I'm also on the board and a core developer in the blockchain technology at Tritanium Labs.
DrugDoctor,
I'm not sure if recall our chats about 3 years ago when I found this board, but I have to disagree. I worked as a contractor for a company that was purchased by PAWS. I received stock for my work. I've owned this stock since.
If you think that a company can't "morph into a totally new entity", then please let me know how a compounding drug company relates to a company that flies pets on airplanes.
Paws kept up on their filings which made them a good target for use as a shell company to take over by a new company to get a stock ticker.
As bad as the filings might be, if Pxyn does file, they can be a shell for any new company to get publically traded in a quicker manner.
Ok. The pump and dump campaign on this one is in full force. I've now gotten 11 emails pushing this thing with the B.S. that Pfizer is buying them for 30x their current stock price.
Heh. I got 2 very similarly worded ones like shown below. Pump and dump campaign, might you say?
Partial Fill....
Someone sell me some more at 0.0171
I have 300k shares. A coworker of mine has 2.2 million. However, we were given the shares for doing work for PAWS, and just never sold.
Are you aware that it would take $5 in trades to push it back up the 39%.
There is no price protection on this stock.
I see the best opportunity is just hold this until they rebrand this shell. It's not worth dumping for pennies. I've owned this stock since this was a Pet Airlines company. The shell was bought 2 or 3 times prior to even that. When PXYN finally throws in the towel, some company will once again buy the shell. It's much faster than going through the normal process of going public. Who knows who the next buyer will be?
As a old PAWS holder who received his shares from an S8, I can tell you that Corporate Stock Transfer was a pain to deal with. They had our shares for almost 2 months before they would remove the legend and transfer them to my Ameritrade and E-Trade accounts.
The company's main job is to handle paper certificate shares and restricted shares that are issued by Praxsyn.
You are correct in thinking there are of no use to retail holders of the stock.
Just broke above 0.04 (First time in 10 days)
Of course DD. I wouldn't have started recapturing my position if I didn't believe in it. BTW, the few old PAWS holders that I do know from my old company get more information through me from this board than from PAWS/PXYN.
Yes I still hold PXYN. Not from Mesa. I got my shares through an S-8 from Impact Social Networks, Inc. I originally held almost 3MM. Sold most in the teens, and have gotten back up to just under 1MM.
As an old PAWS holder, I can tell you that our company has gotten no response from them in the last 2 years. We acquired the stock in May 2012.
Looks like NITE ran out of shares and is buying more. 800K on the bid @ 3.7
2 posts. Account created today. All Caps..... Try harder next time.
Uglyness....
L2 Chart
Actually we are still owed another 2.2MM shares. The shares were issued with a legend on them. You need to do paperwork and file a request to have the legend removed so the shares can be free-trading. Although most of us converted our shares immediately, there are still a few that never took the time to do it back then. Probably, because the stock was issued to us at a cost basis of .14, but by the time we got the shares, the stock was at .05
So some saw these run to 0.01 and then just forgot about them.
I sold some at .17 and .11
I originally held almost 3MM. I have 500K left and have started reaccumulating more.
Sorry cdhames. I just noticed a mail from you (from June, lol) but I don't have private reply access. I had only gotten spam in the mailbox, so I never looked at it. I worked for Impact Social Networks, Inc.
A few. I know of at least 5 others from my company that are still holding on to it. I still work with one of them. This is a link to a old S8 from May 11th, 2012. I'm on this list at the bottom, along with many others I still talk to. I just found this board in May of this year.

I'm good for now. I originally acquired this stock in 2012 through an S8, as my company was doing work for PAWS, and we were paid in stock. Currently holding just under a half million shares. Averaged at 0.027
50K shares, $2500 in ask slaps, just moved it up 20%.
2 mins. 15 secs.
I eagerly averaged up myself at 0.492
Looks like NITE is looking to be the Axe today again. 10k shares on the bid and ask, only 1/1000 of a penny apart.
Just hit the ask. And yet another 10K appears :)
Be aware though, that if you place an order that is AON (all or none), it won't show on L2 charts.
Ed Kurtz had an agreement with Dan and PAWS. Praxyn had to reach a benchmark in sales before Dan would step down. This change in leadership proves the sales are real and Ed hit his number. My company also tried to reverse merge PAWS almost 1.5 years ago and we were given a similar agreement. Ours was set at 30 Million in sales. Not sure what deal Praxyn got.
I know you're short. Just wanted to let you know of the opportunity. :) Trying to be helpful. I'm concerned that you wouldn't short at 5.8 if it's going to 2 cents in a week anyways though....
100K @ 5.8 Bid. Where is CF to hit that?
Well said dogdays. I recently found this board. Let me provide a little information about this company from someone who has done work for them. A few years back, after the Pet Airlines failed, they were involved with a technology company to rebrand with a Pet Social Media page and iphone/droid apps. They were cash strapped. When they did the work, they were paid in stock, approximately 9MM shares of non-dilutable shares were issued for this. I would love to see this stock run, as I hold 3MM shares myself, but I'm not holding my breath. I've watched this stock since I first held almost 4 years ago.
