Those other stocks are just affiliates and have much larger share structures. They also have debt. KRTL is very clean with a 37 million share float. You cannot compare KRTL to those others.

Now in regards to not updating shareholders I will give you that. They don't put out enough news to keep interest in the stock. In other words they don't pump their own stock which that in itself gives them credibility.

This will remain a POS until it's not a POS, and that day will arrive sometime? In the meantime carry on and do what you do best as it doesn't really matter what you or I say about the stock. Only the company can make this run or not.

Folks don't forget someone purchased 15 million shares at .002 this week. I highly doubt this was just retail as they knew people would be selling into tax season. Whomever bid those shares kept their bids open until they got their whole order filled. 15 million shares at .002. This was $30K order and I am pretty sure whomever placed this order does not plan on losing. This is going to make a very nice move when the filings hit and the acquisition closes. PATIENCE PAYS!!!

According to twitter they are hoping to have it completed by this week, but it was never promised for this week just so folks don't panic if it doesn't come out by tomorrow:
