The wildest thing I find here is that almost everyone here is pure of heart, quality souls who prefer to give rather than take. It does upset me for the moment, to see people of such caliber, including myself, get duped into buying shares in companies like GBT Technologies. If only these types of good people could join forces in some way.

It is. SPAC look into them. Acquisition companies can easily list on NASDAQ because meeting the listing requirements are much easier to do as a SPAC which is technically a shell company.

Been keeping track of a few things here. I didn't notice the shares held at DTC went from 10Billion to 13 Billion. Which would mean 30% increase. Now to figure out where those shares went or to who the went, because there hasn't been billions shares traded since the prior update

The positive reason they cancel the RS would be because they have moved on from the funding phase and gearing up for actual bussiness operations. It's the company's the never stop RS that are toxic. But it is healthy to raise funds at times

This is beautiful price action for a .0001 cent spread, can't ask for much better price action. This is how chart technicals form . Not by price slapping .0002 then .0001 and repeat. That sets up no demand zones, that's why there's small size orders to manage price movement within such a narrow range.
