They are available at any brokerage house and you can buy all you want - they have an unlimited expiration rate and a strike price of 24 cents... cost is 24 cents each
Strange how there appears to be flurries of activity - trading for about 15 minutes - every hour on the half hour all day long... seems to be a pattern.
This seems eerily similar to DC VAX Direct... anyone else pick up on this???

If you follow the money... at most there is to make even if you drive IPCI down to $0 is about $6 to $10 million????
There is a great deal MORE to be made the other way - there are warrants that interested parties own that are worthless below $22.50 - even the lowest priced are worthless under $6.00.
I believe there is greater interest for IPCI to rise than to fall.
I think IPCI will eventually rise... not when the CEO is replaced... but when current shareholders are.
My only hope of redemption now is what I speculated - that they are testing PODRAS on Tylenol and if it works, then each %age point would bring in ~ $10s of millions in royalties... my guess would be a 1% to 2% royalty split for "product" use or perhaps 3% to 4% for "category" use... on multi billion $ markets.
They said they were testing PODRAS on an already approved product... and I think that expanding the patent protection on PODRAS was for that particular purpose.
Or maybe I'm just in denial.
Do you own any IPCI stock???
If Yes... Why????
If No... Can you take it elsewhere???
The best possible news would be... they partnered Regabatin or Licensed PODRAS and got $20 million up front... and are using $10 million to buy IPCI shares on the open market at up to $1.00 per share.
Oh yea... forgot... no reverse split necessary.
2K shares traded for .253335...
and 9 seconds later...
100 shares brought it down to .2407
So $24.07 + commission, brought it down 5%
Does anyone have a fairly accurate account of how many outstanding shares NWBO has and how many options and warrants are issued with conversion price UNDER $5.00 ???
TIA
Voted Against Reverse Split on 327,900 shares.
Although I guess it's all up to what the big boys want
Beautifully explained Samsa... and also my understanding of it.
Off Topic - You've probably, as I have... been captivated by a catchy headline which teased you into clicking on perhaps 20 or more "next" arrows, and tricked you on clicking advertising links... just to get to the "meat of the story"
Well I came across this hint today which is a "milestone" in effective web surfing... off topic, yes... but I thought it so useful, I had to pass it on.
Something is not right.
I've never seen a filing that sets the SOR date as a date following the filing... It's always a date a week or so BEFORE the release of the PR or SEC filing.
I don't believe that filing was meant to have been made public until AFTER June 28th.
Also the poster that brought it to our attention created that ID on the date that appears on the Filing... and it's his/her one and only post ever???
C'MON... gimme a break... something is not right here.
I have last trade at 12:46:22 ???? is trading halted???
No trades in almost 3 hours ??????

SEDAR filing Meeting 15 August
Vote 28 Juin
Note that this is how we first became aware of this special shareholder meeting - on June 21 posted by "vivez la vie folle" who created that ID on June 15th... the day on the AST note... and is the 1st and only post ever by that poster.

Doog… where and how did you dig up that filing.

This is strange to me... that someone is made aware there will be a special shareholder meeting in 2 months but you can only vote on it if you own stock up to 2 weeks from the filing date?????? thereby giving someone a chance to buy in so they can vote on who knows what????
I've always seen it that a PR announces a special meeting where the shareholders of record of a date PREVIOUS to the PR date can vote... and then followed by a SEC - SEDAR filing immediately before or in tandem with the PR.
Something is strange here.
who is vivez la vie folle ???????????
oxycodone? could easily be extracted from it with simple means

WOW - PTIE getting slaughtered - down 73% after hours . Panel voted 14 to 3 NO on approval.
EGLT up as much as 25% on 180K shares traded after hours.
IPCI may well get caught in the up-draft some tomorrow
It's possible that desperation is making me grab at straws... but the possibility is based on known facts.
Fact that Purdue's CEO in 2016 said they were looking to buy a platform... and still haven't.
Fact that Odidi said they would be testing PODRAS with an already approved drug.
Fact that Mopar said Patient told him they were in best shape ever, and they just got back some test results, and he wished he could share them.
Fact you don't wish you could share bad results.
Could it be a fact that an offer is on the table... and it's substantial enough that the CEO and BOD are REQUIRED to bring it to the shareholder's attention and get a vote???
We need to catch a brake.
Have no idea what that is all about, nor does the website make it any clearer... maybe it's re: the class action lawsuit in which case Samsa can fill us in... or "restructuring Services" which they offer... It does however feel like it's a big deal.
Are we going to be asked to vote on something??

AST is a tech-enabled, integrated, professional services firm that empowers companies and their stakeholders to achieve their goals through advisory, technology and flawless execution
Looks like they are going to "empower us" can't wait.
Was just thinking... IPCI probably has about $44 million "carry forward tax loss"... so some profitable company could pay $1.00 a share and get IPCI and all it's patents and technology for absolutely "free"

Purdue needs to demonstrate some "good will"... PODRAS could help to "muddy up" the water for them.
Purdue introduces OxyContin PODRAS... an overdose prevention vehicle.
BOGOF while supplies last.
My guess as to what the Regabatin partnership will look like.
$20 million up front payment against a $100 million total package... and partner assumes all costs for development, NDA application duties and litigation costs if any.
$20 million up front
$10 million on successful phase 3 results
$20 million on FDA approval
$50 million upon reaching $1 Billion accrued sales
and
20% royalty payments on GROSS sales
or
$10 million up front
$10 million on successful phase 3 results
$30 million on FDA approval
$50 million upon reaching $1 Billion accrued sales
and
25% royalty payments on GROSS sales
I'm well aware of what happened... just thought I'd point out an "accident" that greatly diminished the message... you know... shit happens.

What you said they said
Congratulations fisherman... you've emulated the Yahoo Message Board's most pathetic poster to perfection.
Hard for me to understand why anyone with your view of management would be long the stock... maybe I'm wrong about you being "long" the stock.
Anyway, you wanted me to leave this board and stop posting here... You got it.
