"…were to work at least 30 hours per week. However, they worked no more than 28 hours per week there by obtaining benefits for themselves and their family under false pretenses and effectively, stealing Terra Tech resources."
WoW, looks like while shareholders are getting fitted for their tux the VV's will be getting fitted with orange jumpsuits.
I think this part is particularly hilarious...
"...The VandeVredes are seeking, among other things, a declaratory judgement that the they did not violate their fiduciary duties owed to the Company or Edible Garden and reinstating the VandeVredes to their status with the Company and Edible Garden prior to their suspensions..."
lol, they ALL want their jobs back... bwaaahaaahaahaahaha...
maybe the vv's haven't realized it yet or maybe they have... but ain't nobody out there going to want to do business with back stabbing opportunists like them, lol.
business is blüming!!!
WoW, since the news of the pending (likely) merger trtc stock has dropped they might have to dump gl to get the pps to go in the upward direction. It appears investors aren't to happy teaming up with a canadian company that's heading full tilt towards a reverse split.
anybody ever find out what the gl share structure is like?
AS?
OS?
Float?
etc...
or how much stock the "insiders" own?
Are they in the same boat has shareholders like trtc "insiders" are?
Any of you long time shareholders have the scoop on this company?
I noticed there isn't much information of any kind on the ihub "intro" page. I can put some company details and maybe some pics up if someone wants to share.
from one shareholder to all the others I find it baffling that nobody seems to know even the basics about Golden Leaf.
proof positive the pps on the otc has almost nothing to do with the actual company.
business is blüming!!!
typical nonsense. for all anybody knows MJ walked away from the scam and joined up with trtc
business is blüming!!!
not very impressive financing
"...Each Unit consists of one unsecured subordinated convertible debenture (each a “Debenture” and collectively, the “Debentures”) and 1,665 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of the Company. Each Debenture accrues interest at a rate of 12.0% per annum until December 31, 2019 (the first interest payment date), after which such interest rate will decrease to 10.0% per annum and be payable semi-annually until maturity. Each Debenture is convertible into common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) at a price of C$0.30 per Common Share (the “Conversion Price”), subject to adjustment in certain events. The Debentures mature on November 16, 2021. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of C$0.40 per Common Share until November 16, 2020, subject to adjustment in certain events..."
"...Net proceeds from the Offering will be used primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes..."

I still like them, not near as much as trtc. They are following the near exact tried and true business plan that trtc has been doing from the start. It's a good match.
Has anybody posted the share structure yet?
AS?
OS?
Float?
NJ back on track... finally

you have that backwards.
"...Dismissed with prejudice means that a civil lawsuit has been dismissed based on merits of the case after a judgement has been issued. When a case is dismissed with prejudice, the plaintiff is barred from filing a lawsuit on the same issue at a later date..."
https://legaldictionary.net/dismissed-with-prejudice/
"dismissed with Prejudice" is the Judges way of saying get your f'n arse out of my courtroom and DON'T COME BACK!
business is blüming!!!
you're welcome. I have been buying up these cheap shares myself. I picked up a thousand shares yesterday, lol. Now I'm a shareholder in gldff!
I've been picking up some trtc shares as well. funny thing happened today I've never seen before. I had my buy in and it "partially filled" then about a half hour later I had another "partially filled" notice of a single share (0ne single share) being bought. The remainder of the buy was soon after picked up but a single share. Never seen that before.
not a question of if but when...
that was some really old news they dug up, luckily it didn't take much investigation, lol.
there are quite a few knowledgeable shareholders on this board including yourself and some... not so much...
long-n-strong...
business is blüming!!!
lol, I glanced at that, then I read the response.
I don't know WS seems like a reasonable intelligent guy. He is following the trtc business plan after all. it's a good match, trtc can list on cse and gl can avoid the looming rs and save 10's of millions getting a foothold in the Cali market. No, I think ws should stay on and let's see how he does. with DP's and trtc's help maybe he can turn the gl ship around.
not true, us trtc shareholders rather enjoy laughing our arses off. what a joke of an article from a joke of a website.
The lawsuit suit against trtc "Dismissed with Prejudice" by Judge.
"ORDER ON STIPULATION21 FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE OF DEFENDANT TERRA TECH CORP. by Judge Fernando M. Olguin. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs claims against Defendant are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. Case Terminated. Made JS-6. (iv)"

