What is the disconnect? Why is this stock trading so low and even more so why is this stock trading in fractions of pennies. At the very least, the stock should be moving in whole pennies. This is ridiculous.
I hope Gregg has more than just Itraq up his sleeve. It is a great start. However, if he wants to turn this company into a billion dollar company I think he will need to expand upon and get major contracts with other companies. Or maybe I am wrong. Still patienly waiting.
This will continue to sink until he comes out with some good news. I will have to average down at some point. I should have know this is a start up and it takes time for news and product developement etc. I just hope he does not start diluting. That kills stocks.
The question I have is how does this become a billion dollar company. Is that even possible? We will need more than just Itraq, although it is a great start. I hope the CEO has other plans than just Itraq. Wish I had more money to get more shares.
The question you have to ask is...was it the CEO running the show that caused this or was the idea just not as good as we thought. I still think the idea was good. I think CC totally mismanaged the business. He needed to get into another city much quicker. I would be surprised if this comes back. Fortunately I did get my money out a long time ago, but I feel bad for those with money stuck in this stock. It is a bad sign that CC is not responding. There are no tweets since 01/05/2015. Unless CC has a hail mary we do not know about, it is toast. If that is the case, CC is an idiot. I am hoping for you all.
Still can't understand why they have not put out the merger news. Very frustrating.
The problem is that they may go bankrupt before it does blow up or if it ever blows up. This guy is burning through money at a ridiculous rate and the dilution has been heavy.
You can add 10,000 for me
What if after all the HD upgrades and the addition of Nashville.. he still is not getting enough traffic? We are still stuck in one city. It will cost so much more money to open a new city and another city. I just do not see how this is going to survive. We thought the dilution was slowing down or ending, however it looks like it is speeding up.
At this point, I just do not see how he can generate enough traffic to the website to make enough money. We are just bleeding money at this point. He has done such a poor job running this company. Great idea, horrible execution. How are shareholders going to make any money when the R/S comes.
Chris does deserve credit for trying to get traffic to the website. The problem is that it appears it is not enough to cover daily operations and we are still running in the red. I just wonder if there will ever be enough traffic. I know he needs more cameras in other cities but it is just not happening fast enough. You have got to be concerned about the dilution and possible RS. The play has become such a risk, but at this point it is what it is.
How did this company get to almost 800 million outstanding shares? Am I wrong to say that the absolute most this company's share price could go to is $3.00 to $3.25 a share. 3 billion potential in this field with that amount of outstanding shares comes to just over $3.00 a share. That is still 30 times what the price is right now.
Chris is not generating enough revenue to expand into other cities fast enough. As a result, the dilution is continuing. It is a race, but dilution is winning. There is now more than ever a real potential for a RS split. I do not care what anyone says, those are devastating to shareholders.
I still like the concept of putting cameras in venues all across the country. Great idea, terribly run company. I guess I just do not understand why it would cost so much money to get some cameras in other cities. You have to draw interest from people in other cities. Expand the exposure. People in Los Angeles would like to see what is happening at their clubs without even having to go to the club. Get more people to the website.
I am so damn frustrated.
Unless I am missing something, it sounds like all three of these drugs will be successful to various degrees. This could put the share price of this company around $250 in long term. Well at least I hope so.
I am not sure this stock will ever have a huge run again. However, I do think the company will be bought out. The question will be on what terms. No big company is going to absorb all of these shares. Will there be a reverse split before that? Will it be one share for every thousand shares of the larger company. I do not know. Just way too much dilution. Wish Chris would have just gotten a loan or something. This is buy out or bust at this point. Just my opinion.
Chris is dragging his feet on expansion. He needs to get into: Nashville, Austin City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta and on and on and on. Go to all of the clubs at all of the major college cities. If he continues to drag his feet someone else will take it from him. He needs to stop treating this business like a hobby. If you are able to get into this many venues in New York, then he can get into other cities. He needs to corner this market as much as he can.
Sorry, just frustrated.
