I wasn't expecting dilution this soon at all. It hurts, but this is far from a spelling the end of Kallo. Nothing about the actual company or it's potential has changed except that shares have been diluted.
Just wish I had the foresight to have sold profits at .14 and then bought back in now. Kallo will definitely bounce back in the next month or so but for the moment I don't even want to look at my balances. The guys getting in now are getting the deal of a lifetime though. So much upside for so cheap.
This feels like a punch to the gut... I don't think this is anywhere near what Kallo should be valued at, but a lot of people obviously disagree and they're voting with their money.
Maybe this will inspire Kallo to produce something tangible to attract shareholders.
Whoever BMAK is on LVL2 they've been the ones selling all of todays shares since this morning. Seems to be an almost unlimited supply of cheap shares today. I'm actually a little stunned it's gone this low. People getting in here are super lucky. I wonder if they are trying to sell off a million shares by the end of the day or something.

More evidence that multiple nations have a vested interest in improving African nations health care systems and that the mishandling of the Ebola outbreak has created a large amount of work that will need to be done if the problem is to improve. Work that will largely need to be done by contract organizations specializing in health care initiatives in rural landscapes.

This article (June 22 2015) shows you what your investing into as well as demonstrates proof of concept, growing support for mobile health care in rural Africa, and the last line underscores the need for even more help as there is much work to be done yet.
"The situation of the village of Moussafangamayah shows that, even after this outbreak of Ebola, the longest and most devastating since the virus was first identified nearly 40 years ago, is brought to an end, there is an enormous amount of work to do in rebuilding and strengthening the health system of Guinea to ensure everyone has access to basic health care. "
This is all imo... but believing I have an eye for this sort of thing-
People have such short sightedness on the OTC. The global landscape of African nations is arranging so that not only are they becoming aware that healthcare initiatives are necessary they will eventually become TRENDY in a sense. That is to say that when Guinea and Ghana have begun taking bold steps towards improving their nations healthcare other surrounding countries will feel the pressure to take similar initiatives. Especially when these countries start reporting real improvements in their nations health and start winning the support of world for taking such selfless steps towards improving their nation and vicariously improving the state of the world. Once that happens it will be an easy decision for other countries to follow suit since it is becoming clear that funding is being made available to those who would take it. I'm jumping ahead about 3-7 years now, but this is something that is way bigger than Kallo. This is a new global healthcare initiative the likes of which has never before been implemented in the world.
Does this mean that Kallo is destined to succeed? No, of course not. This does mean, however, that Kallo is on the ground floor of something HUGE and will be given every opportunity to be involved in this process. Big things take time to orginize (people's major gripe with Kallo) but big things are also much less likely to have their momentum stopped suddenly. IMO as long as Kallo can actually deliver what it has promised it will have every opportunity in the world and then some to provide it's services. Take that as you will but to me this seems inevitable. At this stage in the game if Kallo can not deliver on what they have been selling to foreign nations then they are not simply in the realm of being a company that 'busts' anymore they are in the realm of fraud and federal charges and jail time. Kallo execs are no doubt feeling this pressure as well. This is the big leagues. They will do everything in their power to deliver and nothing that I have seen has made me think that they are not building a company the right way. Slowly, surely, and with intention.
That sounds about right to me. I think the drop in share price can be categorized as impatience since there's literally nothing else that would be driving the share price down except that the announcement indicates time is still a factor.
Buy into weakness. These things do take time, and lots of it. I'm loading up for the long haul.
I feel bad for all the guys who sold off yesterday, but that's just how it goes. Thanks for all the cheap shares.
Money is coming. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not even next month, but imo in 3-6 months money will be in Kallo's hands. These guys want to get started and show their country the progress they've been promising them.
The writing is on the wall. How people are missing it and how the share price is this low is beyond me...
Wow, lots of selling off today on no news or anything. Why do you think? Impatience?
Dude, you are cracking me up at this point with your cynicism and scam mentality. If you're impatient then sell, but for the love of all that is sane please stop saying 'Where is the money' over and over again every single time something positive happens. Or even whenever anyone says a word in this forum for that matter...
Foreign agents mentioning Kallo independently is a big deal and very encouraging and pretending it isn't just because a downpayment hasn't been made yet is actually comical. They see the value Kallo brings not only to their country but TO THEIR POLITICAL CAREER otherwise they would not mention them. That says a lot if the ministry of health of a foreign nation is willing to state a partnership with a company by name specifically because from a political POV it makes them look like they are doing their job and making progress. It ALSO will make them look very very bad if they don't deliver. Statements like this one are not made lightly on the political landscape. This lends a ton of credibility to Kallo, on top of the credibility it has already earned. If Kallo were to turn out to be a scam a lot of reputable people would get burned hard.
The patient will be rewarded. The scared should leave now because it isn't going to get better anytime you would consider soon. I bought 10k more shares during the dip yesterday and I'll add more if I get the chance. This stock is massively undervalued. imo.