The blüm/oak deal was for around 21 million.
"If memory serves Blüm/oak was bought in Jan '16 for 1.5x future 12 month earnings. At the time of sale they were making roughly 14 mil per year, so that would put the sale price around 21 mil plus the increase in earnings per the following year minus the "clawback" (that's 1,027,304 preferred shares or 5,531,339.19 common shares returned to the company by DP and Nahass)

blüm/oak deal
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11104802
Blüm/oak had 42k registered patients, seeing nearly 1000 per day, an on-site cultivation facility and home of the ivxx™ extraction lab and production facility and according to the local / State gov was/is the premier example of a dispensary.
Doesn't sound too "absurd" to me..."
The "Mazzuto Scam"... bwaaahaahaahaha...
"...It turns out DP was basically the whistle-blower. If you look on page 5, item #15, it states DP approached the scammers and told them what they were doing was illegal. DP had to pay back the money / shares that he was paid for his services because they were illegally swindled by Mazzuto and Marguilies. The actual indictment starts on page 22 whereas John Mazzuto and James Margulies were charged with 57 counts of various criminal actions. DP was not mentioned in any of the Grand Jury indictments. The only thing DP was guilty of was getting paid for his services with shares that were acquired illegally by Mazzuto/Margulies and he gave those back. Innocent and never charged.
https://www.eastbayexpress.com/images/blogimages/2011/12/06/1323200780-peterson_complaint.pdf
*** this makes actually three times DP has stepped up and did the "right thing". (#1) There is this incident, (#2) there was the corrupt union officials trying to weasel their way in the blüm/oak facility (#3) and there was the dahr mann fiasco where DP stepped up and made it right with the employees, contractors and the city of Oakland..."
business is blüming!!!
yes there is info on "Cultivar Inc", they are involved in the lawsuit against the vv's.
I wonder if there is a correlation here?
DP kicks the vv's to the curb and...
"... Edible Garden revenues increased 40% as our expanded offerings drove sales growth. Our gross profit for the first quarter ended March 31 2018 was $1.6 million compared to a gross profit margin of $400,000 for the first quarter ended March 31 2017, an increase of $1.7 million or 358.8%.
The Edible Garden herbs and produce segment gross profits increased from a negative $53,000 for the first quarter ended in March 31 of 2017 to positive $21,000 for the first quarter ended March 31st of 2018..."

getting rid of an underperforming property for a what was it 300% + gain and trading up to a spot just off Fremont street in Vegas was a good move. why would anybody want to hold onto that location? keep in mind NV has a limit on the number of locations or at least they did, I may have to check on that. yeah trading up was a good move.
what is it now 3 cultivation facilities getting ready to start production, a new dispensary getting ready for a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting ceremony with many public officials, customers and cameras in attendance. A new bottling facility in Cali being built expecting to be in production during Q1. An extraction facility about to open in Reno hopefully to coincide with the NuLeaf 50/50 partnership harvest (pics of facility on trtc ihub page intro section). new permit applications across two States in the evaluation process as we speak with news in early December. yeah, them trtc boys just sittin' around doin' nothin'
see. a perfect match. complementary to each other with very similar business plans and strategies. don't forget charts, very similar charts. I might add that without trtc GL has a reverse split in its future.
Can you give us the authorized shares, outstanding shares and the float? I can't recall at the moment. I know the pps is at .1535 and the os around 350, float around 250? can't recall the as, share if you know, I'll look it up later if I remember.

ROBERT J. HALL (obituary) (step-grandfather of Derek Peterson.
Died at 80 years old in 2012. Married to Marie Deshon Hall for 39 years.
Quote:
"From the obit click here for obituary He is survived by his seven children, Scott Hall, of Augusta, Steven Hall, of Wayne, Stacia Hall, of Winslow, Shaun Hall, of Chelsea, Stephanie Hall, of Bangor, Sarah Plante, of Readfield, and Jason Hall, of Rockledge, Fla.; two stepsons, Joseph Peterson, of Harpswell, and Vincent Oppedisano, of Great Island, Harpswell;"
Two Stepsons is the important part. One with the name Vincent Oppidisano, and one Josepfh Peterson. Means that his wife Marie L. Hall was married twice before marrying him, or that Joseph changed his name to the similar last name of Peterson.

