No doubt... I never did get in. I try to stick with LP's and not LP applicants. Just came here to express my condolences...
Clearly! This is so bad...
How about evidence that the CEO thinks it is a POS… Bill sold over 71 Million shares in 2014. Obviously, he thinks that’s the highest he will ever be able to sell those shares for… Bill clearly thinks FITX is a POS!
I’ll be surprised if this doesn’t result in a class action lawsuit. Blatant scam… Sold over 70 million shares in 2014… Good for The Globe and Mail for putting this out there! Panic selling come Monday morning?
Global News: "Big business of medical marijuana"

Quote from Zekulin “Not only is there a Canadian market to be served, but there’s an international market.”
No more cold pasteurization? Just noticed that 2 out of the 4 strains currently available have not been cold pasteurized! This is great work...

Here is something to consider. When you apply the 20% compassionate pricing to the $5.00 strains you get $4.00 a gram or $1792 a Lb (448 per lb when dealing with mj street prices). At $50 for a quarter oz you would see $3,200 per lb or a profit of $1,408.
No wonder the demand outweighs the supply. If one were to get a 15 gram per day allowance (average under the MMAR was higher) they could purchase 450 grams per month. If one were to only use 60 grams per month and sell the remaining 390 grams per month for $50 per quarter oz, they would receive their 60 grams for free and receive a monthly profit of roughly $993.00
Don’t think people won’t be purchasing more than they consume. Lol. It happens under the MMAR and it will happen under the MMPR. As market pricing takes effect and more strains become competitive to that on the wholesale black market, I think we will see the “average grams per day” increase. Just a thought…. Considering the average under the old MMAR we could have a lucrative surprize for 2015;)
Hopefully this all makes sense. Starting a long weekend and had a little tincture after dinner;)
I don’t think we have enough to put together a formula to give us an accurate estimate yet (rough as it may be). The rush from shutting down the waiting list should give us a better idea and by Q1 ’15 we will know for sure.
I agree with GMP, but would put the estimation at closer to $21M in rev for 2014 to leave room to impress on a large scale. I would like to see them close out 2015 with roughly 8,000 patients and an overall mean average for 2015 of 5,000 patients. With an average order of 1.75 grams per day and an average cost of $6.50 per gram. This would translate into just under $21M in rev for 2015.
I agree. This is an example of thinking about tomorrow rather than today...
Great Live updates of the court case found here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cannabis-In-Canada/1398043700476103?fref=nf
West Wood is $3.20 per gram for those eligible for the compassionate pricing program.
With the exception of Westwood, the THC and CBD is higher on all LL strains.
Example: Fox Hunt is 14.3% thc and Fox Hunt LL is 15.4%.
Thanks! Better than I can do on my phone.
GMP initiated coverage of Tweed today with a buy rating and a $3.50 target.
First LP to that I know of to get a renewal. Tweed obviously wont have any issues either.

Bahaha. You might want to go back to law school.
I'm not even going to waste my time trying to explain this to you.
This analyst likes Tweed and his firm owns shares.
Tweed starts at about 4:40
http://www.bnn.ca/Video/player.aspx?vid=461870
I believe they are currently using 10% of that facility. If that helps.
That would be great! She's certainly pretty...
I believe the first crop from the new facility will be ready for harvest in November if I'm not mistaken.
Lol. Yup. See the link.
If Carpathian is correct that they are projecting to grow 22,046.22 Lbs by the end of 2015, and they do grow and sell that volume… That equates to approximately $75M revenue at $7.50 per gram mean average. At 70% margin they could easily see a $365M market cap. That would equate to over $9.00 per share (I say closer to $15) and imo is extremely conservative. All pending the court case or course…
They are licensed to grow 15,000 kilograms (33,069Lbs for our friends south of the border) at the Smith Falls Facility alone. I would say you could conservatively double that for the greenhouse facility when at full capacity. So licensing for up to 60,000 kilograms annually ($420M at $7 per gram lol). This is just licensing though…
I agree. I certainly expect a bit of a bull run before end of the year.
On a side note: I like how the article started. Fiancé and I hired a couple locals to drive us to Nine Mile in January. Got driven right into the gates and they didn't charge us for a 5 gram blunt in the "bar". Although the quality wasn't the best that we had access to on the island and we got pulled over twice (once at gun point lol) It was still a wonderful experience...

Came across this and thought I would share. Good for a laugh.
$55 for 3 grams of "high grade". LMAO The hash looks dirty.

Correct. However, If Health Canada wins, the Supreme Court would have to grant leave in order to accept the appeal. It could be argued that the 40,000 current patients are roughly 1 tenth of 1% of the nation’s population and they do not amount a matter of major public importance. If HC wins, I highly doubt the Supreme Court grant a leave as a matter of pubic importance would need to be proven first.
Probably the most detailed analysis available at the moment. Not sure how accurate some of the numbers are, but it is the best written piece available.
As long as we are dreaming, here are my favorite places to set up based on price lol.
Price Per Gram
1. United Arab Emirates $110
2. Brunei $73.80
3. Japan $68.40
4. Cyprus $39.70
5. Estonia $25.15
6. Finland $23.20
7. Australia $22.90
8. Singapore $22.10
Not so much an article as it was an attempt to start a blog. With the amount of time I have, it will probably be more like an annual blog lol. Lots has changed since April, but my belief in Tweed has only grown stronger.
I couldn’t agree more. I was being extremely conservative and using a 10 multiple. IMO the fundamental potential in Tweed’s current PPS is an anomaly we can thank the MMAR case for. When we win the case the pps will catch up to the fundamentals.
Indeed.
I disagree. It could very easily be $17 stock by the end of 2015. With the current share count, IMO the following could easily put Tweed at $17 per share:
1) 18,500 patients
2) Average daily consumption of 1.8 grams per day per patient/client
3) Average price per gram of $7.00
4)80% gross margin
Notes:
-If I’m not mistaken, 18,500 patients would be approximately 13.94% of the market projected by Jacobs for December 2015.
-That is $12.60 per client per day (Hate to use this an example, but same as a pack a day smoker)
-That would be just over 12,000 kg's of annual production.
I see that he first informed him with a letter, but I thought you said he was pushed out? If he was pushed out, wouldn't Linton know about it?
It is possible, but I hear unlikely... IMO I just want to get him out ASAP.
Couldn't agree more. Chuck reminds me of a true founder - similar to an inventor - He did a great job coming up with the right plan at the right time and moves on.
I was hoping this would just ease the minds of some who took this as bad news when he resigned from the board. Although he did a great job, I invested in Tweed and not Chuck. His moving on is of no surprise to me. GLTYA
