Honestly I'd just like to see the SEC come down on them hard. They've been trying to better regulate pinks for some time.
I have been in since before the R/S.
Contact the SEC if you haven't yet. I did weeks ago. Also, if any of you get a class action started, please post it here. I was in long because of the camera deal and my shares are worth 99% less than their purchase price.
Gill is a scammer - looking at his other companies it becomes apparent.
SCAM - Just get out while you can folks. I've lost over 90% with this POS and just have to resolve to claim the losses.
I can almost gurantee they will to another R/S if the SEC doesn't get to Gil first. Seems he is always happy to take more suckers' money.
Agreed! Gil is really good at getting his paperwork in on time. PR's not so much. He's not a chatty CEO, just the facts. Doesn't want to be your best friend, just wants to take your money.
FTFY
Seems Gil is known for being a scammer. I've already reported to the SEC, but I think a class action is in order.

I already submitted to the SEC, should I do so again with the new info?
Any other agencies to report to?
I guess the complaint form is about all we can do as mere stockholders, though?
I think it's time for this. https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/index.xhtml
This is rape...if the bottom falls out, will someone announce here if a class action takes place, please?
What are the best options on the form to describe the situation though?
Class action? SEC?
Time to contact the SEC?
Gotta love the $38 reorganization fee. It's a broker fee and they say it must be paid immediately (I have all my account funds tied up in investments).
Their ACH process is awful too as they force it to take 3 days.
If so, we file a joint suit and also notify the SEC.
I've held a long time and I'm starting to think it may be worth it to back out. Opinions?
If that rumor occurs, typically what would we be compensated with shares wise? I'm guessing equivalent value?
If we can just get someone to make a 9.3 million share buy or so we'd at least hit .0002
Or get a mod to ban them.
Russell Small Cap Low P/E ETF (SCLP)
Nevermind.
Now ETRF is boxing us in.
VFIN is not, currently saying they have 1 mil shares to sell.
R/S sometimes are what kick off runs. I got out too early on a pharma stock that r/s'ed from $2 a share to around $7 a share, and then it shot up to $10-12...I sold and broke even.
Dilution to raise capital before an r/s? 10-1 or 100-1? 1000-1? Any speculation there, folks?
Takes 3 days for funds to clear unless I do a wire, so I think I'll just sit on my tiny 1.1 million for now.
There's some freaky stuff going on here. Probably short term investors giving up, and people with no sense of danger bailing out?
ETRF boxing...jerks
JBNEWBIE's entire post history is just him bashing this stock.
If it isn't BS and those links are legit, why are you just now appearing now that this has the chance to run?
Somebody really wants all of our shares...
I suppose that's true
If we can knock that 500k VFIN holds we may at least end the day green.
R/S?
If so, it would be nice to know who to point the finger at for legal reasons.
Nothing is happening, really. Just more manipulation.
In which case, would there not be a cause for some sort of SEC or other legal action? I realize that OTC is a bit like the wild west, but deliberately defrauding investors is surely something we could do a class action over.
If I had a little more confidence I'd load some more myself, but I'm happy with 1.1 million shares.