Next Obituary comes from Donna Seabury-Peterson whose husband was Joseph Peterson of Harpswell, ME.

She was a loving Grandmother to Drayson and Desman Andrade, Lucina Mavrelion, Jessica and Jared Nye, and Joseph Rocco Peterson; and great-grandmother of Makaylee Melcher. She was also a beloved older sister to Shirley Hoskins and her husband Mike of Woburn, Mary “Mimi” Seabury and Rose Linskey of Newburyport, and Donald Seabury of Naples Fla., and sister-in-law to Lucky and Ginny Oppedisano. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins, as well as many friends. Donna was predeceased by her mother Mary Seabury, and her daughter Courtney Cardoza."
Again above Step-children is important. Shows that Joseph Peterson is father to Derek Peterson. You also see the connection as Oppedisano is Joseph Peterson`s half-brother, who apparently changed his last name from Oppedisano to Peterson at some point. Most likely after discovery of a different father, or to the similar name of Peterson. Compare the two names Oppedisano and Peterson. Very close, and could have been changed just to make it easier for Americans to say. The name Oppedisano comes from Italy.
Proof of Derek's father changing his name comes from a forum about the Oppedisano name, in which a participant named Derek is also seeking info. You can find the following info there.

Hi, I was just searching the Oppedisanos and saw this message. I dated Vincent N. Oppedisano ll for 5 years back around 1986. His father was the senior and he was married to Virginia (Ginny) with another son Kirk. They live in Cundy's Harbor, Maine. The brother was Joesph, but he changed his last name to, I believe, Peterson? He was a sail maker-the last I knew of. I hope this helps. They are a wonderful family.
Found at this link - click here
My take is that Derek's father changed his name from Oppedisano to Peterson sometime many years ago.
What does this have to do with TRTC being a great investment? NOTHING!!!
Just proves that there is no conspiracy, or intent on anybody's part to deceive anybody.
Derek Peterson is a great CEO, and has proved this again, and again. TRTC will become a very successful company thanks to his great efforts.

break that down for us. how much of those expenses (many one-time) were / are being spent to grow the company? how much is being invested to pursue the weho license? The New Jersey licence? The entry into the beverage market? The buildout of multiple dispensaries? The buildout of multiple cultivation facilities? The buildout of multiple extraction facilities? The compliance with the new California requirements?
these expenditures are not part of some insider enrichment scheme, lol, if it is, their doing it wrong, lol Some of these costs are high (snicker) but thats an "Industry Issue" and one every company has to deal with.
that's how businesses work. money goes out to get the operations up and running while not much is coming in. Then when the facilities are built out and fully licensed, the money going out decreases substantially and the money now starts to come in from these new operations. It's called investing in the business and that's what trtc has been doing from the start.
business 101 stuff here, not even that business 011 stuff here.
business is blüming!!!
it is in the sec filings. didn't you read it?
"...We're working to get that out in Q1 of next year and that was one of the reasons again why we needed to, kind of, migrate the facility from Northern California down to Southern California with some of this square footage that we procured down in the Santa Ana marketplace. So ultimately, we want Santa Ana to become our manufacturing hub as well as an existing retail hub for us and migrating our corporate offices over there. So that's going to put us in a position to be able to push multiple products and multiple brands out through the California marketplace.
We can also utilize our distribution permit up in Northern California to migrate product up there for dissemination through other retailers, through Northern California through one central hub as well. So we're ultimately centralizing our manufacturing operations in Southern California, so we can have inherence to rules, regulations, compliance and SOPs, have consistency of products and protocols at the end of the day and not have something that's operating far away, where we have limited amount of oversight.
So that's really the intention of doing this down here. But the beverage line is going to be a significant amount of attention for us, and I think the first products are going to be coming to line with a sparkling beverage kind of champagne; we're not calling it champagne. Obviously, but that type of infused product then on the backbone of that will do it infused margarita mix and infused lemonade and that type of things. So we will be coming out with a suite of products, the branding on it looks remarkable, the mockups look outstanding and then brand that point right now. We're configuring the bottling lines and that type of thing and starting to work with the city down here to get those facilities up and running as soon as possible."
here's some links to help out
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1451512/000147793218005367/trtc_ex992.htm
"...The Company, through the partnership, is currently developing a range of non-alcoholic, cannabis-infused beverages, including ‘champagne’, ‘apple cider’, lemonade ‘margarita’ mix, zero calorie lemon lime soda and cherry lime sparkling water. The infusion technology will be powered by SORSE branded technology, a product of Tarukino Holdings, a patent pending Emulsion process which leaves beverages without oily residues and without cannabis flavor. The Company is simultaneously developing a single shot flavorless, odorless 5 milligram and 10 milligram shot that can be added to any beverage or craft cocktail for at-home infusion.
Additionally, the Company is building-out a large-scale production and bottling facility at its Dyer Road facility located in Santa Ana, California, for distribution within the California Market.
“Our relationship with the Valiente Group will enable our initial entrance into the cannabis-infused, non-alcoholic beverage market, which is among the least crowded segments in the adult-use cannabis industry and presents a tremendous first mover opportunity for Terra Tech,” Derek Peterson, CEO of Terra Tech, stated. “The build out of our Dyer Road facility will serve the growing demand for cannabis-infused beverages in the California Market and, in the future, we expect it to enable distribution to other markets, including Nevada.”"