-Warren Buffett
Everyone who wants to get rich quick and is unhappy with Kallo's development feel free to sell me your shares; I have a buy on the bid. I'm content to get rich slowly and surely.
Kallo is one of the few companies you can invest in that will actually have an impact on bettering the world AND maybe profit a bit from it as well. Stuff like that takes time and no one knows when it's all going to come together, but little bits from the global landscape are coming together every month or so. The stage is still setting and once it's done Kallo will step up. Just how I see things.
Excellent article outlining the strong desire for and challenges implementing improved healthcare in western Africa. Kallo couldn't possibly be better positioned to be a huge part of this struggle to attract modern medical assistance to a wounded country. Big things are coming- as slow and steady as a rising tide.

Great time to start accumulating. Looking to snag some cheap shares again if I can. .075 is a steal right now since many aren't willing to wait the 3-6 months this stock will take to mature.
If this is a scam then the orchestrator is brilliant, well connected, subtle, and going for the long con. All signs point to legitimacy of contract and increasingly fertile global landscape for success.
Go Kallo
Just the calm before the storm
Heavy support today around .10! Close to 155,000 bids around .10 on L2.
Also lots decent size sell orders from .15 - .20.
Good to see some MM support in the down time between news. Considering buying more soon... Anyone have any idea when the 10-Q might be released?
Much appreciated guys, that's about what I figured too. Shouldn't dip too hard if it does and if it doesn't all the better.
Go $Kallo!
So I'm going camping tomorrow and will not be able to check stocks again until Friday and I'm at a loss about what to do with Kallo. As a rule I NEVER leave money unwatched on the OTC for longer than a few hours, but... Kallo is not a typical OTC stock in a lot of ways. Any advice would be appreciated.
You got it ;)
Nice recovery from the dips today. Looks like decent support at .10
I feel like this forum could use some encouragement with the dips Kallo has been taking recently:
"With a wonderful business, you can figure out what will happen; you can't figure out when it will happen. You don't want to focus on when, you want to focus on what. If you're right about what, you don't have to worry about when"
-Warren Buffet
L2 is interesting today... A lot of asking and bidding around .10 - .11. If all the shares at around .11 are bought up today (around 150k shares) there's nothing on the ask until .17... Should news come this week this'll blow wide open fast or if there's no news we could see a slow rise to .20 if people decide to load up like Sage predicted.
Conversely people could get impatient and there may be a dip to .08 - .09 if there ends up being a lot of selling.
Lol! I'm mostly being symbolic, but if I only have to sell 5 Kallo shares to buy a case of beer I'll be on cloud nine!
Sorry to hear that Sage =( I take no pleasure in buying shares under those circumstances. I wouldn't be nearly as informed about global climates or African bank dealings and probably a lot more without your impressive DD and therefore probably wouldn't be as confidently invested as I am.
When Kallo takes off I'm selling enough shares to ship you a case of your favorite beer.

Free L2 for now, but yeah support was super thin at .10 and then ATDF put in a 10500 bid order. Support is still strong at .10, but could be better.
Whew! ATDF coming in with the big support at .10! Got worried for a sec, support was looking really thin at L2 all the way down to .08.
Been watching this one like a hawk this morning.
The whole market is down today. This drop probably reflects that more than Kallo's value. Nothing has changed, it should correct eventually.
Buy the dips.
Nice! Kallo sale. Loading up on a few share =)
You're so see-through you're invisible.
Do you have any red flags you would like to share or would you rather just say stuff we already knew about is funny? Many of us have been here and watching this stock for the past year or 2. I would be shocked if you told us anything we didn't already know.
I'm in line to buy any shares of Kallo under .10 that I can get. I've been grabbing the occasional 5000 shares when they go on sale around .11 or so too.
Got my sell order in around 2.50
I don't understand how the share price is what it is if the only thing keeping this stock from being worth $1.50/share is payment for a signed contract that seems increasingly imminent.
Thanks again for all your DD Sage. I know how tough it must be for you to keep your finger off the sell trigger on this one.
That being said, have you come across any companies that would be considered Kallo's competition in the rural care market?
Damn, what a terrible day to wake up late! People were actually selling shares at .075 again? Great time to pick up some cheap shares.
Question:
When the news gets released that payment for services has finally been delivered what will the company be worth/ fair value for the stock?
People are finally finding this hidden gem... I've been watching Kallo for over a year and a half now and it looks like it's finally time for it to grow up :')
The writing is on the wall. Good luck to all.
True story. Thank you for all your hard work Sage. I am normally extremely skeptical of stocks in the OTC but I think I may be fully on board with Kallo at this point. I'm letting people know about this one now.
Interesting that the share price hasn't moved despite the 10k filings. I don't think anyone knows what to do with Kallo except wait and see.
Some of the important ($$$ related) bits:
Can't sign a lease on a new place without writing a check for it. That's a good sign that there might be money flowing soon,
It also tells a timeline for projected trailer construction:
How sure can we be that this has anything to do with Kallo? Might they not have other large contracts coming in?
No one knows. It should have been last year sometime so we're all just sort of hanging out waiting for the check in the mail to arrive atm. Any predictions are just speculation, although the 10k should be released soonish and might create a clearer picture.
No money in the 10k though and we could be in for a longer ride of waiting and not knowing unless timetables are revealed to us.
Sure if that makes you feel good, you win. Thanks for the grammar lesson.
Good luck to all.
