I admit that I got cocky when I first showed up here last year (could have easily pulled out with a profit when I noticed there was a struggle at 4)...... Who do you think helped the ticker get to 4 last year (and no, I didn't buy at 4) ..... It certainly wasn't the guy that dumped 100 million plus shares on the day of the authorized increased share structure (there was a chance of a rebound before he did that).......

My thoughts are perfectly fine, since you're so "kind" to ask..... There are plenty of ways to make money, as mentioned before..... Marilu isn't the only one starting a business....

I've been positive for a year and a half, and have a significant chunk in this..... Even I have a time limit for patience..... This should have moved at some point, and it hasn't..... When the market makers aren't even trying, that says a lot..... As I've mentioned in the past, there needs to be legitimate proof as to what KK is up to, since he's the one pulling the strings in the three companies it seems, and I do mean it seems (since people are so freaking anal in these forums)...... I genuinely wish you and the other shareholders the best, but I'm out for good..... In fact I'm even considering getting rid of my account on Ihub, since it's filled with nonsense and people whom have nothing better to do than ridicule hardworking individuals, such as myself..... It'll more than likely be a repeat of what happened when Hub's "payout" was due last year, which was very little to no action..... Hub was an amateur anyway...... Marilu and Kevin Kreisler are smarter........ Although not as smart as they think...... They seem to forget one thing..... There has to be interest in a ticker, and traders aren't as interested in risking thier money as they had so in the days of the penny "pump and dump"........ After getting burnt several times, momentum tends to build more on legitimacy and less on speculation...... If you or anyone doesn't believe that, just create a watch list of a couple dozen tickers that perk your interest, and follow them throughout the months and years....... You'll notice a trend amongst the "scam companies", and one amongst the "real companies".....

Any domain can be bought out..... That's always been the case..... Having a domain doesn't verify the legitimacy a business..... I'm surprised no one has pointed out that the "company" was based out of Arizona...... Funny place to sell divewear, right in the middle of a dessert with smog.....

Not going to the greys, buddy..... Late or no filings just keeps us in the pinks..... As I mentioned earlier, there are no quotes or market makers in the greys, and orders have to be phoned in, as ordered by any broker that even deals with them (not all will allow you to trade)..... Noteholders get screwed just as much as shareholders, since they wouldn't be able to cash in..... RS, followed by a pump is KK'S normal route.... ATB2U.....

I don't like this mess with the filings, however, I highly doubt grey is the way.... It would defeat the note holders as well.... There are no market makers in the greys, and orders are placed over the phone....There isn't any quoting, just blind trading... Since there's no MM'S in the greys, there's also no diluting from noteholders..... I've been in a ticker that went grey years ago..... If it was to happen, it would have already...... ATB2U...

A guy like him usually pumps, and enough to even benefit those that have held long enough..... I've seen this type of play once before..... It takes multiple key players..... This could get quite interesting..... Just saying..... ATB2U.....

I agree with your statement.... I would go further by saying the same applies to the "bashing" end as well.... So far, all I see is bickering between both sides of the coin.... I stand by my question I've asked a few weeks ago... Why milk something that hasn't been milked in ages?.... The lack of volume cancels a run & also cancels dilution (sorry note holders, if they're even real at this point).... Speaking of which, it is possible for a ticker to run with "8 billion shares" (one can't legally dilute without buyers, no way to twist that around).... When enough shares are held by the right individuals, alongside with the right type of news, and more transparent communication that follow legitimate filings, it can certainly happen.... The same can happen post RS, as well... I've given examples for both scenarios, which were deleted, oh well....

The rules of the game that is the market never change, only the players involved.... Whether you & I like it or not doesn't change what the masterminds have in store for shareholders & note holders alike.... Did we coincidentally forget that the new guy is being watched more closely now because of previous actions?.... I hope most here realize that also requires more legitimacy with whatever happens in the coming months & years.... This includes proper accounting & filing for all companies tied to him....

When it comes to trading, there has to be recorded volume, even if it's just between the MMs... Shares "handed out" to other parties are typically covered in filings (insider forms, material events, finacials). Those shares tend to be locked up, until it's time to cash in (not possible currently). That must be accounted for, otherwise, BTZO would simply be shut down & delisted (I've been in one of those years ago. Not fun.)....

Personally, I could care less whether or not a RS, buyback, or anything of that sort occurs, because I've learned how to play each card dealt. This ticker is my first no bid ticker (and certainly my last one), and it has been a learning experience as well.

Anyways, once again, there has to be a reason to buy into something. No amount of ranting and raving of WHAT IS ALREADY COMMON KNOWLEDGE is going to change what happens at the end of the day. And it certainly won't change the fact that all must be accounted for.... ATB2U....

I agree with that statement. There does have to be a price range of some sort in order for such occurrences to even be worthwhile. This certainly fits the odd 6th decimal trading, when there weren't any interested retail buyers, which brings up a question. Why try to milk something that hasn't been milked in months, with some of our old debt holders prefering alternative payments, besides convertible shares?

The RS/volume question is a valid one, indeed. Based on the past two years worth of filings, along with the AS structure, it appears that there were hopes for a higher PPS to wipe out the debt listed in the amendment dated about a year ago. A wise individual, scammer or not, would have waited till we were in the 00's before filing the increase (this was when we were at 0004). There is a very likely possibility of such, with the usual comment of "making the stock liquid". There's also the possibility that it won't happen. Either way, there has to be a reason to buy into any ticker. Simply playing around with SS isn't enough to guarantee anything.

The emotional aspect certainly holds true to what you have said. I've been guilty of that just as well (a sin in trading). I've also refrained from participating in the forum for months for the same reason (that, and I'm just as busy as mreb).

Yes, I do agree that it does seem odd. However, if I remember correctly, there were a few instances shortly after annuals. If either of us checks back on this forum far enough, I believe there were posts questioning the event. I'll check again this afternoon, after work. Now, going back to around Aug/Sept/Oct, that was a former member bailing by attempting a poorly done pump to get buyer. Eagles, or something like that. Anyways, there was no substance behind the social media pump of his. The only attraction were from some of his flipper followers. As for "new eyes", call it a hunch. I'm basing this on the new connections that we have, because of the recent filings, good and/or bad.... This little ticker is something for sure.... Which reminds me, I need more popcorn.... I'm enjoying this discussion, btw.... It's refreshing analyzing what's on one plate without emotion..... ATB2U....

Perhaps.... Although, it is rare that speed trading occurs in the pinks..... If it occurs, it's typically a small order as a tester, from what I've seen in the past 4 years....... This, my friend, is the first instance of large scale speed trading I've witnessed... And this is out of dozens of stocks that I've followed in the past couple of years, big & small alike..... 4-5 dozen, if I remember.... An absolute first.....

Not just for smoking, bud...... An acre of cannabis produces 2-3 times as much raw material used in paper & fabric than wood or cotton ever could..... Not to mention, it's hardier than corn, cotton plants & trees.... And of course, there are experiments being conducted on how much cooking oil & feul can be produced from the bundles of seeds produced by a single plant.... The plant is quite remarkable, actually, when you realize the resource potential..... This is why there's a major push for legalization..... The northern states are looking to compete in an open market (sorry Mexico & Southerners)....

Anyways, we don't even know if we're heading in that direction, as far as BTZO is concerned.... It's a wait & see....