It's baack... lmao
too funny, I can't believe someone posted that "pandapoo" fabrication. again...
you know they never did respond to my accepting their "challenge".
Dazed and Confused... take IIIa
trtc / DP has fulfilled promise after promise after promise and is one of the most transparent companies playing the game. I mean that's why the "short bus" is out front isn't it. In general people never talk trash about a bad stock, so newbees that are interested (veterans as well) need to consider the source and do their own dd and not be swindled by lies and half truths. Most of that typical pump and dump otc style falsehoods don't work on the trtc board, too many people here are wise to the game and most of the fear mongering has been disproven so many times it's not even funny.
This likely merger will make the combined company the largest on the west coast. Just like DP said 5 or 6 years ago, were not going for a single or a double were going for the home run!
Dazed and Confused... take III
Another thing I'm having difficulty wrapping my head around are the claims that WS just jumped in and made this deal without doing any dd. If this is the kind of "leader" this guy WS is then he isn't worth a grain of salt. Luckily for shareholders of Golden Leaf, WS does real dd and can see through all the misinformation and outright lies that has plagued trtc for years.
business is blüming!!!
The Edible Garden herbs and produce segment gross profits increased from a negative $53,000 for the first quarter ended in March 31 of 2017 to positive $21,000 for the first quarter ended March 31st of 2018..."
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1451512/000147793218002325/trtc_ex992.htm
...revenues increase by 40% and gross profits increased by an astounding 358.8% - WoW!!
Here are a few key areas in the suit trtc has filed against the VV's.
could it all be related somehow? lmao
Definitely would NOT want to be in their shoes.
the VV's that is. Here is a few “lowlights” in the lawsuit trtc filed against the VV's and I for one can say I would not want to be in their shoes if this hits a courtroom, lol.
"…committed fraud against Terra Tech, stole its intellectual property, proprietary information, and usurped corporate opportunities intended for Terra Tech in order to benefit of GRO-RITE and NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL."
"…diverting Terra Tech opportunities to Vande Vrede family entities including but not limited to opportunities with Chill Waze, CBD Water and Cultivar, three companies that would have offered Terra Tech strategic and lucrative corporate alliances."
"…disseminating Terra Tech’s proprietary application documents and process to other entities for the benefit of the Vande Vrede entities including GRO-RITE."
"…failing to disclose conflicts of interest between their positions as officers and employees with Terra Tech."
"…using Terra Tech intellectual property including, but not limited to, Daily Revenue Reports, Nevada Cannabis Permit Applications, Compliance Memorandums and Terra Tech Google Analytics in order to usurp opportunities intended for Terra Tech and divert them to the Vande Vrede family entities."
"…using Terra Tech employees to produce PowerPoint presentations, and engage in other work, which was subsequently used to divert opportunities from Terra Tech to the Vande Vrede family entities."
"…using Terra Tech money to expense items that were used for the benefit of the diversion of these opportunities and the Vande Vrede family."
"…attempted to usurp or did usurp an opportunity Terra Tech had with Cultivar for their GRO-RITE, NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL and/or Vande Vrede family businesses."
"Instead of providing that opportunity to Terra Tech or Edible Garden, he forwarded the email, with the opportunity, to Defendants… …who were operating competing entities, GRO-RITE and NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL."
"…used Terra Tech’s name as a way to develop opportunities with vendors and business partners. Once a dialogue was opened, however, he dropped Terra Tech without informing anyone at Terra Tech, including other executives or members of the board, and instead pursued these opportunities for his family businesses and GRO-RITE."
"… Chill Waze CEO Vincent Gareffa emailed Defendant… …at his Terra Tech email address to pitch Chill Waze’s idea for partnering with Terra Tech."
"…never provided anyone at Terra Tech or Edible Garden the opportunity to hear Chill Waze’s pitch and, instead, copied Defendant DANIEL VANDE VREDE at GRO-RITE on all emails he exchanged with Chill Waze."
"…used Terra Tech resources for his own personal gain when he used his Terra Tech American Express credit card to pay for lunch with Chill Waze."
"…at his Terra Tech email address to break down ownership of Chill Waze and attached a PowerPoint presentation, which identifies Defendant as a “Silent Partner/Operations” and Defendant DANIEL VANDE VREDE as “COO/Inventory and Logistics”. Moreover, the PowerPoint presentation indicated that the warehouse was going to be the GRO-RITE location in New Jersey, implying that Chill Waze intended to compete with Terra Tech in New Jersey."
"…asked a Terra Tech employee to send over the Terra Tech Property ID in order to login and access google analytics for the Terra Tech website… …immediately forwarded Terra Tech’s Property ID to CEO Gareffa at Chill Waze so that he could login as a Terra Tech user and access Terra Tech proprietary information."
