Be careful what you wish for, most of us thought that going to Nasdaq was going to result in a much higher stockprice, that hasn't happened thus far.. Let's hope that today will be the turnaround moment we've all been waiting for!
Hi Skiluc, I might be wrong but it seems you know things that most of us don't, what do we have to make of this horrific day yesterday? I'm in Niocorp for over 10 years now and I've took some profit along the way but kept the majority of my shares for this moment...Now I'm getting a bit worried to be honest, is this recent deal with GXII what we were waiting for? I fear that our stockprice might get some more beating and a lot of people will sell because they feel as if Mark Smith did a number on them. Looking forward to your view on this.
How many of the regular posters here are still 100% sure this is going to be what they thought it would be let's say 3-4 months ago? And how far would you let it drop further before taking your money and leave? I'm starting to become pretty nervous and I am seriously thinking about stepping out of it while I still have (a tiny) profit left, I certainly am thinking of all the things that should or could be but the harsh reality smacks me in the face day after day, could it be that we've all had way too much confidence in this, or in the management team maybe? I'm not saying they are the main reason for this downfall but in the end it's their responsability to the shareholders to inform us about the way things stand, and at this moment, things do not look great!
Now I'm getting scared, if even you start getting nervous, it's indeed ridiculous but WTF is there for us to do except waiting and hoping for better times SOON? I think almost every possibility has been mentionned on this board but here we are at an absurd SP, I always knew this was gonna be a bumpy ride but this wasn't part of my plan!
This board starts to look like North Korea more and more by the day, anybody who dares to ask a question concerning the management or makes a remark about them gets a roasting by the military police on this forum, I have to admit that I miss the good old days with Blairman and Propjoe amongst others, wish I 'd been as smart as Blairman too by the way when he took his profits and left, cause however positive some of the comments and messages here have been, this stock and with it the whole team have disappointed hugely the last 12/15 months whether we like it or not, denying that would be an insult to most posters' intelligence. I know this will not be a view that will make me a lot of friends, it is only my opinion based on what I've read here and on a rapidly declining shareprice. Still holding onto my shares but my confidence level is at a very low level..
Thanks for your answer AO. Much appreciated!
What are your expectations about this meeting? Some kind of timeline or do you think they'll anounce offtake agreements? What would dissapoint you when the meeting would not be what you expect it to be, meaning what questions aren't asked or answered properly, a new PP perhaps..., delays of some sort, I'm just curious what some of the attending people are expecting! Kind regards.
To be perfectly honest, I am shitting my pants at the moment, this is a massacre, no positive comments needed...
0,57 CAD and almost everybody on the board is happy as Daisy, what am I missing here? It's simply not good enough, let's hope they will turn this thing around rapidly!
Question, what do you guys think will happen the next weeks/months/years between now and the building of the mine, and what timeframe can we expect? And what effect will all that have on the shareprice? Is going to the NYSE still on the cards with the current SP?
They will have their work cut out with this financing... Let's hope they can achieve it! ????
Only a mere 60 posts when the SP is tumbling down, once again the perfect moment to get some cheap shares according to the believers, don't try to tell me that everybody is happy and full of confidence when this project is going down, haven't heard a single word from the management in months, there are about 3 people left who still believe every word that is said about this company and they are shitting their pants right about now! Whenever somebody asks valid questions or someone makes profound remarks, the answer is the same : be patient, everything will be OK, just watch what is happening folks, we're going down and nobody is gonna help us by the looks of it!
Ever since MS started being named with these other companies like Largo and IBC our stock has gone down, all this talk about these other companies and Smith's involvement with them would be good for Niocorp has turned out to be total nonsense, it's about time that he puts his words into deeds to avoid further downfall of the shareprice! I invested in Niocorp and not in the other companies so tbh I don't give a sh*t about them.
I'm with you on this one Milkman, I'm actually stunned by the lack of interest in this stock, did anyone ever consider the fact that the FS might already be calculated in the current SP? Why don't we hear from institutional investors? Why don't we hear from interested parties for the scandium and titanium? And most of all : why is this shareprice going down? I still believe that this might be a once in a lifetime opportunity but I'm not blindly following the MS fanclub on this one either, I think a lot of the current investors will be selling loads of shares IF the price would get back up to the $1 region, and to be fair, I would certainly consider taking some profit at that point as well!
Where and when have we heard this before? Whatever news the company communicates about, it has not brought any success to the shareprice, so called 'great' news this week and a couple of days later we're back at the lower level and the very low volumes, does anybody out there know about Niocorp except the people on this board? I for one can't get my head around this anymore!
That are my sentiments also, and I sure as hell hope they come up with the goodies pretty fast now, the total lack of communication with or without the so called nda's to me is just very disturbing.
Landmark, if you feel the need to buy more shares, this is your moment mate! Hopefully this will be your 'last chance' to buy shares so cheap to use your words!
Walter, I've always read and respected your calm and honest replies when certain questions are asked, same now but the What if that you refer to can also be turned around of course, what if things aren't working out like they planned? What if the quality of the scandium hasn't reached the high standards required by eventual buyers? What if the institutional investors aren't that keen on waiting any longer due to more delays and complete silence about that by the management? Those are all legitimate issues that a lot of the long investors are raising because they don't see things happening, all the comments that have been put on this board are of course personal views and hopes or even wild dreams but in the end we're all anxiously waiting for a significant higher shareprice for some time now.
Couldn't agree more and I 'm starting to fear that a lot more shareholders are thinking like this, management has some catching up to do, we've backed them up for so long, now it's time to show us their cards, the volume goes down, the SP goes down and all we read here is that everything's great and excellent etc...
