!!
Debt free????? Look at their financials, they paid $550K in interest in the last quarter!!!!!! Yes $550k interest, that comes out to $2.2 mil per year in interest. Where did you get that nonsense debt free, they are obviously buried in debt.
Paste the e-mail please
Why won't anyone on the board try to answer and address this huge concern about sales declines. I hope everyone realizes just how serious this is. Also, why won't Exjouster rub my face in it and paste that supposed 1st e-mail????
I'll tell you what bothers me about this company. 4 QTRS IN A ROW, SALES HAVE DECLINED!!!! I sent her an e-mail asking about the big 24 mil 3 yr contract that was announce 9 months ago and asked her why we weren't seeing these sales in her financials. Her answer to me was, "We won 2nd place in the tasting contest in China." REALLY. I have a feeling that a lot of people on this board will be very sad when they see the 5th Qtr in a row of sales declines. My shares are all free now. I won't be happy but I won't lose any money. I deal in facts only!! And the facts are that they have declining sales!!!! WHY????
If the e-mail was valid why didn't you paste the other one as you the way you pasted this one. Please paste the other e-mail and that will make it valid. It doesn't make sense to me that you would type out the supposed e-mail and then paste the supposed 2nd one. Sorry having trouble believing their was a 1st e-mails. Prove it to us.
All inexperienced traders should read this. All IMO.
Regarding dilution - These guys are Venture Capitalists not investors! They are bankers with guns and everything is stacked in their favor and with that being said, they aren't going to turn around and gamble. Look at the conversion dates and the prices and then look at a chart and compare the volume. IMO, all or almost all of the shares have already been dumped into the market. Point 2 - As I stated yesterday, I felt the no debt news was already built into the price. Have you heard of sale the news. We got a good pop I think to .0018 on the first announcement about debt and then got a pop to .0013 on the 8K which was old news at that point so the decline today doesn't surprise me. Wish she hadn't issue the first PR and simply done an 8K and we would have soared. Now we need some contract news, additional orders shipped to China, etc, etc. It is not flippers holding this back, as I said before it is their qtr over qtr sales declines. Once sales growth is announced, it should take off!!!
Important!!! BRWC had to pay some very high interest rates on some of those convertible notes. They paid $85K in interest in the last qtr. Their financials should improve quite a bit without the high interest rates. IMO
Wrong!! The stock is trading at 1 X sales which does not make it overpriced!! Any new contract announcements or increases to sales will set this up very nicely.
Honestly, not bashing but their financials is what scares me!! I don't understand why they were not able to show a sales increase in their last financials.
I think you're high on your sales numbers from last year. Only looked at last 4 qtrs. and I see approx. 12 mil in sales. What hurt them is that their loss almost tripled from the previous qtr and they paid $553K in interest expense for the most recent qtr. OUCH and WOW almost 18% of sales goes to interest expense. That is unbelievable. In any case, I like the stock and will put it on my radar. It looks like they are trying to do something with their debt. You have to look at all of their fins, not just sales.
Houston, you seem like a nice guy and I wish yu and your wife the best. I am not going to tell you when or if to sell this stock but I do have a comment for you. I have been around for a very long time and scared money almost never makes money!! When you say money is tight and I need money for my wife's surgery, this tell me you shouldn't be investing at all and especially not in sub penny stocks. It very rarely will work in your favor. You will get burned on sub pennies 97 out of 100 times. And it is 1 in a 1000 that you can buy and hold a sub penny. Just my opinion and I have not researched the percentages that I gave you. I can tell you that I learned the hard way over many years of investing!!!!!!!!
To trade successfully you have to base your decisions on facts and not hopes, dreams, and wishes!! If you make 10 to 20% on a trade you are doing great and if you that 20 or more times in a years you have made some nice money. I am still long this stock but have flipped it 3 different times for nice money. I will be watching the sales numbers for this stock. If I see another quarter of decreasing revenues, I'm done!!! When you talk about holding a stock for a long time you better be watching their financials. In the end, the market is never wrong. Sure you might see some pops but in the long run it will find it rightful place in the market.
Nice that you're honest!! Some advice for you, I think you have your sale target way to high. Just my opinion. What I can tell you is the number 1 mistake made by traders is not knowing when to sell. 90% of the time trades will let a nice profit turn into a loss!!!!!! The name of this game is to protect your capital at all times. If you're looking for a big runner, do it with free shares. Meaning, sell some, take a profit and keep the remaining shares for a possible run.
Are you serious? How long have you been trading? For this to go to a dollar they would have to do a massive R/S. Going to a dollar with current share structure would give them a market cap in excess of $2 billion!!! They only have $2 mil in sales. Get real!
LOL, what are you laughing about??
Sales
March 31, 2015 $531 (A $150K sales reduction from June numbers)
Dec 31, 2014 $621
Sep 30, 2014 $653
Jun 30, 2014 $681
Sale have gone down every quarter and that is supposedly with a 3 yr $24 mil contract that should have shown something in the March numbers. Why is this funny to you? The other thing I'm thinking is the no debt hoopla is already built into the price. The $10K remaining in nothing and I don't think you'll get as big a pop as you think. Did you ever hear of or witness > Sell The News. Declining sales will stop this from running too far although I might jump in on some momo if volume is there when they do finally announce. All IMO
Are you serious?? They raised AS to 5 billion shares and issued, ?? 3 bil shares to VCs who then sold in the open market. I'm guessing since there has not been an 8K yet. That's how they reduced the debt. Granted I think it was a good move to get rid of the convertible debt but it came at a high cost --- They diluted!!! Also, why hasn't anyone tried to explain the quarter over quarter sales decrease that has occurred for 4 quarters in a row now? Why doesn't anyone talk about that?
Part of the reason I am flipping this stock and not holding long term is because it scares me. I was in a stock that got halted by the SEC and when it did finally open it was no bid / .0001 and is still there. That was a year ago. How can the CEO possibly give information like this to single investors??? You know that there are laws against this type of behavior!!
I have been in and out of this stock 3 times and made money each time. It's about paying attention to the facts, not hopes, dreams and wishes!! Here are the facts.
There is no buying interest at these prices.
There is a 50 mil share dump coming and this will go down since there is no volume at all for a stock with 5 bil OS.
The company has shown sales decreases 4 quarters in a row and I question the Soho contract, they should have been able to show some sales by now. The contract was announced 9 months ago yet they show sales declines. The company only has approx. $100K in cash and have sold their accounts receivable for big discounts in the past and I expect that to continue. You're going to see .0005s again. You can protect your capital by selling now and buying back even more shares later at lower prices. That's what I have been doing. IMO
You obviously don't know what you're talking about. You take the LOWEST trade in the last 30 days and then apply the approx. 50% conversion price which puts you at .0002 = 50 mil. Good luck there because this stock is only trading 20 to 25 mil over the last few days. All the people on this board are out of money so you will see all selling this week. Price goes down!!
Not going to move in the near term!! No buying interest and approx. 50 mil share will hit the market at a conversion price of .0002. VCs are not investors they are VCs and they will take their handsome profit at any price above .0002. Going down in the short term. Also to the posters who say insiders own 66% of the float, that was true prior to the company increasing AS to 5 billion. I'm guessing they own less than 20% now. Do the math, insiders were not buying all the shares that were being dumped into the market so their % had to change.
