I think that's above our pay grade.
I've unignored almost everyone who was on my list, since I'm a moderator and it's my job to read everyone's post. So, ugh..
Sure. Victim blaming is all the rage.
The implication for NWBO being that the competition is effectively closer than we realize.
The limit is 30
Maybe one of the losers below, who can't stay away:
Submission in 2023 then the posters that have accepted the bet in time will cease to post

@exwannabe
@underpar71
@Grip it and Sip It
@martyDg
@Jackxkr
Ironically, it's not the temporal proximity of spoofing events to NWBO's sales where most of the damage has been done, but in the resulting systemic degradation of the sp, and NWBO's reputation as a good investment over the years, imo.
Whatever happened to that guy? His last post was in 2018
I don't take any predictions here seriously, unless you have something riding on it like 'I'll never post here again'. Right, guys?
That sounds reasonable to me.
Seriously?
Which is why I attended the Dec 2022 ASM. Thought it might be a different situation by the next ASM. But, as we all know, things with NWBO have a way of not happening.
Yet another year, and 'time the locust hath eaten'
Surprised is one word for it
Also HS class of '72
This looks, to me, like underpar71 made the bet, though he could their weasel out of it because he named two conditions, only one of which has been met:

Umm... People with GBM?
I don't care, really. This was from Hoffman's list, iirc.
This is what I had:

No evidence given that exwannabe ever agreed to the terms for 'submission', however. Only approval.
I see you've taken the glass 9/10 empty viewpoint.
I think LP privately co-owns some of the IP, iirc.
Mods can't remove other mod's stickies, and are only allowed one sticky of their own. When a mod is removed for whatever reason, his/her sticky is supposed to go away, iirc.
Yes. When I first signed up, I wanted the handle Captain Obvious since I had used it on a forum on another site for a different company, but it was apparently already in use, and being a humorous self-deprecating guy, I went with Captain Oblivious. A couple of years ago I found out that 'Obvious' was (no longer) in use, so I had the admin set me up the the new (old) handle.
All this just bolsters my belief that it is futile to contact NWBO about anything, information-wise. They won't/can't say anything.
Yeah, our votes are largely symbolic.
Ok, you win the old-timey saying contest. Uncle!
My vast number of shares will likely vote 'no' on bonuses. That'll hurt'em real bad!
Nope. Very intentionally ad hominem.
We've seen time and again the disconnect between sp and positive events. I think the concentration of attention by the court on timing between spoofing and stock sales by NWBO isn't exactly a canard, but as we all know, isn't where the lion's share of the damage has been done to this company, and us shareholders.
Temporal proximity of spoofing and raising funds may get us the MTD dismissal, and that's ok, but I'd like to see spoofing/trading quantified close to the positive events. It's a more systemic weakening of the company which kills the sp no matter when NWBO needed to raise funds.
That saying is the Bees Knees
Lol. I was called 'Oblivious' for making that very point.
They're likely waiting for some event(s) to happen, imo, and less to do with scheduling because it's time.
I was surprised at the quick turnaround.
FWIW
We are planning on having an ASM, but have not selected a date. Will let everyone know when we do

Caution! This message was sent from outside your organization.
Aren't we overdue for the ASM? Are we having one this month?
I think there was an article many years ago, 'Selling Cramer Short', iirc. The gist was that you should short, or get out of, any stock that he recommended on his show.
What email are you using? I'll send one out as well
I think NWBO doing the Big Booze show is counterproductive, small-time, and embarrassing.
Yes. I was mis-applying to this forum instead.
Except there is more than one snake in this garden.