Am I the only one who thinks that Trump will not be in the oval office for the whole term? I just cannot believe that his behaviour will stand the test of time tbh...
This video is actually a 'best off' Q&A Mark Smith show, it's not as if he's telling something new, these questions have been asked several times by now and we all know the answers almost word for word, I'd like to hear hard facts, no stop the bleeding show!
Once this PR was out, this scenario was written on the wall, I cannot believe they expected a different outcome than this, one thing is for sure, they've managed to silence Landmark's positive look on things for almost a full day! No hard feelings mate, just a bit of banter!
But it doesn't help the SP one little bit, we need decent news, hard honest numbers and clear communication and we need it fast because this waiting game is starting to make people nervous, in order to steady the ship it would be good if someone would give a current report of where we stand with offtake agreements regarding scandium, financing the building of the mine etc...bring it on! I like your positive approach to this project Landmark but I'd like to see results of all those pieces of news we saw the last couple of months and at the moment we're not hearing a lot...
What are the expectations for Niocorp going into 2017? And by that I mean what kind of expectations do most of you people on this board have concerning the FS? Would you be OK if there are still some loose ends in it or do you (as I would) not accept it when it would be a near exact copy of the previous FS which made the SP go down. At what price would you be happy to sell your shares or what price would be OK if someone would want to take over the company? I'm not the biggest fan of the latter but it's worth asking of course, I'd be tempted to sell my shares when they are somewhere between 3 and 5 CAD, or am I a bit too optimistic?
It doesn't bother me one bit whether the FS is out in the first weeks of january instead of december as long as they communicate clearly about it in advance, transparancy is the only thing that matters now, therefor some kind of news where they stand at this moment would be welcome to give the shareholders some peace of mind, because this waiting game isn't helping the SP thus far. I personally would have thought that we should be way above 1 CAD at this point but the market is always right so it doesn't matter what I think.
it has been a while since we heard from Jim Sims, I cannot imagine that he is very happy with the situation at this point in time concerning the SP, it's a bit confusing for me, without news the price was very good a couple of months ago (1,14CAD at one point I believe) and since then we've only tumbled down further and further with every bit of news that came out, hopefully the FS will be the spark we've all been waiting for but even that remains to be seen, that's why I was hoping to hear some news from the management to calm things down cos there's some extremely weak hands at the minute....
We all think the market will wake up but the question is whether it will be in the 21st century, this stock has promises so much yet the shareprice keeps going down without any significant reason, nobody can deny that we're not exactly where we want to be at this point in time and I always ask myself the question who is selling shares at these prices when almost everyone thinks this stock will go through the roof in the (hopefully) not too distant future, or is this orchestrated by somebody?
Does annybody have a logical explanation why the SP goes down almost every single time when Niocorp brings out some news? I personally find this rather disturbing tbh but there's not much you can do about it, just curious what you folks have to say about that.
Let's hope the SP does just that but at the minute, the German stock exchange goes down, so let's hope they will finish strong after the American and Canadian markets have opened (hopefully) in a positive way!
don't try and tell me that this wasn't set-up, let's wait and see what tomorrow brings, these latest transactions seem a bit too spectacular to be true...
All those things sound great but what is going on with the SP?
Any thoughts on that? Is this just a slight backdrop that we experience while we wait for the FS or are things happening behind the scenes we don't know about which make the SP drop quite significantly the last couple of weeks? I've been in this stock for a couple of years now, still haven't sold a single share but I do admit that I maybe should have sold a bit when we were riding those high waves last year, let's hope those fortunate times will come back after the FS!
I find it a bit more than just frustrating, this is simply disturbing, even with all the positive talk on this board, the SP has dropped like a stone with every newsbulletin that has come out since we reached those huge summits nearly a year ago, I'm sure that even the most positive Niocorp believers wouldn't have to think twice about selling if the SP was up there again, in the meantime we just have to sit back and see what unfolds the next couple of weeks/months. The focus should be at the point where the FS comes out and who will be amongst the offtake agreements that surely are being discussed behind the scene, so , chin up, try to remain positive and hopefully 2016 brings back the real Niocorp, best wishes for the new year!
I would want nothing more than those eggs Landmark but the hard facts at the moment tell us that we're struggling to get the attention that we desperatly need, offtake agreements with big names are about the only thing I can think of to get us back on track, your thoughts on that?
It appears to be a great deal to most of us on the board, I personally would have liked it even better when the outside world would finally show it's appreciation for this project, and that is something that still remains a bit of a bother by the looks of it...
let's just hope that they get a decent jump on the good news this time, we'll know soon enough I guess!
what kind of response can we expect concerning the SP is the main question? Any predictions?
something has got to be done to avoid this ship sinking much deeper, if those institutionals don't get in now I don't know when they ever will, this waiting game has been going on for far too long imo, the news we've been receiving hasn't had any positive impact whatsoever and the board is slowly losing it's faith, even firm believers start to doubt whether they want to admit it or not. This project still has every chance of succeeding but they have to turn the tide really fast the coming days/weeks, hopefully within a couple of months we will look back at this period and think 'why did we ever worry?', offtake agreements, institutionals and we're up and running! But first things first : BIG news that puts the company back where it belongs i.e. north of $1!
I'm still wondering how it is possible that the SP is dropping with such low traffic, anyone a clue about that?
I like the presentation as well but the question remains, will people outside this board (i.e. the corporate investors as you stated) see the presentation or what do they need more to be convinced to grab their wallets? Not the SP I hope, it has been attractive enough for several months now IMO...