"…using Terra Tech’s name and resources to attract vendors and business partners, but then keep the opportunities for his family… …took an opportunity presented by Ken Voorhees of Ungerer & Co on February 6, 2018, for the Plant Based organic CBD Water packer."
"…at his Terra Tech email address and stated, “Organic CBD Water 50% Vande 50% Voorhees, $50k each initial seed money. We can open after launch to others."
"…charged his parking In Morristown, New Jersey, to the Terra Tech corporate credit card for that meeting…"
"Daniel Grover from the Great Meadows Design Group emailed Defendant KENNETH VANDE VREDE at his Terra Tech email address to ask Defendant KENNETH VANDE VREDE if he had sent over the executed contract or non-disclosure agreement… From January 31, 2018 through February 22, 2018, the two exchanged emails regarding corporate names and obtaining a New Jersey cannabis permit for “Lincoln Park and Belvidere locations.”"
"…received emails at his Terra Tech email address from Thomas Mastrangelo, a cannabis lobbyist, to discuss the next potential steps in growing the cannabis side of the Vande Vrede family business with GRO-RITE."
"…received an email at his Terra Tech email address from Quantum 9 CEO Michael Mayes… …forwarded the email from CEO Mayes to Defendants… …stating “Help us write our family cannabis permits for NJ.”… …responded and asked, “What’s this for?” Defendant KENNETH VANDE VREDE responded, “Consultant that will help our family write the NJ cannabis application for us. Scored #1 in PA. Has a 93% success rate.”…"
"From August 25, 2017, through February 6, 2018, Defendant KENNETH VANDE VREDE exchanged emails at his Terra Tech email address with CEO Mayes from Quantum 9, which culminated in Quantum 9 sending a work order, contract and non-disclosure agreement to Defendant KENNETH VANDE VREDE, which he forwarded to himself at his GRO-RITE email address, identifying GRO-RITE as the contracting party with Quantum 9 and the entity that would benefit from the work order from Quantum 9."
"…emailed Terra Tech’s proprietary Nevada Permit Applications to Mark Hanselman and David Alston, individuals who are not affiliated or associated with Terra Tech."
"…emailed with David Hollberg, the Pequannock, New Jersey Township Manager/CFO. They agreed to set up a meeting, which took place on January 10, 2018, at GRO-RITE, to discuss GRO-RITE’S application to grow cannabis."
"…used Terra Tech’s proprietary application documents to submit an application to Pequannock Township."
"…attended Terra Tech board meetings on September 26, 2017, and December 19, 2017. At each of these meetings, the board expressly asked Defendant KENNETH VANDE VREDE whether his family was competing with Terra Tech in cannabis. He misrepresented that they were not. In actuality, Defendant KENNETH VANDE VREDE led the family business charge to focus on cannabis cultivation in New Jersey."
"...The VandeVredes are seeking, among other things, a declaratory judgement that the they did not violate their fiduciary duties owed to the Company or Edible Garden and reinstating the VandeVredes to their status with the Company and Edible Garden prior to their suspensions..."
lol, they ALL want their jobs back... bwaaahaaahaahaahaha...
maybe the vv's haven't realized it yet or maybe they have... but ain't nobody out there going to want to do business with back stabbing opportunists like them, lol.
business is blüming!!!
that's called Integrity folks. something that trtc and DP have in spades.
I wonder what nonsense is going to be brought up next?
the dhar mann fiasco?
the anson funds / lpr hit piece sent to the sequestered committee?
the name change from Oppedisano to Peterson?
littered with sec violations?
dea raiding their facilities? lol, remember that one?
I don't even remember all the nonsense in that highly manipulated article and I won't give them another click, lol. If needed I'll just review some of my past posts to debunk anything that comes up. I would make sure to email ws a copy but I don't think he is an idiot who jumps into major deals without looking first. The interviews I've seen leads me to believe he's an intelligent enough guy. It's quite amazing how similar the business plans / approach that terra tech and Golden Leaf have been following, nearly identical. This merger is a good match and should save both companies some major green on their expansion costs.
too funny, I can't believe someone posted that "pandapoo" fabrication. again...
you know they never did respond to my accepting their "challenge".
just checked, I didn't get it. give us a clue if your scared to post publicly. you could surely drop enough info to give us a good idea of a specific instance or circumstance, a date, lol. quite a few people viewing this board now know trtc reasonably well and could offer some valuable intel has to the who, what, when, where, why and how of just about anything since trtc was just an idea until now with its massive and ever growing footprint. lots of factual info at the near ready...
here's a recent video interview of DP and his wife covering a few things like how trtc got started, some of the challenges they've faced, their advocacy for legalization... that sorta thing. a good introduction to trtc for the GL board
"Husband & Wife Created First Publicly Traded US Company That Sells Marijuana"

