if you didn't get it on the slam piece, you certainly
won't get it between now and the end of the year as GLP tox is
started and the new facility comes on line. That is just
complete and utter bullshit.
It will be quite illuminating to post this come Dec.
Right, that's why they are actively engaging the
premiere virology center on the planet to test their
product.... because they know it doesn't work.
Makes sense.
LMAO
Incorrect. Within 2 weeks of the Feb 11th Seeking Alpha
article NNVC hit a high of $4.20 (Feb 25th), only 4%
off the closing price of Feb 10. A near complete recovery.
The stock then dropped hard almost in complete lockstep with
the steep drop in the entire biotech sector as you can
see here,
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=xbi&insttype=&freq=1&show=True&time=6
So it should be clear that your entire premise is incorrect. The
stock did recover, almost entirely, then dropped with
the sector rout beginning Feb 25th.
Looks to me like the big picture is being completely missed here.
Since Feb 11, the date of the SA article, the non market cap weighted biotech index, XBI, is down 19% vs. 22% for NNVC. As there
are many larger more stable companies
in that index, you can easily see that entirely all
of the weakness over this period can be attributed to a
sector downturn and not some crap article on Seeking Alpha.
NNVC stock goes up and things seem to get more desperate.
Funny how that works.
so now a company has to defend itself not only against gross lies and distortions but against actually winning an award. Nice twist but
that would be where the "laughable" depiction is most apt.
Yes they thought about constructing their own pilot manufacturing facility, and have just about completed it.
They thought about filing for orphan status for Dengue with both the FDA and European EMA and did.... and they were approved and so designated on both fronts.
They thought about up-listing to one of the major exchanges, and did.
They thought about scaling up their existing facility so they could save time completing the tox study vs. waiting for the new manufacturing facility to come on line and have now successfully completed that scale-up.
They thought about making preparations for clinical trials in Australia to save time and money. They have already retained local consultants to coordinate the regulatory review and approval to conduct the first human trials in Australia for Flucide.
They thought about bringing forth the legal filings necessary to expose the author of a libelous hit piece that is cowering behind the veil of anonymity and have done so with a ruling by the courts due to be made at the end of the month.
They thought about completing preliminary range finding tox studies to aid in conducting a much more efficient GLP tox study. They did so and with absolutely fabulous results showing no toxicity at Max Feasible Dose, a dose exceeding 100X the expected therapeutic dose.
They thought about contracting with Public Health England, LRRI, and ViroClinics to do IND enabling efficacy studies and have signed NDA's with all of the above with contracts in the final stages.
Virtually all of these things have been accomplished in the
last year.
Perhaps the "LIAR AWARD" rightfully belongs to somebody else?
225 April $2.50 puts purchased ahead of the Seeking Alpha hit piece
about to expire worthless. More to come.
they came up with the first successful orally deliverable nano-medicine
ever, in vivo. No big deal, happens every day. ViroClinics contacted
them and inked a contract to test 2 indications because they
think the company is a scam that will never test anything.
They can fool ViroClinics (and Public Health England, and LRRI)
but I guess they just can't fool some. Yep, that's the ticket.
yep didn't you hear? This fraud is going
under 3 clams then under a dollar. World class
testing facilities and global govt agencies are all
in on the scam.
ROFLMAO
It's amazing to me how many people
can't clearly see thru the BULLSHIT both in the article and
among the most vociferous postings on the board here. Has it
ever occurred to you that those who "dismiss the article"
know enough about the company and the players involved to do that with
confidence? The information is there if you want
answers. I highly recommend that you stick with
facts not loudly stated "OPINIONS" that are meant to mislead.
Good luck.
stock price getting strong...
I think you have it ghost. shorts be
squirming soon.
Did you mean strong??
LOL!