The Alexa ratings for the website just absolutely tanked. That is not a good sign at all. Yikes
Chris needs to hurry up and snag more venues. Yahoo already has all of the house of blues across the country.
Look through this company's history. It is terrible. They jump from one thing to another while ripping people off. Screw them.
I knew I should have sold when the RSI hit the mid 70's. Then I could have just got back in when it goes back towards $2.00. Oh well
I am not sure why Chris is trying to go the existing known talent route. He needs to get into Los Angeles and other cities across the nation. That is the niche. People can go see known talent anywhere. The idea is to get the locals in the area and other people a chance to see what is going on in local clubs. IMO he has spent too much time with trying to get known talent. (Cameron and Nash are already big on you tube and vine). If you have thousands of cameras in thousands of clubs there will be endless entertainment. Come on Chris lets go.
Just move into Los Angeles and get this growing. Stop screwing around with little immature kids. It seems like such a waste of time. The longer this takes, the more dilution and the risk a huge company comes along and crushes us.
They are researching all kinds of ways to use the drugs and molecules. Even talking use for COPD
B is better than dap
I still contend that there is no excuse for not expanding faster into other cities. How much can it possibly cost to put a camera in a venue. Very frustrating.
How much does it cost to set up a new site? A thousand dollars? Anyone have any thoughts?
I hope the press release in the fall says we are opening new sites in Los Angeles. We need another big city.
I really hope 6 billion shares do not get issued. Talk about cutting our investment in half. Yikes
Oh look, we have another dilution troll.
There is not one single person invested in this company that does not realize there has been dilution going on. Repeating it over and over is a complete was of time.
Gander should not be relying on Nash and Cameron for the long run. This company can only sustain with live streaming cameras in thousands of venues.
Alexa rankings starting to go in the right direction again.
I cannot believe how long the Kevetrin study is taking. Don't they have to complete two more studies after this one? Unless I am missing something, that is still 2 or 3 years away. Or maybe the first study is taking so long because they are trying to establish toxicity and the others will not take as long.
If you can short this stock, you should. This stock has no bid written all over it.
Again, the only way this stock will make us longs any serious money is with a buyout. The concept is a great idea. I am just surprised none of the big players though of it. If he can get some other major cities like Los Angeles, Chicago..etc then there is the chance of a buyout. Hopefully he does not dilute too much that he has to do a RS. He should be generating the kind of revenues necessary right now so that he does not have to dilute. But there was definitely some dilution today. Hopefully he is as smart of a business man as his resume indicates. However, pink stocks have a horrible track record.
I think Chris is selling shares again. The only way we make real money with this stock is if the company is bought out.
I think Chris may have paid to have this promoted starting Monday. I am seeing compensated awareness on posts with AXCG.
Dilution has made this stock much harder to move. I think that the only way we make real money with this stock is a buyout from a big company. This is a great idea but there is nothing proprietary about it which makes it possible for a big company to squash them. I still think if the CEO can get this into other major cities he could really corner the market. The problem is that he may have to continue to dilute to do so...although I know we are starting to make money. I am really worried about a RS. I only have a little under a million shares but that could easily turn into 1000 shares with a RS. I just hope we are generating money fast enough to expand without having to dilute more. Anyways, that is my ramble for the day.
I am concerned that they are not expanding to other cities. He needs to get as many venues as possible or he could get squashed by one of the big boys. I know that YAHOO now has live streaming. I think that is select concerts.
Obviously the other concern has to be a reverse split. You would hope that since the CEO owns so many shares he would not have to do that, but I have seen it before.
This is still a great idea. I think it is one of the best I have ever seen in penny stocks. But he needs to be expanding. Get into Los Angeles, Nashville, Miami, or Las Vegas. Lets go
Will housing info coming out today affect FNMA today? Also, it looks like the market will be down today
This stock will not really take off until they get are in more cities. Just New York is not going to cut it. The possibilities are endless. You could get every major city and really blow this thing up.