cool, care to share with the board? there is a lot of knowledge to be had from some of the long time investors of trtc as well as some newer ones that actually do their own dd. I know that I personally have "set the record straight" numerous times. Maybe we can help get the facts right so ws, who apparently jumps into deals with both eyes closed, can get to the truth of the matter. But if you don't want to share I understand, others have shared things in the past and didn't like the facts, didn't line up with the agenda I guess...
make sure to tell him...
business is blüming!!!
I understand, sounds like its bogus info that we've probably heard and debunked with actual facts a hundred times or more. probably something dating back 5 years or more, back before colorado went legal and most States didn't have any types of programs in place. Old, outdated or just plain false information is my guess.
maybe you will get lucky and feds start to allow banking, then trtc can drop gl of at the curb.
nice pics and looks like an excellent location. I looked it up on google after the initial announcement and there appears to be a large parking structure almost next door. massive amount of foot traffic right across our front door for those wishing to check out the "Fremont Experience".

yes they have, well most every promise, lol, some are still in process. They have been a little off with the timing but those instances were mostly due to governmental heal dragging.
business is blüming!!!
please by all means list them. Don't let the facts stop you. I'd like to hear them.
trtc is not some otc trash, their just stuck there until feds take some kind of action that opens up banking and allows them onto the nasdaq. yep, this one is getting away from the bottom dwellers in due time.
business is blüming!!!
you must be kidding ... right?
skim through the stickies and past posts, sounds like your in need of some major dd.
Did you even read the post I just made? IP explained it rather nicely!
business is blüming!!!
but IP has said it better...
courtesy of IP...
well, one reason is that trtc isn't some "stinky pinky" scam.
yes I can...
and now for the real story... (take III)
dead stock crumbling...
let's hear all these lies and other nonsense your complaining about. 'cause I've been around this board off and on for quite awhile myself and I'm not familiar with the "lies" or the attempted "money taking". give us some links with a few facts.
